        Effects of Long-Distance Running on Cardiac Markers and Biomarkers in Exercise-Induced Hypertension Runners: An Observational Study

        Objective To investigate changes of cardiac and muscle damage markers in exercise-induced hypertension (EIH) runners before running (pre-race), immediately after completing a 100-km ultramarathon race, and during the recovery period (24, 72, and 120 hours post-race).Methods In this observational study, volunteers were divided into EIH group (n=11) whose maximum systolic blood pressure was ≥210 mmHg in graded exercise testing and normal exercise blood pressure response (NEBPR) group (n=11). Their blood samples were collected at pre-race, immediately after race, and at 24, 72, and 120 hours post-race.Results Creatine kinase (CK) and cardiac troponin I (cTnI) levels were significantly higher in EIH group than those in the NEBPR group immediately after race and at 24 hours post-race (all p<0.05). However, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine kinase-myocardial band (CKMB), or CKMB/CK levels did not show any significant differences between the two groups in each period. N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) levels were significantly higher in EIH group than those in NEBPR group immediately after race and at 24 and 72 hours post-race (all p<0.05). A high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) level was significantly higher in EIH group than that in NEBPR group at 24 hours post-race (p<0.05).Conclusion The phenomenon of higher inflammatory and cardiac marker levels in EIH group may exaggerate cardiac volume pressure and blood flow restrictions which in turn can result in cardiac muscle damage. Further prospective studies are needed to investigate the chronic effect of such phenomenon on the cardiovascular system in EIH runners.

        고속도로 교통사고에 대한 기하구조의 영향(한계효과)에 관한 연구

        이 연구는 고속도로에서 발생한 교통사고에 대한 기하구조의 영향을 알아보고자 시도되었다. 기하구조의 경우에 는 지침 등에서 정하는 기준 권장값등이 있지만, 기존의 사고모형에서는 교통사고에 영향을 미치는 기하구조의 자료가 통합된 형태로 사용되어 혼합된 형태로 설치된 현실을 추정된 모형이 제대로 설명하지 못하는 단점이 있다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 기하구조를 기준값에 의해 세분화된 기하구조 자료를 사용함으로써, 현실을 반영한 모형을 추출하고자 하였다. 그리고 각 기하구조별 탄력성 분석을 통해 사고에 미치는 영향을 제시하였다. 이는 향후 교통안전을 고려한 기하구조의 지침 정립에 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다. This study dealt with the impacts of geometric structure on traffic accidents occurring on the interstates. There are standard values for the case of geometric structure which are recommended in the design guideline/policy; however, in the previous models, geometric variables were adapted as integrated ones as opposed to mixed ones in the real world so that derived models had a weakness to reflect the real. Therefore, using subdivided geometric variables, this study tried to derive the model which reflects the real world. In addition, by calculating elasticity, each variables' effect to the accidents are estimated. Hopefully, this study will help to establish the future guideline/policy of geometrics considering traffic safety.

      • Relay servo-control system의 자려진동에 관하여

        Relay Servo제어계의 특이한 성질의 하나로, 다른 비선형계에섣 그렇지만 외부의 동작에 의한 것이 아니고, 제어계 자체내의 조건에서 계속적으로 주기적운동, 즉 자려주기진동(Sustained Oscillation)이 발생하는 경우가 있다. 제어계가 자려진동의 상태에 있을 때 그 진폭 및 각주파수는 각 부분의 요소에 의하여 결정되고 고유한 값을 가지게 된다. 이러한 상태는 선형제어계의 입장에서 보며는 불안정상태이나, Relay제어계에서는 이 주기진동이 제어량의 일정목표치에 대한 비율이 미리 규정지은 요구조건에 비하여 실제상 허용할 수 있는 정도면 제어계는 안정하다고 할 수 있다. Relay Servo계의 안정, 불안정은 Describing함수의 방법에 의하여 Nyquist, Attnuation-phase Margin Criteria를 사용하여 Kochenburger, Johnson의 연구에서 규정지었다. Relay-Servo자려진동상태는 제어계의 Gain정수 중에서도 그 종류에 따라 각주파수 및 진폭에 미치는 영향이 달라진다. 본문은 위에 설명한 상태를 알아내기 위하여 간단한 Raly위치제어계를 구성하고 Gain정수를 변화시키면서 자려진동의 각주파수 및 진폭의 변화를 계산하고 기록계의 측정치와 비교검토하고자 한다.

