수술실 간호사의 셀프리더십, 전문직 자아개념, 긍정심리자본이 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향

목적: 본 연구의 목적은 수술실 간호사의 셀프리더십, 전문직 자아개념, 긍정심리자본이 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 있다. 방법: 2019년 11월 18일부터 29일까지 실시하였으며, 서울 소재 A 상급종합병원의 임상경력 1년 이상의 수술실 간호사 148명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 빈도분석, 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis을 실시하였다. 결과: 수술실 간호사의 셀프리더십은 5점 척도에 3.62점으로 나타났고, 전문직 자아개념은 4점 척도에 2.83점으로 나타났다. 긍정심리자본은 5점 척도에 3.61점으로 나타났으며, 간호업무성과는 4점 척도에 3.23점으로 나타났다. 수술실 간호사의 셀프리더십, 전문직 자아개념, 긍정심리자본과 간호업무성과는 정(+)의 방향으로 유의한 상관관계가 있었다. 수술실 간호사의 간호업무성과에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 전문직 자아개념으로 나타났다. 결론: 이상의 연구결과를 바탕으로 볼 때, 수술실 간호사의 간호업무성과를 증진시키기 위해서는 전문직 자아개념을 확고히 하기 위한 지속적인 교육, 긍정심리자본을 강화하는 교육을 개발하고 적용할 필요가 있다. Purpose: This study was conducted to determine the effects of self-leadership, professional self-concept, and positive psychological capital on the performance of operating room nurses. Methods: The participants were 148 operating room nurses with more than a year of experience in one of the general hospitals in Seoul, Korea. Data were collected from 18 to 29 November 2019 and were analyzed by descriptive statistic methods, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient analysis, and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. Results: The self-leadership, professional self-concept, and positive psychological capital of operating room nurses showed a positive correlation with nursing performance. The performance of operating room nurses was the most affected by professional self-concept (β=.32, p=.002), followed by operating room career (β=.22, p=.037) and positive psychological capital (β=.20, p=.039), which together accounted for a nursing performance of up to 42.9% (F=12.06, p<.001). Conclusion: Based on these findings, it is necessary to develop education and intervention programs to enhance the operating room nurses’ professional self-concept and positive psychological capital.

한라산을 경계로 남ㆍ북으로 자리잡고 있는 제주와 서귀포는 해양성 기후가 잘 나타나 있으며, 아울러 우리나라 기후요인의 지배도 많이 받고 있다.^30 그러나, 각 기후요소들을 자세히 살펴보면, 한라산의 지형적 효과로 인하여 제주와 서귀포의 특성이 다르게 나타남을 알 수 있다. 1.기온은 서귀포가 제주보다 0.6℃ 정도 높으며, 서귀포의 경우 점차 상승하는 경향을 띠고 있다. 2. 강수량은 서귀포가 제주보다 다량하며, 양기의 진행이 빠르다. 두 지역의 총 강수량은 증가 추세에 있다. 3. 바람의 경우, 제주는 겨울철에 NW 방향의 탁월풍이 불어오며, 서귀포는 년간 풍속변화는 그리 크지 않으며 NE방향의 탁월풍이 불어온다. 4. 운량의 경우 제주가 서귀포에 비해 0.6정도 많으며, 제주는 겨울철, 서귀포는 여름철에 많다. 두 지역의 변화 추세는 유사하나, 서귀포의 경우 감소하고 있다. 5. 상대온도의 경우, 6~8월은 서귀포가 높고, 이 외의 달에는 제주가 높다. 변화 경향성은 유사하며, 70년 이후 감소하고 있다. 이것으로 보아 같은 제주도 내에서도 한라산을 경계로 남과 북의 기후현상의 차가 잘 나타나고 있음을 알 수 있다.

