      • 1급 응급구조사의 임파워먼트가 비판적 사고에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : This study aimed to examine the effects of empowerment of the paramedics on critical thinking and provide the basic materials for the qualitative improvement of emergency medical service. Methods : This study collected data with the paramedics working at general hospital and hospital emergency room in G metropolitan city, B metropolitan city, U metropolitan city, D metropolitan city and J province from July 1 to 31, 2008. Total 180 questionnaires were collected and 152 were used for final analysis, and the following results were obtained through statistical analysis using SPSS 12.0 program. Results : 1) Average score of empowerment was 4.44 out of 6 and according to average score by areas, significance was 4.94, capacity 4.92, self-determination 4.28, and effective-ness 3.62. 2) Empowerment by general characteristics was statistically significant in age (F = 3.313, p < 0.05), the final scholastic attainments(F = 2.436, p < 0.05), and salary(F = 1.695, p < 0.01). 3) Average score of critical thinking was 3.12 out of 7 and according to scores by areas, maturity was highest as 3.71, followed by no prejudice as 3.70, systemicity as 3.14, pursuit of truth as 3.05, much curiosity as 2.93, critical thinking and self-confidence as 2.92, and analysis as 2.91. 4) Critical thinking by general characteristics was statistically significant in marital status (F = 15.695, p < 0.01) and the final scholastic attainments (F = 2.606, p < 0.05). 5) Correlations between empowerment and critical thinking showed positive correlations as Pearson's correlation coefficient r = 0.400 and positive correlation in all areas including empowerment and critical thinking were found (r = 0.116-0.710). 6) The effect of empowerment on critical thinking was statistically significant in p < 0.01 and was explained as $R^2=0.155$. In the effects of empowerment on critical thinking, significance, capacity and self-determination were statistically significant in p < 0.01, effectiveness in p < 0.05 and were explained as R2 = 0.244. Conclusion : From the above results, it was found that empowerment had the influence on critical thinking, so it was considered that hospital managers and emergency room chiefs must develop and operate education and training program based on the concept of empowerment, maintenance and management strategies.

        초등학생의 안전의식에 관한 연구

        This study selected the fifth and sixth graders of elementary school in Jeollanamdo who can express their opinions of safety consciousness and understand the items of questionnaire as the population. It selected 10 elementary schools under the supervision of Jeonnam Board of Education and sampled 700 students randomly from 2-3 classes in the 5th and the 6th grade. One preliminary survey was conducted to revise and complement the contents and forms of questionnaire with 70 students of a school from Apr. 1 to 6, 2004 and this study was conducted from Apr. 10 to 30, 2004. Data of this study were collected by explaining the purport of study to subjects after obtaining approval of principal and teacher of the school and distributing questionnaires. Total 700 questionnaires were distributed and 681 were collected (97%) and 602 were used for final analysis except 79 lacking responses. The results of this study are as follows. According to demographical characteristics of subjects, 'male' students were 302(50.%) and 'female' students were 300(49.8%) by sex and 'the 5th graders' were 285(47.3%) and 'the 6th graders' were 317(52.7%) in grade distribution. Residents at 'apartment house' were 406(67.4%) in residence type, 'going to school by foot' was 477 students(79.2%), 'high school graduates' were 297(49.3%) in fathers' education, 'high school graduates' were 366 (60.8%) in mothers' education, 'professional and office workers' were 231(38.4%) in fathers' job, 'full-time workers' were 283(47.0%) in mothers' job, and the number of siblings was one except myself in 343 students(57.0%). Respondents on the level of class showing 'good' were 340(56.5%) and those on the degree of adaptation to school life showing 'active' were 349(58.0%). On the characteristics related to safety education, 360(59.8%) responded it was 'very necessary', on the frequency of safety education at school for last one year, 339(56.3%) responded they had 'once or twice', on the frequency of safety education by parents, 279(46.3%) responded they 'often' had it, on the level of safety practice by parents, 347(57.6%) responded they practiced it 'frequently', on the source of knowledge of safety, 223(37.0%) responded they got it from 'parents, siblings and relatives', on the degree of recognizing the need of safety education textbooks, 295(38.5%) responded 'it was needed', on the recognition of necessity of teacher for safety education, 271(45.0%) answered it was very necessary', and on the recognition of qualification of teacher for safety education, 370(61.5%) answered it was 'paramedic'. The mean score of safety consciousness of subjects was 2.72 (SD. 21) of full score 3, having high score over mean score. According to each area, the area showing the highest safety consciousness was safety of fire(2.83), followed by home safety(2.76) and first-aid treatment(2.76), traffic safety(2.71), play and leisure safety(2.66) and school safety(2.56). Items showing statistical differences in the degree of safety consciousness according to demographical characteristics were sex(t=-3.11, p=.002), education(t=2.33, p=.021) and number of siblings(F=3.729, p=.011). In the difference of safety consciousness between both sexes, 'female' students(2.75) showed higher safety consciousness than 'male' students (2.69), and the former also showed higher safety consciousness than the latter in all six areas of school safety, play and leisure safety, traffic safety, fire safety, home safety and first-aid treatment, and there were statistical differences in the areas of play and leisure safety, traffic safety, fire safety and first-aid treatment. According to the differences of safety consciousness by grade, 'the fifth graders'(2.74) showed higher safety consciousness than 'the sixth graders'(2.70) and the former also showed higher safety consciousness than the latter in all six areas of school safety, play and leisure safety, traffic safety, fire safety, home safety and first-aid treatment, and

