예술과 사회: 한나 폴락의 다큐멘터리에 묘사된포스트소비에트 러시아의 부랑아 문제를 중심으로

This article traces the harsh realities of homeless children who has grown rapidly after the collapse of the Soviet Union, by analyzing the documentary films The Children of Leningradsky (2004) and Something Better to Come (2014), produced by Hanna Polak, a Polish film director and producer. In addition, this article traces the social missions of artists, by investigating Polak who is constantly and deeply involved in the issue of homeless children. Polak, who graduated from the Cinematography division of the Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography (VGIK), began her career as a cinematographer for the documentary film about the Russian homeless children Railway Station Ballad (2003), directed by Andrzej Celinski. In her first film The Children of Leningradsky (2004), co-directed with Celinski, Polak has continued to pay much attention to the problem of homeless children. The primary goal of this film, following the daily lives of homeless children living in the Leningradsky railway station in Moscow in the 1990s, is to show the audience the cruel lives of homeless children. As a result, the director-artist Polak has played a role as an observer and listener, not participating directly in the film. A full-length documentary film Something Better to Come (2014), completed by Polak for 14 years from 2000 to 2014, explores the miserable life of a 10-year-old girl Yula living on the territory of Svalka near Moscow, the largest garbage dump in Europe. Polak has become more actively engaged in the film in order to express her ideas more effectively. The director has fulfilled the role of an interlocutor and furthermore, an activist in the film. Moreover, Polak, who is conscious of the social missions of artists, believes that the power of the film art can be extended beyond the screen. Even in despair, showing and talking about hope is the way how art can stand against the harsh realities. 이 글의 목표는 소비에트 체제 붕괴 이후 급증한 부랑아들의 실상을 폴란드 감독 한나 폴락(Hanna Polak)의 다큐멘터리 「레닌그라드스키의 아이들(The Children of Leningradsky)」(2004)과 「그러나 삶은 지속된다(Something Better to Come)」(2014)를 통해 살펴보는 것이다. 아울러, 부랑아 문제에 지속적이고도 깊이 있게 천착하고 있는 폴락 감독을 통해 예술가의 사회적 임무에 대해 살펴보는 것 역시 이 글의 목표가 된다. 전러시아국립영화연구소(ВГИК) 촬영학과를 졸업한 폴락은 러시아의 부랑아 문제를 다룬 안드제이 첼린스키 감독의 「기차역 발라드(Railway Station Ballad)」(2003) 촬영기사로 자신의 커리어를 시작하였고 첼린스키와 공동 연출한 감독 데뷔작 「레닌그라드스키의 아이들」에서 다시금 부랑아 문제를 진지하게 주시하게 되었다. 1990년대 모스크바 레닌그라드역에 거주하는 부랑아들의 일상을 추적한 이 다큐의 일차적 목표는 관객에게 부랑아들의 참상을 있는 그대로 보여주는 것이었다. 그로 인해 감독-예술가는 영화에 직접 개입하는 것을 자제한 채 관찰자이자 청자로서의 역할에 집중하게 된다. 「그러나 삶은 지속된다」는 모스크바 근교에 위치한 “유럽 최대의 쓰레기 매립지” ‘스발카‘에 살고 있는 10세 소녀 율랴의 삶을, 2000년부터 2014년까지 14년간 지켜보며 완성한 장편 다큐멘터리이다. 이 영화에서 감독은 자신의 메시지를 보다 효과적으로 전달하기 위해 전작에 비해 더욱 적극적으로 영화에 개입한다. 즉 이 다큐에서 감독은 대화자, 더 나아가 참여자, 조력자로서의 역할을 충실히 이행하고 있는 것이다. 뿐만 아니라 예술가의 사회적 임무에 대해 진지하게 고민하고 있었던 폴락은 영화의 힘이 스크린 안에 갇혀 있는 것이 아니라 스크린 밖으로 확장되어 영화 속 인물뿐 아니라 관객까지 변화시킬 수 있다고 믿고 있었다. 폴락이 자신의 다큐멘터리로 보여준바, 절망 속에서도 희망에 대해 말하는 것, 바로 이것이 광포하고도 참혹한 현실에 대항하는 예술의 응전 방식이었던 것이다.

