        들뢰즈의 운동-이미지 개념으로 본 SANAA 건축의 창조적 이미지

        This study made an attempt to analysis the building project of SANAA based on the analysis of Deleuze by the creative interpretation of the film with the image frame. Deleuze divides image-movement like image-perception, image-affection, and image-action. He also classifies image-cliche, and image-creative and valuable in the film with the image frame. The interpreted results of the building project of SANAA using this analytical framework could be confirmed to interpret and understand the usefulness of modern architecture. It is confirmed that the building project of SANAA has been achieved as body anchored point to break down and pure perception to reach a state of ‘gaseous perception’ of image-perception, the limited space of a non-narrative ‘nondescript space’ to reveal image-affection, cliche sensation-movement system to escape a destructive form of ‘figure’ as the image-action.

        초음파 식품 컷팅용 공구의 설계

        The ultrasonic cutting method is which cutting by applying high frequency vibrational energy into specific area at constant pressure. Ultrasonic cutting is consisted of power supply, transducer, booster and cutting tool. Precise designing is required since each part"s shape, length and mass can affect driving frequency and vibration mode. This paper focused to cutting tool design, its length L was set by calculating vibration equation. And the value of the shape parameter a was diversified as the integral multiple and the result of 40,189Hz the analysis of Modal was shown in the length 30mm of the result of performance b in the 11th mode Also by performing harmonic response analysis, the frequency response result was 40,189Hz, which was similar to modal analysis result.

        The cutting method using the ultrasonic wave which cutting by applying high frequency vibrational energy into specific area at constant pressure. The performance of the Cutting tool is normally relevant to the resonance at the operating frequency and the vibration amplitude, the uniformity of the amplitude on output surface. this paper proposes a design procedure of the cutting Tool using vibration equation and FEM. We calculated and analyzed the natural frequency to find the optimal design by the modal analysis and harmonic analysis using ANSYS.

        초음파 금속 용착기를 이용한 Cu 박판의 접합성 평가

        Ultrasonic metal welder is consisted of power supply, transducer, booster, and horn. Precise designing is required since each part"s shape, length and mass can affect driving frequency and vibration mode. This paper gives a description of an experimental study of the ultrasonic welding of metals. A horn suitable for 40,000Hz was attached to the ultrasonic metal welder in order to weld Cu sheet. The Cu sheet welding was done with different amplitude, pressure and welding time, and its maximum tension was measured. Maximum tension of 177.99N was obtained when the pressure was 2.5bar, amplitude was 80%, and welding time was 0.34sec. Therefore, excessive welding condition negatively influences maximum tension measurement result.

      • 증강현실을 활용한 배근 이력 가시화 방안에 관한 기초적 연구

        Rebar work is important in terms of cost and process of reinforced concrete construction along with formwork and concrete construction, and the quality of reinforced concrete construction has a great influence on the safety and durability of the structure. Therefore it is important to thoroughly inspect the steel reinforcement after casting the concrete because it is difficult to confirm the actual condition of the reinforcement. The purpose of this study is to develop an augmented reality system to visualize the records of bar placing work, which is increasingly utilized in the construction field. In order to improve maintenance of reinforced concrete, this study suggests a plan to effectively manage the drawing information including the structural drawing, the placing drawing, and the photographed image at the construction and inspection stage, and develop a system that utilizes augmented reality technology that can display the state of the inside of a concrete structure by superimposing it on actual environment.

        흙막이 공법 선정을 위한 나이브 베이지안 분류기와 자기 조직화 지도 모델의 비교 연구

        In construction planning stage, it’s very important and difficult to choose a proper earth retaining wall method. In general, retaining wall method is selected through the use of limited information by a highly experienced expert. However frequent changes order during construction happen and affect the aspects of construction cost and period. In this study we suggest and compare two classification method ? Naive Bayesian Classifier(NBC) and Self Organizing Maps(SOM) for selecting the retaining wall methods. Comparing the based on NBC with SOM from 209 retaining wall cases, the experiment results show how NBC and SOM approaches can be used for selecting the retaining wall methods. Especially it was found that SOM approaches is more stable than NBC and can provide additional features based on the complete visibility graph.

