        영국의 도시재생 전략체계와 실행전략에 관한 연구 - 영국 도시재생회사(Urban Regeneration Company)들의 사업전략 분석을 중심으로 -

        This paper aims to establish the urban regeneration strategic framework and analyze practical strategies in the UK and suggest the strategic implications for urban regeneration in Korea. For this purpose, we reviewed and analyzed the concept and history of urban regeneration in the UK. And we reviewed and analyzed the project strategies of 18 urban regeneration companies(URC) in the UK. In result, we drew basic goals, key and basic strategies for urban regeneration in the UK. On the basic of these analyses, we established the basic framework for urban regeneration in the UK. Moreover, we did an in-depth analysis of practical strategies of URCs. And we gave shape to a strategic framework for urban generation through this in-depth analysis. Cases for this in-depth analysis was chosen DerbyCityscape and Gloucester Heritage URC. As a result of this study, we proposed strategic implications of three perspectives for the urban regeneration in Korea. 본 연구의 목적은 영국의 도시재생 변천과정과 개념에 대한 통합적·맥락적 고찰을 통해 국내도시재생의 개념과 전략체계의 정립을 위한 시사점을 도출하는 것이다. 이를 위해 영국의 18개 도시재생회사(URC)들의 사업전략들을 분석하여 영국의 도시재생 기본전략체계를 정립 및 제시하였으며 도시재생회사(URC)들의 실행전략들을 분석함으로써 국내 도시재생 전략체계 정립을 위한 시사점을 제시하였다. 사업전략 분석 결과 도시정체성 회복, 물리환경의 지속가능성 확보, 도시공동체 형성 및 유지, 경제적 활력 저하에 대한 대응의 네 가지 도시재생관점을 도출할 수 있었으며 관점별 기본목표와 핵심 및 기본전략을 도출하여 영국의 도시재생 기본전략체계를 정립하였다. 또한 글로스터 헤리티지 도시재생회사(Gloucester Heritage URC)와 더비시티스케이프(DerbyCityscape)를 분석대상으로 선정하여 정립한 기본전략체계를 기반으로 실행전략의 특성을 분석하였다. 끝으로 도시재생 개념, 전략체계, 실행의 세 차원에서 전략적 시사점을 도출하였다.

        가속도 및 각속도 신호를 이용한 낙상 인지 시스템 구현

        In this study, we developed a falling recognition system to transmit SMS data through CDMA communication using a three axises acceleration sensor and a two axises gyro sensor. 5 healthy men were selected into a control group, and the fall recognition system using the three axises acceleration sensor and the two axises gyro sensor was devised to conduct an experiment. The system was attached to the upper of their sternum. According to the experiment protocol, the experiment was carried out 3 times repeatedly divided into 3 specific protocols: falling during gait, falling in stopped state, and falling in everyday life. Data obtained in the falling recognition system and LabVIEW 8.5 were used to decide if falling corresponds to that regulated in an analysis program applying an algorithm proposed in this study. In addition, results from falling recognition were transmitted to designated cellular phone in a SMS (Shot Message Service) form. These research results show that an erroneous detection rate of falling reached 19% in applying an acceleration signal only; 6% in applying an angular velocity; and 2% in applying a proposed algorithm. Such finding suggests that an erroneous detection rate of falling is improved when the proposed algorithm is applied incorporated with acceleration and angular velocity. In this study therefore, we proposed that a falling recognition system implemented in this study can make a contribution to the recognition of falling of the aged or the disabled.

        Recently, supercomputers have entered the era of exascale beyond petascale. Overcoming the exascale barrier, which is the biggest problem with a large number of computing nodes and energy efficiency, was possible by using GPUs for computation in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and various high-performance computations. As evidenced by this, seven out of the ten world’s highest performing supercomputers are heterogeneous computing systems using GPUs. Accordingly, we developed a tool that can easily and conveniently monitor multiple vendors GPUs to support heterogeneous computing systems that are widely used in artificial intelligence and high-performance computations.

