On fire, the most significant materials influencing the rise of temperature are finishing materials, and highly combustible materials become the reason of magnifying fires compared to incombustible materials. Recently, gypsum boards are widely used as interior finishing boards for constructions because of their features of absorbing heats and little temperature rising at the early stage of fire. Therefore, in this research, basic data were suggested to secure fireproof stability by investigating interior processing features, which change together with the backside temperature of test materials from Flash Over(within 30 minutes after firing), at which temperature reaches its highest point, to survey the features of materials due to rising temperature in the chase of gypsum boards (general and fireproof gypsum board)

The purpose of this study to find the mixture of concrete far Top- Down method. Throughout test of elapsed time change and L-type flow, it was proposed basic performance and level of top-down method concrete. When change as to elapsed time is considered, so series of F10 added 10% S.P satisfied slump and demanded flow(60±5㎝), and L-type slump, L-type flow satisfied liquidity, it can be considered basic mixture of designed actual frame later.

Up to now alkali restorative has proved effective in restoring alkalinity in superannuated concrete, but little has been studied on the evaluation of its efficiency. Since concrete is exposed directly to outer environment, it is continuously affected by the secondary deteriorating factors such as water permeation, inflow of polluted materials, etc, even after the maintenance work with alkali restorative. Therefore, it is necessary to examine the influence of these secondary factors on the safety of concrete. There have been many different kinds of materials which restore alkalinity in carbonized concrete. They can be classified according to their structural elements. This study focuses on the alkali restorative which mainly consists of silicic lithium metallic salt while examining the durable effectiveness of the factors (such as water permeation) which will continuously affect concrete as deteriorating factors even after the restoration of alkali.

Contemporary architecture calls for a wide range of surface textures and treatments. A surface compatible with the architect's design may vary from a glass-smooth finish to one requiring special sculptured ornamentation. These surfaces require many different types of form sheathing and lining. Chemical retarders applied to the form surface make it possible to remove surface mortar and expose the aggregate after forms have been removed. Variation in finish may also be achieved by grinding, chiseling, hammering, and sandblasting after the concrete has set. Precast panels as forms or liners may provide the desired surface finish; sometimes a combination several of these techniques is used.
플라이애쉬를 다량 치환한 콘크리트의 초기특성에 관한 실험적 연구

In this study, concrete what plenty of fly ash used as binder is left in three condition - humid condition(35℃), normal condition(20℃) and cold condition(5℃). Fly ash concrete is tested in fresh properties and early strength. The result of tests could give the decisive factor of form side's stripping time. The purpose of this study is presenting the stripping time data to help the construction work. The result of this study is below. 1. The plain concrete specimen in humid condition developed high strength before 5 days, then strength development is declined. 10 day strength of plain specimen is smaller than the normal condition specimen's. 2. The strength of the concrete which plenty of fly ash used is more developed than the concrete in normal condition. It says that fly ash concrete is useful in the humid condition. 3. As fly ash substitution rate is downsizing and outdoor temperature degree is low, form stripping times is getting shorter.