인간의 긍정적인 심리 변화과정에서 동작을 통한 감정표현의 하부 구조인 감정 표출의 의미에 대한 고찰: 융의 적극적 상상의 관점에서

The purpose of this study was to re-understand the value of emotional expressions in body movements by examining the physical emotional expressions in the process of promoting human psychological change from the viewpoint of Jung's active imagination and Aristotle's catharsis. The study on emotional expression and emotional intelligence through dance movements that have been conducted until recently (Na Jung-sun, 2011; Park Eun-kyung, 2010; Park Jin-sun, 2018; Seo Jin-hee, 2013; Lee Ji-hyun, 2008; Jang Hye-ji, 2011; Jo Eun-ji, 2017; Choi Eun-hee, 2002) is mostly about emotional expressions. The researcher thought that it was desirable to understand the process in depth in order to promote the expression of emotions, and to examine the meaning of emotional expr ession, which is the leading step in emotional expression and perception, which is revealed in the process of active imagination by psychologist Jung. To do this, we examined the correlation between body and emotional expression, and then we saw how emotional expressions were explained from Jung’s and Aristotle’s perspectives, and how emotional expressions could help us make healthy psychological changes. Jung's active imagination and Aristotle's Catharsis concept described emotional expression in two ways or dimensions. In active imagination, it is said to cause emotional expressions to occur and to participate and act consciously in their expressions. In catharsis, it is called removing and purifying emotional tensions. This can be said to be the expression and consciousness of emotion. Recently, Western mindfulness-based psychotherapy seems to focus more on finding meaning by staying in the emotion rather than removing or revealing emotions. However, considering the emotional expression culture of Koreans, especially those who are experiencing difficulties in their changes due to emotional oppression and rational thinking in modern society, the expression of emotions is an important factor in the process of psychological growth. Expression of emotions through the body will help consciously conscious of their unconsciousness and provide opportunities for people with difficult language expressions to explore the subject of life. It will also be used as a ritual to conscious our unconsciousness through the combination of various art media. Although the expression of emotions may be said to require appropriate structures and environments, the expression of emo박선영235 tions, especially through body movements, may have a new meaning as a way of intervention to move in a positive direction in the process of human change. 본 연구는 인간의 심리적 변화를 촉진하는 과정에서의 신체적 감정 표출을 융(Carl G. Jung)의 적극적 상상과 아리스토텔레스의 카타르시스라는 관점에서 살펴봄으로써 몸동작으로 이루어지는 감정 표출의 가치를 새롭게 이해하는 것이다. 최근까지 진행된 무용 동작을 통한 정서표현과 정서지능에 관한 연구(나정선, 2011; 박은경, 2010; 박진선, 2018; 서진희, 2013; 이지현, 2008; 장혜지, 2011; 조은지, 2017; 최은희, 2002) 는 대부분 감정표현의 증진 및 그 효과에 대해 다루고 있다. 연구자는 감정의 표현을 증진시키기 위해서는 그과정을 심층적으로 이해하는 것이 바람직하다고 생각하였으며 이를 위해 심리학자 융이 말하는 적극적 상상의과정에서 드러나는 감정표현의 두 가지 차원인 감정 표출과 인식에서 선행단계인 감정표출이 갖고 있는 의미를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 몸과 감정 표현의 상관관계를 살펴본 후 융과 아리스토텔레스의 관점에서 감정 표현이 어떻게 설명되는지, 그리고 감정의 표출이 인간의 건강한 심리적 변화를 위해 어떤 도움을 줄 수있는지 알아보았다. 융의 적극적 상상과 아리스토텔레스의 카타르시스 개념은 감정 표현을 두 가지 방식 혹은차원으로 묘사하였다. 적극적 상상에서는 감정적 표현을 일어나게 하기와 그 표현에 대한 의식적 참여와 행동하기라고 했으며, 카타르시스에서는 감정의 긴장을 제거하기와 정화하기라고 한다. 이는 감정의 표출과 의식하기라고 할 수 있다. 최근 서양의 마음챙김 기반의 심리치료에서는 감정을 제거하거나 털어놓기보다는 그 정서에 머무르며 의미를 찾는 것에 더 많은 초점을 두고 있는 것으로 보인다. 그러나 현대사회에서 감정적 억압과이성적 사고로 자신의 변화에 어려움을 겪고 있는 사람들에게, 특히 한국인의 감정표현 문화를 고려해보면 감정의 표출은 심리 성장의 과정으로 중요한 요소라고 할 수 있다. 몸을 통한 감정 표출은 자신의 무의식을 의식화하도록 도와주며, 언어적 표현이 어려운 사람들에게 삶의 주제를 탐색할 수 있는 기회를 제공할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 다양한 예술 매체와의 결합을 통해서도 우리의 무의식을 의식화하는 돋움대로 사용될 수 있을 것이다. 비록 감정의 표출이 적절한 구조와 환경이 필요하다고는 말할 수 있으나, 인간의 변화 과정에서 긍정적인방향으로 나아가기 위한 개입의 방법으로 감정의 표출, 특히 몸동작을 통한 감정의 표출이 새로운 의미를 가질 수 있을 것이다.

