        근린공원에 대한 환경지각이 이용자의 건강증진인식에 미치는 영향 - 창원시의 8개 근린공원을 대상으로 -

        본 연구는 근린공원에 대한 이용자의 공원지각환경이 건강증진인식에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 경상남도 창원시의 8개 근린공원을 대상으로 공원별 현장조사 및 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과에 따르면, 먼저 공원별 공원지각환경에서는 대부분의 공원이 집에서 공원까지의 거리와 집에서 공원까지의 길 환경이 높게 평가된 반면, 수공간과 공원 내 다양한 볼거리는 충분하지 못한 것으로 분석되었다. 다음으로 23개의 지각환경 변수들을 요인분석한 결과, 경관성, 안락성, 접근성, 활동성, 편의성, 쾌적성의 6개 요인으로 분류되었다. 이를 토대로 건강증진인식과 지각환경요인과의 관련성을 분석한 결과, 8개 공원 중 4개 공원에서 지각환경요인이 신체적 건강증진인식에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 접근성과 활동성이 3개의 공원에서 영향력이 있는 변수로 분석되었다. 또한, 심리적 건강증진인식의 경우, 8개 공원 중 5개 공원에서 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 접근성이 4개의 공원에서 영향력이 있는 변수로 평가되었다. 이상과 같은 결과들은 기존의 공원 환경을 개선하고, 새로운 공원을 조성하고자 할 때 효율적인 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of environmental perception in neighborhood parks on user's recognition of health improvement. This study used objective field survey data and subjective user survey data at 8 neighborhood parks in Changwon City. According to the results, the perceptions of distance and street environment from home to park were evaluated highly but the perception of water spaces and various attractions within the parks were rated lowly in most of parks. As a result of factor analysis, 23 environmental perception variables were classified into 6 factors such as scenery, comfort, accessibility, activity, convenience and amenity. For the result of regression analysis between environmental perceptions and user's recognition of health improvement based on 6 factors, the recognition of physical health improvement was significantly influenced from environmental perception factors in 4 parks among 8 parks. 'Accessibility' and 'activity' were analyzed as the meaningful factors in 3 parks. Also, recognition of mental health improvement was significantly influenced from environmental perception factors in 5 parks among 8 parks and especially 'accessibility' was showed as the significant factor in 4 parks. The findings from this study can contribute to improve the physical environments of the present parks and can be a basic data for new park development.

        거주지 주변 환경에 대한 인식이 건강증진 목적의 공원이용에 미치는 영향 - 대구광역시 수성구를 대상으로 -

        본 연구는 건강증진 목적의 공원이용 유무에 따른 거주지 주변 환경 인식의 차이를 살펴보고 거주지 환경인식특성이 공원이용에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구대상지는 대구광역시 수성구의 근린공원 및 유원지로 설정하였으며, 총 303명의 설문응답 분석을 통해 결과를 도출하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면, 총 16개의 물리적 환경인식 지표들 중 시장 및 상가시설의 접근성, 대중교통의 이용성, 공원 등 녹지공간의 접근성, 충분한 보도, 횡단해야 하는 도로의 수, 운동인구를 포함한 6개의 지표가 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 공원을 이용할 확률은 공원 등 녹지공간의 접근성에 대한 만족도가 증가할수록 2.326배, 주변에 운동하는 인구가 많을수록 1.701배, 횡단해야 하는 도로의 수가 적을수록 1.617배, 충분한 보도가 설치되어 있다고 인식할수록 1.642배 증가하는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 건강증진 목적의 공원이용을 활성화하기 위해서는 거주지 주변에 이용 가능한 공원녹지를 확대하고 주민들이 지속적으로 이용할 수 있는 운동 프로그램을 개발하는 것이 중요할 것이다. 또한 주거지와 공원을 연결하는 보행자 전용도로를 계획하는 등 보행의 편의성을 높이기 위한 노력이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of neighborhood environmental perception on park use for health. The study area is focused on neighborhood parks in Suseong-gu, Daegu city. The analysis results are based on questionnaires of 303 respondents. According to the results, park use for health improvement was significantly associated with the perceptions of accessibility to a marketplace, availability of public transit, accessibility to the park, enough sidewalks, number of crosswalks, and athletic population. The probability of park use increased by 2.326 times as the satisfaction of accessibility to the park increased. Also, greater athletic population, fewer crosswalks, and more sidewalks lead to increase of park use by 1.701, 1.617, and 1.642 times, respectively. Therefore, it is important to increase the available neighborhood parks around residences and to develop exercise programs that people can use continuously in order to vitalize park use for health improvement. Also, it is necessary to improve the convenience of walking such as development of pedestrian streets or malls between residences and parks.

        망이 빠른 속도로 진화함에 따라 이에 따른 효율적 관리의 필요성이 증대되고 있으며, TMN은 이를 위한 표준으로 제정 되었다. 망 관리 기술은 망 장비 및 서비스 업체에 필수적이며, 이 기술의 보유 여부에 따라 망의 전체 성능이 영향을 받게 된다. 본 논문에서는 망 관리 플랫폼 개발에 핵심이 되고 TMN의 관리 표준을 지원하는 내부 정보 관리 메카니즘과 그 구조에 대하여 기술한다. 이 구조를 이용하여 관리 서비스 수행 시 요구되는 정보들을 효율적이며 일관된 인터페이스를 통하여 지원할 수 있고, 이 구조와 API를 이용하여 망 관리 플랫폼의 기타 부분의 구현도 용이하게 된다.

