Utilization of ICT in art education has many implications. Students can experience artistic atmosphere in their daily lives, learn to express creative artistic abilities as well as appreciating art pieces to stir up creative desire. ICT is not only the means of engaging in creative art activities, it is also the source of information in art appreciation. Current research sought to utilize ICT in art education with four specific research points: the need to raise creative talents by utilizing ICT in art education; methods to utilize ICT in art education courses; curriculum in art education and utilization of ICT in art department; successful cases of developing art education materials utilizing ICT, and their appraisal; the prospect of developing art education materials utilizing ICT in art education. Results of the research are as follows. Firstly, goals and contents of art education utilizing ICT should be established, so that students may acquire problem-solving abilities and form systematic knowledge. While the goals and characteristics of art education are to increase creativity, existing curricula of art education are abstract and of a let-alone policy. Utilization of ICT in art education will supplement this, and enhance the effect of art education. Secondly, art education curriculum should realize the potential of each student. To achieve such an aim, relations between the curriculum and art activities and the levels and needs of each student should be analyzed and examined carefully. Thirdly, curriculum of ICT based art education is most effective when human resources and educational environments are harmonized. Boosted by government policy of modernizing educational environment, distribution of computers and multimedia system meets global standard. However, lack of full time staff at educational institutions prevents teachers and students from maintaining relations, and makes it difficult to take a multi-disciplinary approach. Therefore it is necessary to establish an educational system that can balance the needs of individual schools and government support, so as to develop educational contents that can be readily applied to educational classes. There are various kinds of artistic information in the daily environment. Artistic information can be recreated as solid artistic knowledge to encompass experience, creation, and appreciation. It depends on how to utilize the media in everyday environment more effectively. Students become most effective in acquiring, managing and utilizing knowledge when they are encouraged to be creative. Art education utilizing ICT will avail the setting up and running of the curriculum of art education whilst fostering creativity of students. 작금의 2천년대가 도래하기 전, 이른바 CAI(Computer - Assisted Instruction)라고 하는 컴퓨터 보조 수업이 대두된 것은 1930년대 이후이며, 이 수업이 보편화된 것은 라디오, TV, 컴퓨터 등의 시청각 매체를 통한 수업이 언어만을 위주로 한 단선교육에 비하여 학습효과에 훨씬 도움을 준다는 각종 연구 결과에 따른 것이다. 특히 근․현대적 시청각 매체에서 획기적으로 진보해온 컴퓨터가 학교교육 이외의 가정이나 사회교육과 같이 시공을 초월하여 무수한 정보를 불특정 다수에게 제공할 수 있는 환경에서 비롯된 것이라 할 수 있다. 이로부터 불과 몇 년이 채 되지 않은 현재는 PC일변도에서 벗어난 모바일․디지털 제품의 수요가 급증함에 따라 나노(Nano)기술에 의한 반도체 신(新)성장이라는 급물결의 와중에 놓여 있다.

Purpose : The aim of this study was to investigate correlation between retention of fluid and PWV/ABI. Methods : The sample consists of 35 women who took plethynography(VS-1000;Fukuda Co.Ltd, Japan) at Oriental medicine exhibition held in COEX mall from August. 26. 2004 to August. 29. 2004. They were asked the intensity of the symptoms like dizziness or headache, nausea or bowel trouble, coldness in knee, and palpitation(1:none, 2:a little, 3:mild, 4:moderate, 5:severe). Women who answered 1,2 were classified as control group, and women who answered 3,4,5 were experimental group. Result : There was stastically significant correlation between dizziness and ABI Conclusion : It is believed that ABI may be the favorable alternative to the diagnosis of dizziness or headache.

This study attempts to make comparisons of the color education carried out in the two Koreas and China from the viewpoints of color principle,color contrast/harmony and color sense. It appears that South Korea and China maintain similar contents and system of color education, while in North Korea it is just regarded as a tool for protecting its regime as in other things. In the case of South Korea, the color education at schools as part of fine arts classes was started during the imperialist Japan and has adopted color theories of Europe. Amid the higher interest in industrial designs in recent days, qualification standards for colorists have been established and the color education has been made diversified. Thus, the color education system now stands on a firmer footing. Looking at China, the color education at schools has adopted color theories of Europe, segmenting it into color physics, color physiology, color psychology, color contrast/harmony and traditional color theory,and adopting the terms, such as painting colors, design colors, natural colors and abstract colors. In the case of North Korea, its color education is based on socialistic realism, not open to the international standards. Its color education is just intended for the use of making slogan posters and placards in the interest of the regime. In consideration of the foregoing, this study suggests that the nation's color education should be carried out in the following ways: first, critical and developmental theories should be accommodated in an open way; second, scientific color research should be activated in a way that fully reflects the nation's history and traditional culture third, a joint committee for color research should be set up between the two Koreas for rearrangement of color-related terms and color education guidelines in preparation for national reunification.