        콘크리트 교량의 고정하중 응력에 관한 실험적 측정방법

        이 논문은 콘크리트 교량의 내하력 평가에서 고정하중이 차지하는 응력을 현장측정 기법으로 평가하는 방법을 제시한 것이다. 이론적인 구조계산에만 의존하고 있는 고정하중에 대한 응력평가는 열화된 교량의 실제응력을 충분하게 반영하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 이러한 문제점을 극복하기위한 방법으로 부분절단법을 제시하였으며 이 방법은 외부의 추가적인 하중재하없이 순수 고정하중에 의해 유발된 부재응력을 현정에서 직접적으로 측정할 수 있도록 고안된 것이다. 부분절단법의 적용은 기존의 이론적인 구조계산방법을 보완하고 보다 실질적인 고정하중 응력을 반영할 수 있게 된다. 제안된 현장 측정 방법의 적용성은 기존평가방법과 비교하여 검증하였다. This paper describes an attempt to develop a practical method for the measurement of dead load stress in existing concrete bridges. In most cases, the dead load stress was determined by various theoretical calculations. However, the theoretical calculation cannot always provide a sufficient information on the current stress state due to lots of uncertainty. The key idea incorporated with this paper is the partial sectioning method which is able to estimate current stress state in concrete bridges subjected to dead load. The proposed method is applied to the safety assessment of actual concrete bridges and the applicability of this system is investigated.

        관계 DBMS 기반 XML 저장시스템 상에서의 XML 뷰 인덱싱

        질의 결과를 캐쉬한 후 후속 질의 처리에 사용하는 것은 중요한 질의 최적화 기법으로서 이에는 실체뷰 기법과 뷰 인덱싱이 있다. 관계 데이터베이스에 대하여 많이 연구된 이들 기법은 XML이 웹 상에서 데이터 교환의 표준으로 부각된 이래 최근 XML 데이터에 대해서도 연구되고 있다. XML 뷰 인덱싱은 XML 질의의 결과인 XML 뷰 xv를 XML 뷰 인덱스(XVI)라는 구조로 표현한다. XVI는 xv의 소스 문서 엘리먼트들의 식별자 및 xv에 대한 정보를 저장한다. xv에 대한 XVI는 XML 엘리먼트의 식별자만을 저장하지 엘리먼트 자체를 저장하는 것이 아니다. 따라서 xv가 요청되면 그것의 XVI를 통해 xv의 하부 소스 XML 문서에 대해 실체화(materialization) 과정이 수행되어야 한다. 본 논문은 XVI 관리 시스템과 관계 DBMS 기반의 XML 저장 시스템의 통합 문제를 다룬다. 제안된 시스템은 두개의 서로 다른 상용 관계 DBMS에 대하여 Windows 2000 Server 환경에서 각각 Java로 구현되어 XML 뷰 인덱싱을 통한 XML 질의 처리의 성능 향상 및 XML 뷰 인덱싱의 오버헤드 평가에 이용되었다. 성능 실험 결과 관계 DBMS 기반의 XML 저장 시스템 상에서 XML 뷰 인덱싱은 매우 효율적이며 그 오버헤드는 미미하다는 것을 확인하였다. Caching query results and reusing them in processing of subsequent queries is an important query optimization technique. Materialized view and view indexing are the representative examples of such a technique. The two schemes had received much attention for relational databases, and have been investigated for XML data since XML emerged as the standard for data exchange on the Web. In XML view indexing, XML view xv which is the result of an XML query is represented as an XML view index (XVI), a structure containing the identifiers of xv`s underlying XML elements as well as the information on xv. Since XVI for xv stores just the identifiers of the XML elements not the elements themselves, when xv is requested, its XVI should be materialized against xv`s underlying XML documents. In this paper, we address the problem of integrating an XML view index management system with an RDBMS based XML storage system. The proposed system was implemented in Java on Windows 2000 Server with each of two different commercial RDBMSs, and used in evaluating performance improvement through XML view indexing as well as its overheads. The experimental results revealed that XML view indexing was very effective with an RDBMS based XML storage system while its overhead was negligible.

