Cytotoxicity of glucose oxidase(GO) and cardioprotective effect of Salviae Mulborrhizae Radix(SMR) against Go-induced cardiotoxicity were measured for evaluation of cardiotoxicity on cultured mouse pulmonary endotherial cells(PEC) by MTT assay after PEC were cultured for 8 hours at various concentrations of GO. GO was toxic in a time- and dose-dependent manner on cultured PEC after PEC were grown for 8 hours in media containing 1 ~60mU/ml GO. While, cultures were pretreated with 60μg/ml SMR for 2 hours increased remarkably cell viability. From the above results, it is suggested that GO is toxic on cultured PEC by the decrease of cell viability, and herb medicine such as SMR is very effective in the prevention of vascular toxicity induced by GO.

In this study we investigated the effects of process variables on the bond strength, and its dependency upon the interfacial chemistry when the joined $ZrO_2$ toughened $Na\beta$"-alumina to $\alpha$-alumina using B$_2$$O_3$-$SiO_2$-Al$_2$$O_3$-CaO glass sealant. We observed that bond strength is mainly determined by the strength of the glass, which, in turn, depends on the glass composition established after joining reaction. Joining at $950^{\circ}C$ for 15min yielded the highest average bond strength of 66MPa. Different types of interfacial reaction seem to occur at each interface. After joining at $950^{\circ}C$ for 15min we found that Ca and Si diffuse much deeper(~15$\mu\textrm{m}$) into the $\beta$"-alumina composite than into the $\alpha$-alumina(<1$\mu\textrm{m}$) as a result of ion exchange reaction and more effective grain boundary diffusion. Thermal expansion coefficient of the glass was found to have changed more closely to those of the $\beta$"-alumina composite and $\alpha$-alumina, which put the glass under a slight compressive stress.ressive stress.
VANET에서 Clustering 기법을 이용한 Emergency 메시지 전달 방안

VANET (Vehicular Ad-hoc NETwork) is one of the ITS technologies that provides traffic information by wireless communication technology, enabling the driver to drive safely. In particular, it is important to transmit the Emergency message for the driver to prevent additional traffic accidents. The emergency message is transmitted to all the drivers using the broadcast routing technique, which can cause broadcast storm problems. In order to solve the broadcast storm problem, various studies such as probability based, neighbor knowledge based, area based, and clustering algorithm have been performed, however they are still insufficient. Thus, in this paper, we propose an other method to transmit emergency message using clustering method. All vehicles are classified into cluster units, and each cluster is composed of Cluster Header, Gateway Member, and Cluster Member. To prove effectiveness of the proposed scheme, we perform test to compare and analyze the total amount of packets generated according to the number of vehicles. As a result, the total packet generation amount of the proposed scheme decreased by about 38.41% compared to the P-persistence and about 27.47% from the CBE-B. ITS 기술 중 하나인 VANET(Vehicular Ad-hoc NETwork)은 무선 통신 기술로 교통정보를 제공하여 운전자가 안전운전을 할 수 있도록 한다. 특히, 추가적은 교통사고를 예방할 수 있도록 운전자에게 Emergency 메시지를 전달하는 것은 중요하다. Emergency 메시지는 broadcast 라우팅 기법을 이용하여 모든 운전자에게 전달되는데 이것은 broadcast storm 문제를 야기할 수 있다. Broadcast storm 문제를 해결하기 위해 확률기반, 이웃정보기반, 지역기반, clustering 알고리즘 등 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있지만 아직 미흡하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 Clustering 기법을 이용하여 Emergency 메시지를 전달하는 방안을 제안한다. 모든 vehicle을 Cluster 단위로 구분하고, 각 Cluster는 Cluster Header, Gateway Member, Cluster Member로 분류한다. 제안방안의 효율성을 검증하기 위해 vehicle 수에 따라 생성되는 packet의 총량을 비교분석하였다. 그 결과, 제안방안의 packet 총 생성량은 P-persistence보다 약 38%, CBE-B보다 약 22% 감소하는 것을 보였다.
단결정β"-알루미나內의 Na→Ag 이온교환 반응에 관한 연구

??-알루미나에서 Na-Ag 이온들의 상호확산현상을 연구하기 위한 Na→Ag 이온교환 반응이 고안되었다. 단결정 Na ?-알루미나에 ²²Na 방사선 동위원소를 주입한후 300℃의 AgNO₃용융염에서 1,2,4,8,10,16,32분동안 이온교환반응을 행하였다. 이온교환률은 무게화 ²²Na 방사선 활동도의 변화로부터 각각 구하였으며, 이 두방법은 서로 좋은 일치성을 보였다. 반응은 비교적 빨리 일어나서 32분내에 약 90% 이상의 이온 교환율을 얻을 수 있었다. ??방사선 활동도의 변화로부터 산출한 외견상의 Na-Ag 상호확산계수(Dapp)는 300℃에서 ??이며 이 값은 Nernst-Einstein 관계식으로부터 구한 Na보다 Ag의 자기확산계수에 더 가깝게 나타났다. 따라서 Na→Ag 이온교환 반응속도는 보다 느리게 움직이는 Ag의 확산에 의해 지배되는 것을 알 수 있다. 한편 Nrenst-Planck식으로부터 구한 상호확산계수는 Dapp가 실제의 상호확산계수에 근접한 값인 것을 나타낸다. The ion exchange of Na by Ag was designed to study the interdiffusion behavior of Na-Ag in ??-alumina. Single crystals of Na ?-alumina labeled with ²²Na were exchanged in molten AgNO₃ at 300℃ for 1,2,4,8,10,16,32 minutes. The apparent Na-Ag interdiffusion coefficient determined from the change of ²²Na activity in the sample after exchang was found to be 2.71×?? at 300℃. This value compares more favorably with the self diffusion coefficient of Ag than Na calculated from the Nernst-Einstein equation. Inerdiffusion coefficient calculated from the Nernst-Einstein equation. Interdiffusion coefficient calculated from the Nernst-Planck equation indicated that the apparent interdiffusion is in the reasonable range.
블루투스를 이용한 다중접속 게임 제어 시스템의 설계 및 구현

최근 스마트폰 이용자가 급증하여 다양한 스마트폰 게임이 출시되고 있으나, 개인을 위한 게임이 주종을 이루고 함께할 수 있는 게임은 많지 않다. 본 논문에서는 하나의 게임을 다수 이용자와 같이 할 수 있도록 도와주는 블루투스를 이용한 다중접속 시스템을 제안한다. 제안 시스템은 기존 PC게임의 한계를 극복하고, Nintendo Wii와 같은 고가의 장비 없이 다수의 사용자가 함께 게임을 즐길 수 있는 방법을 편리하게 제공한다. Recently, as Smartphone users increase, a variety of Smartphone games have been released. However, many games are just for individuals, it is not easy to find games in which people can do together. In this paper, we propose the multiple access game control system using bluetooth, which can support multiple users to do games together. The proposed system overcomes the limitation of current PC games, and also proposes a convenient way in which people can enjoy the game easily without expensive equipments such as Nintendo Wii.