        HaCaT 각질형성세포에서 TNF-α에 의한Human β-defensin-2 발현 증가

        Background: Several kinds of epithelial cells and focal lymph nodes are known to be involved in the skin`s immune reaction. Especially, internal antimicrobial peptide play an important role in protecting microbial agents. Human β- defensin-2 (hBD-2) is an antimicrobial peptide which is produced by epithelial cells after stimulation with microorganisms or inflammatory mediators. hBD-2 participates in the increase of the cell-mediated immune reaction. It also affects the proliferation and differentiation of epithelial cells and fibroblasts, resulting in enhancement of wound healing. However, little is known as to whether the TNF-α induces the expression of hBD-2 in HaCaT cells through the NF-κB or MAPKs pathways. Objective: Research was undertaken to investigate the roles of NF-κB and MAPKs transcription factors in the molecular pathway of TNF-α-induced hBD-2 expression in HaCaT cell lines. Methods: The expression of hBD-2 in TNF-α-treated HaCaT cells was analyzed by immunofluorescence staining and reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). The expression of NF-κB was analyzed by Western blot analysis and electrophoretic mobility shift assay (EMSA). Results: Strong positive hBD-2 immunofluorescence staining in TNF-α-treated HaCaT cells was observed. According to RT-PCR analysis, the expression of hBD-2 increased TNF-α-treated HaCaT cells by dose-dependent and time-dependent manners. In addition, according to Western blot analysis and EMSA, NF-κB was also activated in TNF-α-treated HaCaT cells. Interestingly, the expression of hBD-2 in TNF-α-treated HaCaT cells was attenuated in the presence of NF-κB inhibitors, PDTC or MG132. Furthermore, MAPKs inhibitors, especially SB (p38 inhibitor), partially attenuated the TNF-α-induced hBD-2 expession, but not PD (ERK inhibitor) and SP (JNK inhibitor). Conclusion: These results collectively suggest that hBD-2 is up-regulated in TNF-α-treated HaCaT cells through activation of NF-κB and p38 MAPKs pathway. Our data regarding the up-regulation of hBD-2 may help us to understand the antimicrobial mechanism in normal skin or in skin diseases. (Korean J Dermatol 2008;46(7):867~873)

        내건 내서성 감자 ‘아리랑 2호’

        In 2018, a new potato variety, ‘Arirang-2’, was released by the Highland Agriculture Research Institute in Pyeongchang, Korea. To create new varieties with better tuber formation at high temperature under long day, a cross was performed between high-temperaturetolerant ‘Eigenheimer’ and drought tolerant ‘Daegwan 1-116’ in 2011. The shoot (57.9 cm) of ‘Arirang-2’ was taller than ‘Superior’ and‘Sante’, and its tuber skin and flesh were red and light-yellow colored, respectively. Average number of tubers per plant of ‘Arirang-2’ was9.1 while ‘Superior’ and ‘Sante’ had 5.4 and 14.1 tubers, respectively. Average weight of tuber of ‘Arirang-2’ was 98.1 g, which was slightlyheavier than that of ‘Superior’ (90.0 g), and much heavier than that of ‘Sante’ (38.9 g). Total weight of tuber per plant of ‘Arirang-2’ was892 g, which was remarkably higher than that of ‘Superior’ (486 g) and ‘Sante’ (549 g). Total yield (TY) of ‘Arirang-2’ measured in Gangwon-Do,Korea was around 5,022 kg/10a while that of ‘Superior’ was 3,036 kg/10a. In Kazahstan, total yield of ‘Arirang-2’ was 4,657 kg/10a andthat of ‘Sante’ was 4,155 kg/10a. Marketable tuber yield (MTY) of ‘Arirang-2’ was 3,119 kg/10a in Gangwon-Do, Korea while that of ‘Superior’was only 2,147 kg/10a. In Kazahstan, MTY of ‘Arirang-2’ was 3,162 kg/10a, which was 60% higher than that of ‘Sante’ (1,974 kg/10a). ‘Arirang-2’ is resistant to early blight (Alternaria solani) and late blight (Phytophthora infestans) compared to ‘Superior’ and ‘Sante’, andit shows tolerance to drought or high temperature. ‘Arirang-2’ was approved as a new potato cultivar by The Korea Seed and Varieties Serviceon March 3, 2021 (Registration No. 8444).

        간호역량 규명을 위한 문헌 분석

        Purpose: This study was to scrutinize not merely the nomenclature of clinical competency suggested in nursing literature but also what core clinical competency nursing students should be focused on for improving competency-based curriculum. Methods: A comprehensive review on 69 domestic and 89 foreign related literature was conducted. After reviewing the full text of a total of 158 articles, only 23 articles with measurement tools were selected for scrutinizing while 135 articles with obscure definitions of clinical competency were excluded. Results: Clinical competencies including 120 concepts were identified. Those concepts were categorized as 30 clinical competencies according to their similarities. Seven core clinical competencies including 1)nursing knowledge, 2)nursing skill, 3)interpersonal skill/cooperation, 4)problem-solving, 5)professionalism, 6)nursing management/ leadership and 7)research ability were derived from the 30 clinical competencies throughthe categorizing process. Conclusion: Teaching & learning strategies should focus on the integration of nursing theories and clinical practices based on competency-based curriculum considering the 7 core clinical competencies. Nonetheless, they include somewhat abstract concepts and some were not concreteenough to be applied to the nursing curriculum. Thus, further research is needed in order to develop consensus-driven clinical competencies and competency modeling which can suggest the interrelation between the core competencies.
