Twenty endurance-trained Teakwondo ran on a treadmill by a protocol of incremental graded increase in workload until exhaustion during an endurance training period in off-season summer. Immediately after exercise, all developed peripheral leukocytosis (1.9 times; p<.01) due mainly to lymphocytosis (2.6 times; p<.01) with a predominant effect on large granular lymphocyte{natural killer cell) count(5.9 times; p<.01). Monocyte count was also enhanced 2.3 times (p<.01). These increases were transitory and returned to the pre-exercise levels lh later. Peripheral neutrophilia was also observed by 43%(p<.01) immediately after exercise and remained elevated by 25% (p<.01) lh after exercise, but a shift to the left did not take place. The capacity of isolated neutrophlis to produce reactive oxygen species was assessed by luminol-dependent chemiluminescene which detects mainly myeloperoxidase (MPO)-mediated formation of such hyperreactive oxidants as HOCI. The maximam intensity of chemiluminescence(peak height) upon stimulation with opsonized zymosan was significantly enhanced following exercise (p<.05). Similar results were obtained when phorbol myristate acetate was employed as nonphagocytic solubic stimulus(p<.01), suggesting that the capacity of neutrophils to degranulate MPO rather than phagocytosis was enhanced following exercise. In addition, the enhancements of chemiluminescence were positively correlated with the increase in segmented neutrophil count. These data indicate that maximal exercise not only mobilized mature neutrophilis from the marginated pool into the circulation, but also augmented their capacity to generate reactive oxygen species of higher reactivity.

교류분석과 Satir의 의사소통유형의 비교

본 연구의 목적은 교류분석과 사티어의 의사소통 유형을 비교하여 교류분석을 이해하는데 있다. 의사소통과 관련된 교류분석의 선행연구들을 살펴보면 부모자녀, 자녀, 부부, 교사와 학생, 또래집단(정은정, 2002; 정태권, 1997; 노정아, 2004; 고남희, 2009; 배영미, 2009; 김성자, 2007; 소치영, 2008; 오영선, 2010; 이은미, 2010; 이동자, 2009; 권정애, 2009) 등 교류분석 프로그램이 대부분이어서, 교류분석을 사티어의 의사소통 유형 이론과 연관시켜 그 타당성을 확인해 보고자 한다. 두 이론의 유사점은 첫째, 인간은 의사소통에 의해 상호작용을 한다. 둘째, 의사소통을 상호복합적인 작용으로 보고 있다. 셋째, 긍정적인 인간관을 강조하고 의사소통의 훈련을 통해 성장과 변화를 추구한다. 넷째, 성숙하지 못한 자아의 의사소통의 한계점을 들고 있다. 두 이론의 차이점은 첫째, 교류분석은 관찰 할 수 있는 의식적 행동에 초점을 두어 행동을 변화시키는 단기상담을 목표로 하지만, 사티어는 무의식적 행동에 초점을 두어 행동을 변화시키는 장기상담이다. 둘째, 교류분석은 ‘지금-여기’를 강조하여 과거에 묶여있지 않도록 하지만, 사티어는 ‘과거’를 강조하여 과거의 생활경험에서 고정시킨 관점을 통하여 현재의 것을 보려고 한다. 셋째, 의사소통 훈련을 위한 접근으로 교류분석에서는 자신의 자아상태를 파악하는 것이지만, 사티어는 자아존중감 정도를 파악하는 것이다.

