결론적으로 볼 때 정신분열증의 원인으로서 유전학설이 대두되어 있고 환경적인 요소도 생각하고 있지만 어떤 식으로 유전이 될 지 어떤 증상과 어떤 방법으로 결부되는지에 대해서는 아직까지 설명되지 못하고 있다. 현재로서는 정신분열증을 생리학적 및 생화학적 입장에서 설명해 보고자 여러가지 효소와 신경전달물질 또는 신경수용기 등에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행 중이다.
植物凝集素 P. vulgaris L.와 C. Chamlagu Lam.의 사람血淸에 依한 吸着能의 比較硏究

A comparative study on the agglutination adsorption activities of phytagglutinin, P. vulgaris L. (PVL) and C.Chamlagu Lam. (CCL) by the human AB type sera was carried out with 100 specimens of human red blood cells for the understanding of each characteristics, and the results could be summarized as follows: 1. The PVL and CCL reacted on the human red blood cells as panphytagglutinin, respectively. 2. In the distribution of agglutination adsorption activity of PVL, the positive reaction (ab.P(+)) was 26 cases (26%) and the negative (ab.P(-)), 74 cases (74%). 3. In the distribution of agglutination adsorption activity of CCL, the positive reaction (ab.C(+) was 63 cases (63%) and the negative (ab.C(-)), 37 cases (37%). 4. Therefore, there was specific relationship between two serotypes of ab. P and ab. C, classified by agglutination adsorption activities of PVL and CCL by human AB type sera.

The period of Adolescence is the stage of Life that starts with puberty and ends at the time when the person’s independence from his parents has attained a reasonable degree of psychological integration. On the other hand, The process of biological growth, psychological congruence and emotional development for maturation becomes prominent, rapid and intense during the high school years. No single factor in the psychological development of the adolescent is responsible for the end of developmental progression because there are many different facts such as genetic background, experiential factors, cultural and social surroundings, interaction between child and mother’s rearing practices, and special growth pattern to be used for coping mechanism. The developmental process is not necessarily the same in different cultural background along with different social and ethnic nature, therefore, the most important issues should be focused on the difference of developmental Norm in different ethnic and socio-cultural groupings. In the process of physical and psychological individuation, the adolescent is stressed to get reasonable amounts of interpersonal relationship with parents, teachers and people who surround them. It becomes a special pattern for rapport. The Continuous-growth progress throughout adolescence with a smoothness of purpose and a self-assurance of progression toward meaningful adult life and integrated ego identity. However, the adolescent becomes suffered from subjective distress regarding uncertainty about a variety of issues such as their future goals, career choice, friendship patterns, moral value system and sexual orientation and behavior, then, may develop a gradual onset of anxiety, depression and regressive phenomena - such as loss of interest in friends, school or activities. Under the educational, social and family system with well organized national support, the progression of integrated personality and well matured ego-identity will be achieved in their future. The continous support and good communication from old generation heep them reach the final goal and well integrated personality character. A modern clinical psychiatry has an obligation and duty to give the adolescent an understanding and meaningful relationship with others under health care system for youth in future.

본 연구는 수강생의 정보활용능력에 영향을 미치는 요인과 정보활용교육의 교육효과를 분석해보고 그 결과를 바탕으로 향후의 정보활용교육 활성화를 위한 방안을 제시하고자 함에 목적을 두었다. 정보활용교육 수강 전후의 컴퓨터조작기술, 도서관관련지식. 도서관이용빈도 및 정보활용능력의 평균값 차이를 비교하였다. 정보활용교육 수강생의 사전교육경험과 컴퓨터조작기술, 도서관이용지식 및 자료이용빈도가 정보활용능력에 미치는 영향 및 수강생의 수업만족도와 수강 후 견해와의 영향관계를 살펴본 가설 모두 채택되었다. 대학생들의 정보활용능력 향상을 위한 보다 체계적이고 심도 있는 교육 프로그램이 절실히 필요한 것으로 나타났다. This study analyzed factors affecting the information literacy of students and the effects of information literacy education. Based on the results. the study aimed at presenting plans for the enhancement of information literacy education hereafter. The differences in the mean value of computer operating skill, library related knowledge, frequency of library use and information literacy prior to and after taking the course in information literacy education were compared. The result of hypothesis testing on the effects of previous educational experience, computer operating skill, knowledge of library use and frequency of information use have on information literacy, as well as the relationship between course satisfaction and opinion after taking the lecture were all adopted. The result of the study implied that more systematic and concrete information literacy education program is urgently needed.