        일부 중학생의 심폐소생술에 관한 노래․동영상 자가 학습과 심폐소생술 동영상 자가 학습(VSI)과의 교육 효과 비교

        본 연구는 심폐소생술 교육 경험이 없는 중학생의 심폐소생술에 관한 노래·동영상 자가 학습과 심폐소생술 동영상 자가 학습(VSI)과의 교육 효과를 파악함으로써, 중학생을 대상으로 효과적인 심폐소생술 교육방법을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도하였다. 연구의 대상자는 G광역시에 소재한 S중학교 3학년 학생을 대상으로 편의표집하여 총 68명으로 실험군 33명, 대조군 35명이 최종 실험처치까지 참여하였다. 조사기간은 2009년 4월 22일부터 23일까지 2일에 걸쳐서 자료를 수집하였다. 연구 결과는 중학생을 대상으로 한 심폐소생술에 관한 노래·동영상 자가 학습이 심폐소생술 동영상 자가 학습(VSI)보다 좋은 결과가 나왔다고는 볼 수는 없다. 하지만 교육 효과가 확인되었으므로 중학생을 대상으로 한 심폐소생술 교육에 있어 유용하게 활용 될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. This study examined the educational effects by song?video self study of CPR and CPR VSI with middle school students who have no CPR education experience and aimed to provide basic materials for effective CPR education method with middle school students. The subjects of the research were total 68 middle school students of S middle school in G metropolitan city and they were selected by convenience sampling into 33 experimental group and 35 control group. The period of examination was from Apr. 22 to 23, 2009 and the data were collected for two days. As a result of the research, song·video self learning of CPR with middle school students was not considered as achieving better results than video self learning. But, as its educational effects were confirmed, it will be available in education of CPR with middle school students.

        뇌졸중 환자들의 균형평가를 위한 Balancia 프로그램의 신뢰도와 타당도

        균형은 일상생활의 기본적인 요소이며 균형능력의 평가는 무게중심의 측정으로 한다. 본 연구에서는 뇌졸중 환자를 대상으로 균형 능력을 평가하기 위한 Balancia 프로그램의 신뢰도와 타당도를 측정하고자 하였다. COP의 측 정을 위한 장비로는 Wii Balance Board를 이용하였다. 연구는 39명의 뇌졸중 환자들 대상으로 하였다. 신뢰도 검사는 동요거리, 동요속도, area95% 결과값의 검사자간 신뢰도와 검사자내 신뢰도를 실시하였다. 검사자내 신뢰도는 검사-재 검사의 방법으로 급간내 상관계수를 측정하여 ICC .793-.939로 높은 신뢰도를 보였고, 검사자간 신뢰도에서도 ICC .791-.955로 높은 신뢰도를 보였다. 타당도는 Accusway와 비교하여 ICC .851-.955로 매우 높은 일치도를 보였다. 따라 서 본 연구를 통해 Balancia 프로그램이 뇌졸중 환자의 균형 능력을 평가하는데 높은 신뢰도와 타당도를 가진 프로그램으로 입증되었다. Balance is the foundation for all active daily livings. Evaluation of balance has been conducted to measure postural sway of center of pressure(COP). The purpose of this study is to introduce the Balancia and to examine the validity and inter-, intra-reliability for measure of balance with stroke patients. COP was measured by Wii balance board. The subjects Participated in this study were 39 stroke patients. Intra- and inter-reliability was examined using intraclass correlation coefficient(ICC) with 95% confidence interval. In the result of intra- and inter-reliability, all COP parameters of postural sway showed high to very high reliability with ICC=.793-.939 and ICC=.791-.955. Validity was determined by correlation with Accusway force plate. There were high validity with ICC=.851-.955 between tools. According to these results, the Balancia showed high validity and reliability. It is a useful clinical tool for evaluating balance in stroke patients.