조종사 자격증명 시험제도의 개선방안에 관한 연구

최근 교통안전공단의 집계에 따르면 군 제대자들을 포함한 비행경력이 풍부한 많은 수의 항공종사자 (조종사)응시자들이 조종사의 기본면허인 자가용조종사, 사업용조종사, 운송용조종사 및 계기비행 한정증명등 항공종사자 자격증명 취득을 목적으로 외국으로의 유학을 한 것으로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구에서는 이들 유학생들을 대상으로 그들이 국내에서 자격증명 취득을 할 수 있는 충분한 비행시간을 갖고 있음에도 불구하고 자격증명시험제도를 외면한 채 외국으로의 유학을 결심한 이유를 조사하고, 만약 그 이유가 제도적인 문제점이라면 이의 타당성을 국제민간항공기구 부속서1의 권고 방식과, 미연방항공법 및 제도, 우리나라의 제도를 상호 비교 분석 검증하고, 이에 해결방법을 위한 자료로서 시험과목에 따르는 세부지침서를 제공하는데 역점을 두었다. According to the report of Korea Transportation Safety Authority, a number of applicants for pilot certificate, who have enough fight time as much as apply to that test, have had studying abroad to other countries for getting certificate. So I will survey why they have studying abroad without trying test in our country and research that the reason is reasonable comparing with annex 1 of ICAO, Federal Aviation Regulation and Aviation Law of Korea concerning with examination system for pilot. Finally this study is focused on providing for guidance materials to airman for the purpose of the improvement of the examination system for pilot certificate.

대학생활만족이 진로정체감과 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향: 광주·전남지역 4년제 대학생을 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 광주·전남지역 4년제 대학생을 대상으로 대학생활만족이 진로정 체감과 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 데 있다. 2017년 04월 25일 부터 05 월 25일 까지 4개 대학에서 수거한 280부의 질문지중 불성실하게 응답한 질문지를 제외하고 251부의 자료를 최종적으로 분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS Statistics 21을 이용하여 척도의 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하고, 회귀분석을 실시하였 다. 연구 결과 대학생활만족, 진로정체감 및 진로준비행동 간에는 유의미한 정적인 상관관계가 나타났고, 진로정체감과 진로준비행동에 상관관계가 높은 대학생활만족의 하위 요인은 수업만족, 교우만족, 학교만족 순이었다. 이는 광주·전남지역 재학생의 진로정체감과 진로준비행동을 높이기 위해서는 대학은 수업만족, 교우만족, 학교 만족도를 증진시키는 것이 필요하며, 이를 위하여 학생 특성에 맞는 체계적이고 구체 적인 노력을 기울여야 함을 알 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of campus life satisfaction on career identity and career preparation behavior in 4-year university students in Gwangju and Jeonnam. The subjects of this study were four 4-year university students in Gwangju and Jeonnam area. A total of 280 copies were distributed from April 25, 2017 to May 25, 2017 and 251 copies were used for analysis. After reliability and validity of the data collected was verified using IBM SPSS statistics 21, regression analysis was performed. The results showed that there was a positive correlation with career identity, career preparation behavior and satisfaction with campus life. The most correlated with career identity and career preparation behavior was class satisfaction, friendship satisfaction and school satisfaction which were the sub factors of campus life satisfaction. In order to enhance the career identity and career preparation behaviors of students in Gwangju and Jeonnam systematic and concrete efforts are need to improve class satisfaction, friendship satisfaction and school satisfaction.

스포츠이벤트유치 및 개최와 지역사회발전간의 관계

This study is focused on the problem about the expecting sport-policy at the period of localization after our country introduces self-governing system. Now, Does the attraction and holding of sport event affect local community development ? I am going to grasp their relationship through Japanes exemples. 1) In the type of reginal adhesion, local residents realized their district sport-action to select sport as district chief event. 2) In the type of event, there were following effects of increasement of local reputation, cultural exchange between residents and another local resisdents, propaganda and sale of indigenous products and formation of local common sense. 3) In the type of specration-invition, Attraction of sport event had an effect revenue and local nomination. 4) In the type to use image, there were some effect to enlarge income from sightseeing, to understanding sport and to develop it`s technology and popularization of sport program based on local specturity. To mention above, I can find social, economical, cultural effects in consequence of local sport event. 1) Participant`s estimation on the event(The degree of satisfaction, idea of revisiting etc.) 2) Estimation on the organization and management of event. 3) Estimation on what effect sport event had on local sport promotion policy. 4) Estimation on the local character and present condition of sport event and it`s problems. After sport event, we have to do four eseimations.
