        Inhibitory Effect of Fentanyl on Phenylephrine-Induced Contraction of the Rat Aorta

        Purpose: Fentanyl was reported to inhibit the α1-adrenoceptor agonist-induced contraction. The goal of this in vitro study was to identify the α1-adrenoceptor subtype primarily involved in the fentanyl-induced attenuation of phenylephrine-induced contraction in isolated endothelium-denuded rat aorta. Materials and Methods: Aortic rings were suspended in order to record isometric tension. Concentration-response curves for phenylephrine (10-9 to 10-5 M) were generated in the presence or absence of one of the following drugs: fentanyl (3×10-7, 10-6, 3×10-6 M), 5- methylurapidil (3×10-8, 10-7, 3×10-7 M), chloroethylclonidine (10-5 M) and BMY 7378 (3×10-9, 10-8, 3×10-8 M). Phenylephrine concentration-response curves were generated in the presence or absence of fentanyl in rings pretreated with either 3×10-9 M prazosin, 10-9 M 5-methylurapidil or 3×10-9 M BMY 7378. Results: Fentanyl (10-6, 3×10-6 M) attenuated phenylephrine-induced contraction in the rat aorta. 5-Methylurapidil and BMY 7378 produced a parallel rightward shift in the phenylephrine concentration-response curve. The pA2 values for 5- methylurapidil and BMY 7378 were estimated to be 7.71 ± 0.15 and 8.99 ± 0.24, respectively. Fentanyl (10-6 M) attenuated phenylephrine-induced contraction in rings pretreated with 10-9 M 5-methylurapidil, but did not alter the rings when pretreated with 3×10-9 M BMY 7378. Pretreatment of the rings with chloroethylclonidine showed a 72.9 ± 2.3% reduction in phenylephrine-induced maximal contraction. Conclusion: The results suggest that fentanyl attenuates phenylephrine-induced contraction by inhibiting the pathway involved in the α1D-adrenoceptormediated contraction of the rat aorta.         클립형 연결장치로 결속된 90도 갈고리를 갖는 띠철근의 정착거동

        The purpose of this study is to secure the same or more structural performance and constructability for the details of hooks cross-constructedat 135 degrees used as external-ties standard detail in RC columns, therefore, to the purpose of improving constructability, the clip-type bindingimplement was suggested and A total of 28 pull-out specimens were prepared with the parameters of concrete compressive strength and clip-embededlength, clip installation location to examine the anchorage behavior of the clip-type binding implement. The experiment was carried out. The resultsof the experiment confirmed that the anchorage strength of the clip-type binding implement was higher than the details of hooks cross-constructedat 135-degree regardless of the diameter of tie and concrete strength, embeded clip length, clip installation. and The 90-degree end hook with clip-typebinding implement was showed a similar an anchorage behavior of 135-degree end-hooked transverse reinforcement, consequently, The 90-degreeend hooked with clip-type binding implement is evaluated to be the same anchorage behavior and performance as standard 135-degree end hook detail. 이 연구의 목적은 철근콘크리트 기둥에서 외부띠철근 상세로 이용되는 갈고리 양단 135도 교차 시공 상세에 대해, 대등한 구조적성능을 확보하면서, 동시에 시공성을 개선할 목적으로 클립형 연결장치로 띠철근 갈고리 보강하는 방법을 제시하였다. 제안한 클립형 연결장치로 결속한 띠철근의 정착거동 및 강도를 파악하기 위해 콘크리트 압축강도, 클립형 연결장치의 묻힘길이, 설치 위치를 주요 변수로 28개 인발 실험체를 제작하여 실험하였다. 실험결과, 정착강도는 콘크리트 압축강도, 띠철근 직경, 클립의 묻힘길이, 설치 위치에 관계없이 클립형 연결장치로 결속하는 경우, 표준 갈고리 상세보다 모두 높게 나타났고 표준 갈고리 상세의 정착거동과 유사한 거동을 보여주었다. 그러므로, 90도 갈고리에 클립형 연결장치로 결속하는 상세는 표준 갈고리 상세와 대등한 정착거동 및 성능을 발휘할 수 있는 것으로 평가할 수 있다.

        철근콘크리트 기둥의 띠철근에서 135° 갈고리 대체 클립형 연결장치의 시공성 및 비용 분석

        이 연구의 목적은 철근콘크리트 기둥에서 띠철근 상세로 이용되는 갈고리 양단 135° 교차시공에 대해 동등이상의 구조적 성능을 확보하면서, 동시에 시공성을 개선할 목적으로 클립형 연결장치를 이용하여 90° 갈고리 띠철근에 결속하는 방법을 제시하였으며, 제안한 클립형 연결장치에 따른 시공성 평가 및 소요비용을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 기둥 1개 전체 철근 조립하는 데 작업 시간은 클립형 연결장치 사용시 50%의 작업시간을 단축하는 것으로 나타났으며, 비용분석 결과 클립형 연결장치 1개 사용시 절감효과가 가장 효과적이었고, 표준 갈고리 상세 대비 약 32%의 비용 절감효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. The results of the analysis confirmed that standard detail column took about an one hour regardless of the diameter of tie. When using the clip-type binding implement, It was reduced to about 50% of the standard detail column. and regardless of the building size, it was most effective for the cost down when using the clip-type binding implement 1ea, it was about 32% fo labor cost reduction effect in comparison with using standard detail. as a result, Using the clip-type binding implement is shown be very effective in the working time and construction cost reduction.

        135°표준갈고리 작업성 향상을 위한 철근보강클립 (RCC장치) 개발과정 및 현장적용 성과분석

        철근콘크리트 구조물내 교차된 양단 135° 표준갈고리 작업성을 향상시키기기 위하여 한쪽 90° 갈고리에 결속 보강함으로서 135° 표준갈고리와 대등한 성능을 발휘하는 원터치 방식의 철근보강클립(RCC장치)을 제안하였으며, 다양한 성능실험과 해석, 시공성 평가 및 경제성 분석을 통하여 개발 완료하였다. 2020년 6월부터 적용된 총 13개 현장을 분석한 결과, 개발할 당시의 예상한 것과 같이 구조감리나 공사감독관의 지적에 대해 불가항력적인 조치사항으로 적용하는 사례가 대부분이었다. 그러므로 현장성과분석을 통하여 효율적이고 자발적인 철근보강클립의 사용을 위해 원도급자가 우선 구매 후 협력엽체와 계약한 다음 제공하는 방식 등의 여러방식을 제안하였다. 결과적으로 철근보강클립을 적극적인 활용함으로써 현장에서 품질과 공정관리 측면에서 기여도가 매우 클 것으로 예상된다. 135 Degree standard hook workability crossed in the Reinforced Concrete (RC) Structure is improved and it reinforces in one side 90° hook binding. As a result, we proposed a One-touch Rebar Reinforcing Clip(RCC Device) that demonstrates the same performance as the 135° standard hook. It was developed through the evaluation of construction and economic analysis. As a result of analyzing 13 sites applied from June 2020, As expected, most of the cases were applied to the structural supervision or the point of the construction supervisor as an irresistible measure. therefore, Through field performance analysis, Various methods such as the method that the original contractor first purchases and then provides after contract with the partner company were proposed for the use of efficient and voluntary reinforcing clip. As a result, It is expected that the contribution in the field will be very high in terms of quality and process management through active utilization.