근대지형도의 지명과 기호로 본 평양의 장소성

The primary purpose of this study was to establish a spatial database for the modern period in Pyongyang through a review of the geographical names and symbol types on the Joseon Basic Map, which is a contemporary topographical map. To this end, the Pyongyang map sheet was identified based on contemporary topographic maps, and a GIS database (DB) was constructed using Daedongyeojido, Joseon Basic Map, and the maps of current administrative districts(as of 2019) for comparison. From the data from the Joseon Basic Map, the geographical names within the Pyongyang region such as Pyeongyang-bu, Taedong-gun, and Gangdong-gun were documented according to type. The symbols on the Joseon Basic Map were documented using the symbology of the contemporary topographical map for the Pyongyang region including Pyeongyang-bu, Taedong-gun, and Gangdong-gun. Following analysis of the results from the geographical names and symbols on the Joseon Basic Map, it was found that the geographical names and symbols are important elements representing the placeness of a region. Using a web-based GIS database for the Pyongyang region comprising the map symbols of points and features corresponding to the Joseon Basic Map, that were constructed through this study, various thematic maps can be developed.

정수계획법을 통한 다중작업 수행 단일기계에서의 작업순서 결정

With the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, multi-variety production in the up-to-date manufacturing environment is proceeding more rapidly whereby production planning and management have been getting more complicated. Moreover, the need to improve production efficiency through effective operation sequencing is further heightened. Fundamentally, the effective operation sequencing can reduce the set-up of the equipment, efficiently utilize the equipment, shorten the set-up time, and ultimately contribute to productivity improvement. This study deals with the problem of efficient operation sequencing in a situation where a single machine performs multiple operations. The complexity of the problem is very high when compared to the case where only one operation is performed on one machine, which is covered in most existing studies. In this paper, we propose an integer programming model to minimize the number of setups. This study aims at minimizing the number of mold replacement times in the process of processing a given production order for the wiring harness manufacturing process, which is one of the components of automobile electric field. In addition, brief case studies are presented to verify the validity of the proposed mathematical model. 4차 산업혁명의 도래와 함께 제조 환경의 다품종화가 더욱 급격히 진행되고 있다. 다품종화된 생산 환경은 전반적인 생산계획 및 관리를 더욱 어렵게 하고 있으며, 효과적인 작업순서 결정을 통한생산 효율 제고의 필요성을 더욱 높이고 있다. 기본적으로 효과적인 작업순서는 설비의 셋업을 감소시키고 설비의 효율적 활용과 함께 셋업 시간 단축을 도모하여 궁극적으로는 생산성 향상에 기여할수 있다. 본 연구는 단일 기계가 다중 작업을 수행하는 상황에서의 효율적인 작업순서 결정 문제를다룬다. 이는 대부분의 기존 연구에서 다루고 있는 한 대의 기계에서 하나의 작업만을 수행하는 경우와 비교할 때 문제의 복잡성이 매우 높다. 본 연구에서는 특히 셋업 횟수를 최소화하기 위한 정수계획 모형을 제안한다. 이는 자동차 전장 구성품의 하나인 와이어링 하네스 제조 공정을 대상으로 주어진 생산주문을 처리하는 과정에 금형 교체횟수를 최소화하는 문제를 대상으로 한다. 또한 제안된 수리 모형의 유효성을 검증하기 위해 간단한 사례연구 결과를 함께 제시한다.

아동병원 외래 환아 보호자의 병원서비스 만족도

This study was performed to find out the hospital service satisfaction of the caregivers using the children's hospital. The impact of general features and motivations on hospital service satisfaction was investigated for the carers of patients visiting outpatient clinics in large cities using structured questionnaire. Studies have shown that telephone counseling, medical reservation, hospital facility consistency or convenience, child convenience, nurse's kindness, medical staff's kindness, explanation, etc. do not have much impact. As for considerations, other factors, but in motivation, there was the biggest difference in service satisfaction across the hospital. Although the medical staff's ability is important because customers visiting pediatric hospitals tend to be evaluated for caregivers services rather than patients, I think the hospital's overall service satisfaction is an important factor in finding hospitals, so I think the convenience of medical staff and facilities for children are necessary. 본 연구에서는 아동병원을 이용하는 환자보호자의 병원 서비스만족도를 알아보고자 시행 하였다.구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 광역시에 소재한 아동 전문 병원 외래진료를 위해 찾는 환아의 보호자를 대상으로 일반적 특성과 내원 동기가 병원서비스 만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 연구결과는 아동병원의 내원 동기는 전화상담, 진료예약, 병원시설의 청결도나 편리성, 아동을 위한 편의시설, 접수할 때 직원의 태도나 친절도, 간호사의 친절도, 진료 시 의료진의 자세나 설명 및 배려, 기타 등은 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났으나 내원동기에 따른 전체적인 병원 서비스 만족도에는 가장 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 아동병원을 찾는 고객은 환아가 아니라 보호자 고객에 의해 서비스 평가를 받기 마련인 만큼 의료진의 실력도 중요하지만 병원의 전체적인 서비스 만족도가 병원을 찾는 중요 요소 이므로 일반 타 의료기관보다 아동에 대한 시설 배려나 보호자에 대한 편의성이 높아져야 할 것이라고 생각한다.