        유전자 알고리즘을 이용한 철근공사 배근상세 최적화에 관한 연구

        A rebar detailing optimization model, using GA, was proposed in this study. The key point of rebar detailing lies in eliciting optimal solution-minimum loss and best constructability considering the standard length-while satisfying constraints, specification, and structural design criteria. In calculating standard length, GA was studied. <br/> (1) The fitness function of the GA was drawn up considering minimum loss, and constructability of work(minimum cutting, usage of same standard length) of usable standard rebar length. Parameter of 100 chromosomes population, 0.9 crossover probability, 0.01 mutation probability, 500 repetitions was applied. Optimal solution for all chromosomes was converged after 60 repetitions.<br/> (2) After applying GA, it was found that in case of rebar detailing of continuous member, it satisfied the joint criteria set by specification. It was also found that loss can be reduced because quantity can be estimated with minimum loss taking standard length into account.

        철근 배근 교육을 위한 증강현실 컨텐츠 개발

        본 연구는 최근 건설분야에서 활용도가 높아지고 있는 증강현실 도구를 활용하여 학생들이 철근공사 배근작업을 학습할 수 있는 교육지원 컨텐츠를 개발하고 적용효과를 분석하였다. 구조도면에 대한 이해도를 높이기 위해 구조도면을 마커 이미지로 활용하였으며, 구조도면에 따라 배근된 가상의 3D 배근 모델을 화면에 겹쳐 표현하는 방식으로 증강현실을 구현하였다. 또한 3D 배근 모델과 함께 2D도면의 독도법, 이음·정착길이 기준, 부재별 구조설계기준에 따른 배근 방법, 그리고 실제 배근하는 순서 등을 학습할 수 있도록 컨텐츠를 구성하였다. 적용결과 인터페이스 스타일, 지각된 유용성, 지각된 활용의 용이성, 지각된 즐거움, 활용 태도, 활용 의도 측면에서 긍정적으로 평가되었으며, 증강현실은 교육적 측면에서 시각화와 상호작용의 장점이 있기 때문에 활용가치가 높을 것으로 판단된다. The purpose of this study is to develop an mobile augmented reality for students to learn bar placing work, which is increasingly utilized in the construction field. In order to improve the understanding of the structural drawing, a structural drawing is used as a marker image, and an augmented reality is realized by superimposing a virtual 3D bar placing model that is placed according to the structural drawing on the screen. In addition to the 3D modeling, the contents are developed so as to help students to learn the interpretation method of 2D drawings, the development and splices of reinforcing steel, bar fabricating practice according to KCI structural concrete design code, and the process of bar placing. The results show that the augmented reality is positively evaluated in terms of interface style, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment, attitude toward using, and intention to use. The augmented reality is worth to be introduced because it has advantages of visualization and interaction in terms of education.

        부재 일람표 도면 인식을 활용한 증강현실 배근모델 자동 생성

        본 연구는 철근 배근과 관련된 증강현실을 구현할 수 있도록 2D 도면에서 배근 정보를 자동으로 추출하여 3D 배근 모델을 생성하는 방법론을 제시하였다. 사용자가 쉽게 도면정보를 획득할 수 있도록 휴대용 단말기에 내장된 카메라를 이용하여 도면을 촬영한 후 화상 인식(Image Recogni-tion)과 문자 인식(OCR; Optical Character Recognition) 도구를 활용하여 배근 정보를 추출하는 방법을 제시하였다. 또한, 게임 엔진을 활용하여 도면에서 추출된 정보를 입력받아 자동으로 3D 부재를 모델링하고 이를 실제 이미지와 중첩해서 배근 모델을 검토할 수 있는 증강현실 앱을 구현하였다. 기존에 개발된 프로그래밍 도구를 활용하여 제시한 방법론에 적용할 수 있도록 세부 내용을 기술하였으며, 건설현장에서 전형적인 부재를 대상으로 철근 배근 증강현실 모델을 구현한 결과를 검토하였다. 제시된 증강현실 배근 모델 자동 생성 방법론은 배근 교육이나 시공검토에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. This study suggests a methodology for automatically extracting placing information from 2D reinforced concrete details drawings and generating a 3D reinforcement placing model to develop a mobile augmented reality for bar placing work. To make it easier for users to acquire placing information, it is suggested that users takes pictures of structural drawings using a camera built into a mobile device and extract placing information using vision recognition and the OCR(Optical Character Registration) tool. In addition, an augmented reality app is implemented using the game engine to allow users to automatically generate 3D reinforcement placing model and review the 3D models by superimposing them with real images. Details are described for application to the proposed methodology using the previously developed programming tools, and the results of implementing reinforcement augmented reality models for typical members at construction sites are reviewed. It is expected that the methodology presented as a result of application can be used for learning bar placing work or construction review.