      • 횡방향 충격을 받는 적층복합보의 손상에너지에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 투사체의 충격으로 인해 복합재에 발생하는 손상을 해석하기 위해 우선 이와 관련이 있는 손상에너지를 구할 수 있도록 동적 유한요소 프로그램을 개발하는데 있으며, 이렇게 구한 결과들을 Husman의 실험결과와 비교함으로써 본 논문 의 유한요소 프로그램이 적층복합보에 충격으로 인하여 전달되는 총에너지와 손상에너 지를 구하는데 타당한 것인가를 검토하고 이 프로그램을 이용하여 다음과 같은 것들을 해석하였다.

      • EMI 공식 메타데이터 서비스 AMGA의 다양한 언어지원 API 활용과 그 성능 분석

        AMGA는 EMI의 공식적인 메타데이터서비스로 그리드 환경에서 파일의 메타데이터를 저장하고 사용하는 데 쓰인다. 이러한 AMGA는 다양한 분야에서 사용이 가능하도록 다양한 데이터베이스, 다양한 인터페이스와 함께 다양한 프로그래밍 언어를 지원하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 AMGA가 다양한 프로그래밍 언어를 지원하기 위하여 제공하는 API를 활용하는 방법을 설명하고 고에너지 실험 데이터인 Belle II 실험 샘플데이터를 기반으로 API의 성능을 비교한다.

        공기 중 toluene diisocyanate의 포집방법에 따른 요중 toluene diamine의 관련성

        Toluene diisocyanate(TDI) has been known the materials which is induced occupational asthma, is mostly used by the materials of industrial polyurethane, excreted as toluene diamine(TDA) in case of occurring metabolism in the human body when it inhaled. This research is demonstrated to make scrutiny into efficiency of two differentways of sampling in comparison with the cocentration after make use of the open cassette holder and the modified 2-piece cassette holder which are originaly existing to doing sampling 2,4-TDI as 2,6 TDI in the air, and to present more adequate way to TDI sampling in the air and to present more adequate way to TDI sampling in the air from comparing concentration TDA in a worker's urine with concentration of TDI which is being sampling each ways And this study want to grasp the influence for TDA excretion by exposing TDI from the general character of workers. The study was experimented on the 22 workers from the factory where is pperated paining work using by paints from poly urethane. This study was performed to identify the personal character of workers by using the questionnaire. analysed TDI from 44 sample each in the middle of morning and afternoon and TDA from the 17 workers by take their urine. Open cassette holder is manufactured to face the filter with the outside by remove the modified 2-piece cassette holder eliminated he middle of section and top of the upper holder. As a result of analysis, the concentration of TDI in the air is higher on the mokigied 2-piece cassette holder than the open cassette holder for sampling, There was no different on the concentration of urinary TDA by personal character. The concentration of TDI in the air had a relation with the concentration of urinary TDA no matter what kind of sampling method used, but the sampling by modified 2-piece cassette holder had more relation than sampling by open face cassette holder. As a result of this experiment, the concentration of TDI by sampling from the each cassette holder has shown to us significant relation with the concentration of urinary TDA.

      • 고속충격을 받는 CFRP 복합재료의 잔류강도 예측

        The purpose of this research is to propose a model for the prediction of residual strength. For this purpose, two-paremeter model based on Caprino's is developed and formulated by the ratio of indentation due to impact and normalized residual strength. The damage zone is considered only as an indentation. Impact tests are carried out on laminated composites by steel balls. Test material is carbon/epoxy laminate. The specimens are composed of $[{\pm}45^{\circ}/0^{\circ}/90^{\circ}]_2$ and $[\pm}45^{\circ}]_4$ stacking sequence and have $0.75^T{\times}0.26^W{\times}100^L(mm) dimension. A proposed model shows a good correlation with the experimental results And failure mechanism due to high impact velocity is discussed on CFRP laminates to examine the initiation and development of damage by fractography and ultrasonic image ststem. The effect of the unidirectional ply position on the residual strength is considered here.