      • 유한요소해석을 이용한 란쥬반형 진동자의 변위해석

        Piezoelectric ceramics can provide electro-mechanical transduction with high stresses but low displacement. To obtain lager displacements, several mechanical amplifying structures have been used. High alternating displacements can be obtained using resonant structure. In this paper, we calculated equivalent circuit of Langevin type ultrasonic vibrator and designed a vibrator whose resonant frequency is 50[㎑]. FEA (Finite Element analysis) was employed to calculate the resonant frequencies and maximum displacements of designed vibrators. The computer calculated resonant frequencies were approached to the designed one. As AC voltage input, the maximum displacements were shown sinusoidal changes. Terminal input admittance over a frequency range spanning the resonant frequency were calculated. ANSYS was employed to calculate resonant frequencies, displacements and terminal input admittance of vibrators

        남성 골밀도와 관련 요인에 대한 연구

        Objectives : Osteoporosis is the most common metabolic disease of the bone, and is one of the most important major public health problems world wide. It is more occurred in female than male, but as the osteoporosis of men is increasing, therefore bone fractures of men are increasing. So we investigated the factors which are related to Bone Mineral Density(BMD) of male for prevention of osteoporosis. Methods : We measured the Bone Mineral Density(BMD) of lumbar spine(L₂-L₄) and femoral neck in 5198 male, using dual energy X-ray absorptionmetry(DEXA; DPX-alpha). And then we analysed the 8 factors - age group, bone mass index(BMI), amount of smoking, drinking, exercise, and fast blood sugar, gastric disease, thyroid disease - which are related to BMD of male. Results : 1. In age group according to ≪Hwangjaenaekyong․Somun; 黃帝內經․素問≫, T-score was the highest at 17-24(三八歲) years group and decreased rapidly after 57-64(八八歲) years group in both lumbar spine(L₂-L₄) and femoral neck. Therefore we concluded that T-score of male in lumbar spine(L₂-L₄) and femoral neck change according to age group in ≪Hwangjaenaekyong․Somun; 黃帝內經․素問≫. 2. In BMI(body mass index), T-score of lumbar spine(L₂-L₄) and femoral neck were the highest in obese group than non-obese group. In comparison of age group according to BMI, T-score of lumbar spine(L₂-L₄) was significant difference in 17-72 years group and T-score of femoral neck was in 25-72 years group. 3. In exercise, T-score of lumbar spine(L₂-L₄) and femoral neck was increasing as exercising more. In comparison of age group according to exercise, Both T-score of lumbar spine and femoral neck were significant difference in 25-72 years old. 4. T-score of lumbar spine(L₂-L₄) was the highest in men who have taken exercise daily, and T-score of femoral neck was the highest in men who have taken exercise 1-3 times for a week. Conclusions : The age group in ≪Hwangjaenaekyong․Somun; 黃帝內經․素問≫ is related to BMD of men. And risk factors - BMI, exercise - are related to BMD of men. Therefore we expect that this study will help for prevention of osteoporosis of men.

        둥시 소설 속 부자관계의 두 가지 양상―《따귀소리》, 《후회록》을 중심으로

        東西是二十世紀九十年代以後在中國小說文壇上出現的新生代小說家之一。 中國內許多研究者提出的‘個人化傾向’概念足以部份地概括新生代作家的共性。 但它既不能說是新生代的專利, 又不能說是新生代作家創作特性的最有決定性的因素。 他們的創作傾向繼承八十年代的先鋒小說, 帶著濃重的實驗性和反傳統意識, 主張自己與前輩文學作家之間的‘斷裂’。 東西也不例外, 在自己的創作裏面體現出了反傳統、解構的面目。 特別在他塑造出來的人物中父子之間的關係往往具有很大的衝突和矛盾, 表現出弑父情節與對父權的激烈的質疑。 并且他作品里的儿子在弑父了之後往往表示自己的后悔或哀悼感情, 依然束缚在父亲的阴影里面, 以把自己的人生陷入到有悲剧性的结局。
