        유아의 문제행동 유, 무에 따른 나무그림검사 비교 연구

        본 연구는 경기도에 소재한 7개 유치원에 다니고 있는 만 5∼6세 유아 60명을 대상으로 나무그림검사를 실시하여, 유아의 문제행동에 따라 나무그림이 어떻게 다른지 그 차이를 비교하였다. 문제행동을 보이는 유아가 나무그림검사에서 더 높은 점수의 분포를 이루고 있었으며 평균점수도 더 높게 나타나, 나무그림을 부적응적으로 묘사한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 유아의 나무그림을 유의하게 변별해 주는 문항은 4개의 문항으로, 문제행동을 보이는 유아의 그림에서는 나무그림의 선이 강하고 반복되어 있다, 나무그림 검사용지에 지운 자국이 있다, 나무의 크기가 지나치게 크다, 나무의 위치가 중앙에서 벗어나 한쪽으로 치우쳐 있다 등의 특징을 발견할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 나무그림검사가 문제행동을 판별하고 변별하는데 효과적인 방법임을 시사한다. The study was designed to compare children's tree drawings according to their emotional and behavioral problems. The subjects of this study were 60 preschool children aged 5-6 years. To select these 60 children, Preschool Behavior Checklist (PBCL: McGuire & Richman, 1988) was used for 300 preschool children first, and 60 children among 300 were selected as subjects according to the presence of emotional and behavioral problems. And, then, the tree drawing tests were administered to these 60 subjects. The drawings were different between the children who showed emotional and behavioral problems and those who did not. The drawings of children who evidenced behavioral problems had one or more of the following: there is no leaves on a tree; there is no baseline on a tree; the drawing lines were strong and repeated; there are traces of erasing on the paper; the size of the tree is over a third of a paper; and the position of the tree deviates from the center. These results imply that the tree drawing test is a viable screening resource determining the presence of children's emotional and behavioral problems.

        유아 리더십의 유형화와 특성에 관한 연구

        This study classifies young children’s leadership into four types and defines their characteristics in relation to young children’s temperament and their mothers’ child rearing behaviors. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 15.0 program. Statistical methods used were hierarchical clustering, K-means clustering, one-way ANOVA and the Tukey test. The results of this study show that leadership can be classified into four groups; relational, coordinated, potential, and creative. The characteristics of each of these types are as follows: First, ‘relational leadership’ is characterized by proper regulation of emotion, respecting what others say and think, as well as by acquiring a good relationship with adults. It has lower correlations with the adaptability, activation, and conversion of young children’s temperament compared to other leadership types. The mothers in this type of relationship show warm-hearted and accepting child rearing behaviors. Second, ‘coordinated leadership’ is characterized by creative and unique leadership activity to achieve goals through regulating his/her and peers’ thoughts in various situations. This type has higher correlations with the adaptability, activation, and durability of young children’s temperament. Mothers of children demonstrating this type of leadership also show warm-hearted and accepting child rearing behaviors. Third, the ‘potential leadership’ type is a latent one so is unlikely to be exposed outside. It has lower correlations with the adaptability and durability of young children’s temperament compared children demonstrating other leadership types. Mothers in this relationship show permissive and liberal rearing behaviors. Fourth, ‘creative leadership’ is characterized by planning and achieving creative and new activities through active participation and excellent adaptability to new environments. It has higher correlations with the adaptability and durability of young children’s temperament. Mothers of children who demonstrate this leadership type show warm- hearted and accepting child rearing behaviors. 본 연구는 유아가 보이는 리더십을 유형화하고 각 유형에서 나타나는 관련 변인(유아의 기질과 어머니 양육행동)의 차이를 고려하여 유형별 특성을 살펴봄으로써 유아 리더십이라는 광범위한 개념을 구체화하는데 목적이 있다. 연구의 대상은 경기도에 소재한 유아교육기관에 재원 중인 만 5세 유아 629명과 그들의 어머니, 담임교사 45명이었으며, 유아 리더십을 유형화하기 위하여 계층적 군집분석과 K-평균 군집분석을 실시하고 일원변량분석을 통해 이를 검증하였다. 연구의 결과, 유아 리더십 유형은 관계적인 리더십, 조화로운 리더십, 잠재적인 리더십, 창의적인 리더십의 4가지 유형으로 구분되었으며 각 유형의 특징은 다음과 같다. 첫째, ‘관계적인 리더십’ 유형은 자신의 감정을 잘 조절하고 다른 사람의 말과 생각을 존중하여 또래와 성인과의 관계가 원만한 유형이다. 둘째, ‘조화로운 리더십’ 유형은 다양한 상황에서 자신과 친구들의 생각을 적절히 조절하여 창의적인 방법으로 활동을 이끌어가는 유형이다. 셋째, ‘잠재적인 리더십’은 리더십 능력이 잠재되어 있어 아직 외부로 잘 표현되지 않는 유형이다. 그리고 넷째, ‘창의적인 리더십’은 새로운 환경에 잘 적응하며 유아가 주도적으로 창의적인 새로운 활동을 계획하고 완성하는 유형이다.