소리는 삶에 대한 이해를 두텁게 한다. 소리를 통해 우리는 주변의 세계를 해석하고 세계와 소통하며 자신을 표현한다. 시각적인 이미지와 청각적인 소리는 밀접하게 공유되어 있으며, 이것은 색상과 소리가 모두 진동과 파동으로 이루어져 있는 물리적인 성질을 공유하고 있는 것과 밀접 한 연관이 있다고 생각할 수 있다. 우리나라에서는 음양오행 사상에 의해 파랑, 빨강, 노랑, 흰색, 검정을 ‘오방정색’이라 불러 사용했으며, 사물놀이에 사용되는 꽹과리, 징, 장고, 북의 네 가지 타악기도 음향 오행을 바탕으로 하여, 우리 겨레의 사상과 정서, 성품과 기질이 잘 담겨 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 사물놀이의 악기의 개별적인 특성과, 악기별 주파수 특성에 따라 얻어지는 색상 및 전통 사상인 음향오행에서 상징되는 오방색과의 관계를 연결 지어 보고자 한다. 또한 사물놀이가 연주되는 순서에 따라 나타나는 가락별 특성을 구분하고, 그 가락별로 디지털 방식에 의거하여 사운드 분석을 함으로써 시각 공간의 형상화를 얻어냄을 목적으로 한다. And it filled as which thought, sentiment, character, disposition of our nation. Therefore, this study make an analysis of characteristic of samulnori instrument, color and five direction color corresponding according to frequency. Also, the goal of this study has visual expression through it divide characteristic of samulnori tune, analysis that sound on the ground digital method.

이혼 후 적응을 위한 장기 교육프로그램의 모형개발

This way constructed a family life education program designed to help divorced past. The purpose of this research was to develop long term education program for post-divorce adjustment. This program is consisted of 6 sessions aiming for understanding the grief process for adults and the six station of divorce, the recovery through forgiveness, children's response to divorce and coping strategy, the opened mind of parent-child relation, enhancing the self-esteem, the healthy single parent. We expect this program to be helpful in helping divorced parents' post-divorce adjustment, improving parent-child relation and helping future life of divorced parents.

숲 체험활동이 유아의 사회성 발달에 미치는 효과

Forest experience activities during early childhood can have a positive effect on improving sociality of infants. The purpose of this study was to find out the impact of forest experience activities on sub-factors of sociality such as autonomy, cooperation, social interaction, and perspective taking ability of infants. Participants of this study were children between 3 and 5 years old, 13 in the experimental group and 7 in the comparative group. A pre-test for measuring sociality of infants was conducted to see if the experimental group and the comparative group were homogeneous in sociality. Next, the experimental group conducted the forest experience activity programs designed to improve sociality. A post test for measuring sociality was conducted again on the experimental group and the comparative group in order to investigate the effect of the program on sociality of infants. Results of this study were as followed. In the pre-test, the experimental group and comparative group were homogeneous in sociality, but after participating in the program, the experimental group was statistically superior to the comparative group in sub-factors of sociality. In the conclusion, the forest experience activity program improved autonomy, cooperation, social interaction, and perspective taking ability of infants, and forest experience activities should be actively utilized to improve infant's sociality. 사회성 발달에 중요한 시기인 유아기에 자연을 체험하는 것은 자연과 인간에 대한 바람직한 가치관을 형성하는데 도움이 되며 자연 속에서 이루어지는 활동은 유아의 사회성에 긍정적 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 본 연구는 사회성을 향상시키기 위해 설계된 숲 체험활동이 자율성, 협동성, 사회적 상호작용, 조망수용 능력 등 유아기의 주요 사회성 요인들에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 목적을 두고 있다. 우선 자율성, 협동성, 사회적 상호작용, 조망수용 능력 등 유아기에 발달하는 사회성 하위요인들을 향상시킬 수 있는 활동들을 구체화하여 12 회기의 숲 체험활동들을 개발하였다. 8명의 남아와 5명의 여아를 포함한 13명의 유아들이 숲 체험활동에 참여하였으며 숲 체험활동으로 인한 아동의 사회성 변화를 측정하기 위해 숲 체험활동에 참여하기 이전과 이후에 사회성 검사가 실시되었다. 검사결과에 대한 통계분석에 따르면 자율성, 협동성, 사회적 상호작용, 그리고 조망 수용능력 등 유아의 사회성 요인들은 숲 체험활동 이전보다 이후에 통계적으로 유의한 증가를 보였다. 결론적으로 볼 때 사회성을 향상시키기 위해 설계된 12 회기의 숲 체험활동은 자율성, 협동성, 사회적 상호작용, 그리고 조망 수용 등 유아의 사회성 요인들을 향상시키는데 의미 있는 효과를 보였으며, 이러한 결과는 유아의 사회성을 향상시키기 위한 숲 체험활동이 적극적으로 활용되어야 함을 시사한다.