A Mortality Case Caused by Thrombotic Microangiopathy after Successful Bloodless Living Donor Liver Transplantation

Thrombotic microangiopathy (TMA) after solid organ transplantation is infrequent and its etiology remains still unclear. Nevertheless, if early diagnosis and early therapies are not performed, it can lead to severe life-threatening complications and even death. A 54-year-old female (a Jehovah’s Witness) was diagnosed with drug-induced toxic hepatitis and was decided to undergo bloodless living donor liver transplantation (LDLT). After the successful LDLT, the patient’s condition deteriorated, and she was diagnosed with TMA during further evaluation. We tried to proceed with plasma exchange-based treatment, but she and her family declined according to their religious beliefs. The patient expired 4 days after the diagnosis. Physicians should maintain a high level of suspicion for TMA after liver transplantation when clinical manifestations are observed.

자화상 에세이 쓰기에 활용할 콘텐츠에 관한 고찰 -빅터 프랭클의 ‘로고테오리’(Logotheorie)를 중심으로-

This study aimed to investigate the contents being utilized on the essay writing of self-portrait as a writing course in Universities. The essay writing of self-portrait can be a meaningful work in a way to discover the value and meaning of existence, and to experience the recovery of self-esteem and inner healing. In addition, the characteristics of essay genre which do not stick to the format can relieve the burden of the learners on the writing and it has the strength to induce self-confession of the learners naturally. As a preliminary work for the essay writing class on self-portrait, this study concentrated on contents analysis being utilized on the essay writing course. With utilizations of movies, pictures, and poems among a variety of media to generate the interests of the learners, we made a process of imagery with various feelings to be learned in this study. The subjects of movies included ‘Black Swan’ by Director Darren Aronofsky to seek the form of ego and its changes, while the subjects of self-portraits included Francis Bacon, Vincent Van Gogh, Frida Kahlo, and Albrecht Dürer, with respect to the pictures. Lastly, the poems of self-portraits included poems by Sang Lee, Dong Joo Yoon, Sung Ja Choi, and Jung Joo Seo. In this study, we reviewed how the self-portraits in each artwork expressed the inner state and tried to clarify the meaning of existences from these. It is significant that the contents reviewed in this study to be aligned with Viktor Frankl’s semantics lead to review the ego seriously and to think positively. In addition, it can show the meaningful learning performance to acquire ‘paradoxical intention’ technique which is confronted by one’s internal images being afraid and evaded. 본고는 대학 글쓰기 교육의 일환으로서 자화상 에세이 쓰기에 활용할 콘텐츠에 관해 고찰하였다. 자화상 에세이 쓰기는 자기 존재의 가치와 의미를 발견하며, 자존감의 회복과 내적 치유를 경험할 수 있다는 점에서 의미 있는 작업이라 할 수 있다. 또한 형식에 얽매이지 않는 에세이의 장르적 특성은 글쓰기에 대한 학습자의 부담을 덜어줄 수 있고, 학습자의 자기고백을 자연스럽게 이끌어낼 수 있다는 장점을 지닌다. 본고는 자화상 에세이 쓰기 수업을 위한 사전 작업으로서, 수업에 활용할 콘텐츠를 분석하는 데 초점을 두었다. 이 글에서는 다양한 매체 중에서 영화, 그림, 시를 활용하여 학습자의 흥미를 유발하면서 다양한 감정의 형상화 과정을 익힐 수 있도록 하였다. 우선 영화는 대런 아로노프스키 감독의 <블랙 스완>을 대상으로 자아의 형상 및 변화를 모색하고, 그림은 프랜시스 베이컨, 빈센트 반 고흐, 프리다 칼로, 알브레히트 뒤러의 자화상을 대상으로 삼아 의미 분석을 하였다. 마지막 시 작품으로는 이상, 윤동주, 최승자, 서정주의 자화상 시편을 대상으로 의미를 분석하였다. 본고는 각각의 작품에서 자화상이 어떠한 내면 상태를 드러내는지 살폈고, 이로부터 도출되는 존재의 의미를 밝히고자 하였다. 본고에서 고찰한 콘텐츠는 삶의 의미를 깊이 통찰하게 해주는 빅터 프랭클의 의미이론을 접목시켜 스스로에 대해 진지하게 성찰하고 능동적으로 사유하도록 유도한다는 점에서 의의를 지닌다. 또한 이는 자신이 가장 두려워하고 기피했던 내적 모습에 직면하는 ‘역설적 의도’ 기법을 익힐 수 있다는 점에서도 의미 있는 학습 성과를 보여줄 수 있다.