        Synthesis and Antiproliferative Activities of 1‐Hydroxyindole‐2‐Carboxylates

        Synthesis and evaluation of antiproliferative activities of 1‐hydroxyindole‐2‐carboxylates 1 were described. The toluene compounds 3 were treated with dimethyl oxalate and then, dimethylmethyleneammonium chloride to give intermediates 2. Compounds 2 were converted to desired compounds 1 by application of the reaction of 1‐hydroxyindole formation using SnCl2·2H2O and thiol (or alcohol). The measurements of antiproliferative activities of compounds 1a, 1b, and 1c against several cell lines revealed that compounds 1a and 1c showed strong antiproliferative activities in HCT116 and A2058 cancer cells and could serve as promising lead compounds for further development of anticancer agents.

        Synthesis of New 2,3-Disubstituted 4-Chloro-1-hydroxyindoles

        The syntheses of new 2,3-disubstituted 4-chloro-1-hydroxyindoles were described. The conjugate nitro ketoester was reacted with various thiol and alcohol nucleophiles by the action of stannous chloride dihydrate through the unique processes of reduction of nitro group, intramolecular condensation, and addition of nucleophiles in one pot, to provide multisubstituted 1-hydroxyindoles. The reactions with thiol nucleophiles provided better results than those with alcohols, and, in particular, secondary and tertiary thiols provided best yields.

        Synthesis of New Highly Substituted and Hindered 1-Hydroxyindole-2-carboxylates

        The synthesis of new, highly substituted, and hindered 1-hydroxyindole-2-carboxylates 1 is described. Substrates 2, prepared through a two-step synthetic sequence, were treated with relatively weak nucleophiles in the presence of SnCl2 · 2H2O to afford compounds 1. In particular, nucleophiles of low reactivity and/or high steric hindrance reacted efficiently to give 1 in good to modest yields.

        어머니의 리더십이 유아의 자기조절력과 사회적 능력에 미치는 영향

        This study, which was carried out for 124 preschoolers of 3 kindergartens in S city, their 124 mothers, and 17 classroom teachers, examined the effects of mother’s leadership on their child’s self-regulation and social competence. According to the results obtained through analysis of data using such methods as frequency analysis, Pearson's product moment correlation analysis, and stepwise multiple regression analysis, the relationship between mother’s leadership and their child’s self-regulation, and that between mother’s leadership and their child’s social competence were significantly static to each other, respectively, and its effect was also found to be significant. A detailed look at the results, which were divided into subcategories, showed that child’s self-monitoring out of children’s self-regulation was significantly influenced by their mother’s role-oriented leadership, while child’s initiativeness out of child’s social competence influenced by their mother’s human relation-oriented leadership. Meanwhile, child’s initiativeness and sociability out of child’s social competence were significantly influenced by their mother’s human relation-oriented leadership and task-oriented leadership, respectively, and child’s cooperation was significantly influenced by their mother’s human relation-oriented leadership. 본 연구는 S시에 소재한 3개 유치원의 유아 124명과 그들의 어머니 124명, 담임교사 17명을 대상으로 어머니의 리더십이 유아의 자기조절력 및 사회적 능력에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 수집된 자료를 빈도분석, Pearson 적률상관분석, 중다회귀분석을 실시하여 검증한 결과, 어머니의 리더십과 유아의 자기조절력 및 사회적 능력은 유의미한 정적 상관을 보이고 있었으며 그 영향력 또한 유의미하게 나타났다. 이를 하위영역으로 나누어 구체적으로 살펴본 결과, 유아의 자기조절력의 경우 자기점검은 역할지향적 리더십이, 자기통제는 관계지향적 리더십이 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었으며 유아의 사회적 능력 중 주도성과 사교성은 역할지향적 리더십과 과업지향적 리더십이, 협조성은 관계지향적 리더십이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

        하지불안증후군 환자의 수면의 질과 혈청지질 농도

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare the quality of sleep with the serum lipid profile in patients who have restless legs syndrome (RLS). Methods: The data were obtained from 116 patients with RLS through questionnaires and blood sampling. Results: The results of this study showed correlations between lower quality of sleep and serum lipid profile (LDL Cholesterol) in patients with RLS (r=.19, p=.040). There were correlations for scores of quality of sleep from the, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) sub-region between lower subjective sleep quality and serum lipid profile (LDL Cholesterol) (r=.20, p=.026), between fewer hours of sleep duration and serum lipid profile (Total Cholesterol) (r=-.21, p=.024), and, between higher daytime dysfunction and serum lipid profile (LDL Cholesterol) (r=.42, p
