        패키지형 히트펌프 시스템이 적용된 실의 난방 시 드래프트에 의한 재실자 쾌적 특성

        Packaged terminal heat pump systems, which are mainly used in small- and medium-sized buildings, are known to be cost-effective and thermally comfortable heating and cooling equipment. However, in practice, the issues of inefficient energy use as well as thermal discomfort have been discussed. Simplified design and application processes of packaged terminal heat pump systems can cause occupant thermal discomfort. In this study, the actual characteristics of occupant thermal comfort related to draft were analyzed during the operation of packaged terminal heat pump systems. Indoor thermal environment was evaluated by an Effective Draft Temperature(EDT) equation. The result shows that thermal discomfort occurred since 4-way type heat pump system is applied without careful consideration of the air temperature, velocity and indoor air distribution.

        The assessment plays a very important role both in studying and teaching. The assessment is not just to know the result of studying. It has a close relationship with every problems of education. But so far the traditional assessment has evaluated only narrow-minded and fragmentary knowledges. In the globalized and informationized society of 21st century, one should be able to collect, analyse, and criticize the needed information and knowledges. So with the problems of traditional assessment and with the new needs, the performance assessment has played its important role. In the thesis I will diagnose the performance assessmet. I will also take some real examples of English performance assessment which are taken in some middle schools and high schools. Performance assessment is needed to prepare for the globalized and informationized society. And secondly, it would improve the way of teaching and studying. And finally, it could provide the meaningful results of the assessment. We can divide four language skills in English. In recent, the most important skill in English is speaking. As the result of real examples of performance assessment which are taken in some middle schools and high schools, I could see that almost every school take the speaking test in various way. For writing it is up to the schools. Besides the language ability, in some schools teachers reflect the result of students manners and so on. Performance assessment is theoretically a very ideal way of assessment but there are some problems. First, performance assessment can be another burden to teachers. Second, performance assessment wants objectivity and reliability, and teachers' speciality. Fourth, there are too much homework which are related with performance asessment. Fifth, the result of performance assessment can be unreasonable. To solve those problems there are some actions have to be taken. First, to reduce teachers' burden some administrative measures have to be taken. Second, in performance assessment teachers' opinions have to be reflected, and teachers themselves have to make a lot of efforts to be specialists. Third, to help students to perform the assignment efficiently libraries and computer lab have to be opened. Fourth, teachers have to control the quantity of the homework which are related with performance assessment. Fifth, teachers have to reflect the result of students' self-evaluation. There can be much more problems in performance assessment. But it can be the answers for the ideal assessment, studying, and teaching. So to progress performance assessment in this given condition teachers themselves have to do their best. Parents and students also have to trust teachers. These can make a desirable progress of performance assessment.

        Dexmedetomidine Ameliorates Sleep Deprivation-Induced Depressive Behaviors in Mice

        Purpose: Sleep deprivation induces depressive symptoms. Dexmedetomidine is a α2-adrenoreceptor agonist and this drug possesses sedative, anxiolytic, analgesic, and anesthetic-sparing effect. In this study, the action of dexmedetomidine on sleep deprivation-induced depressive behaviors was investigated using mice. Methods: For the inducing of sleep deprivation, the mice were placed inside a water cage containing 15 platforms and filled with water up to 1 cm below the platform surface for 7 days. One day after sleep deprivation, dexmedetomidine at the respective dosage (0.5, 1, and 2 μg/kg) was intraperitoneally treated into the mice, one time per a day during 6 days. Then, forced swimming test and tail suspension test were conducted. Immunohistochemistry for tyrosine hydroxylase (TH), 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT; serotonin), tryptophan hydroxylase (TPH) and western blot for D1 dopamine receptor were also performed. Results: Sleep deprivation increased the immobility latency in the forced swimming test and tail suspension test. The expressions of TPH, 5-HT, and D1 dopamine receptor were decreased, whereas, TH expression was increased by sleep deprivation. Dexmedetomidine decreased the immobility latency and increased the expressions of TPH, 5-HT, and D1 dopamine receptor, whereas, HT expression was decreased by dexmedetomidine treatment. Conclusions: In our results, dexmedetomidine alleviated sleep deprivation-induced depressive behaviors by increasing 5-HT synthesis and by decreasing dopamine production with up-regulation of D1 dopamine receptor.

        시멘트계 재료의 탄소포집 건설재료로 활용연구 - 탄산화 양생에 의한 미세구조 변화

        최근 산업 활동에 의해 발생하는 CO2에 대한 처리와 산업부산물에 대한 유효처리 및 자원화 방안이 시급히 요구되고 있다. 본 연구는 콘크리트 혼합재료로 활용이 가능한 산업부산물를 대상으로 탄산화 양생에 의한 건설재료로의 적용성 평가를 목적으로 한다. 이러한 목적을 위해 연구용 시멘트(research cement, RC), 고로슬래그 미분말(GGBFS) 및 유동층 보일러 애시(CFBC)를 대상으로 탄산화 양생에 의한 물리·화학적 변화를 비교 검토하였다. 페이스트 내부의 미세조직 변화를 살펴보기 위해 XRD, SEM 분석을 수행하였다. 실험결과 탄산화 양생을 통해 생성된 반응 생성물인 탄산칼슘은 페이스트 내부의 공간을 채우며 밀도가 높은 미세 구조를 형성함을 확인하였다. 또한, CO2 양생시간이 길어짐에 따라 탄산칼슘 결정이 함께 성장하여 밀실한 미세구조를 이루는 것을 확인하였다. Recently, there has been a growing interest in the study of treatment of CO2 generated by industrial activities and resource recycling of industrial byproducts. The aim of this study is to investigate the applicability of industrial byproducts that can be used as concrete mixed materials by carbonation curing. For this purpose, the physical and chemical changes of the pastes with research cement(RC), blast furnace slag powder (GGBFS) and circulating fluidized bed combustion ashes (CFBC) were evaluated by carbonation curing. XRD and SEM analyzes were performed to investigate micro-structural changes. As a result, it was confirmed that calcium carbonate, which is a reaction product produced by carbonation curing, filled the space inside the paste and formed a dense micro-structure. Also, as the CO2 curing time increased, it was confirmed that calcium carbonate crystals were grown together to form a dense micro-structure.

        Non-intubated thoracoscopic surgery for decortication of empyema under thoracic epidural anesthesia -a case report-

        General anesthesia is the main strategy for almost all thoracic surgeries. However, a growing body of literature has reported successful cases of non-intubated thoracic surgery with regional anesthesia. This alternative strategy not only prevents complications related to general anesthesia, such as lung injury, incomplete re-expansion and intubation related problems, but also accords with trends of shorter hospital stay and lower overall costs. We experienced a successful case of non-intubated thoracoscopic decortication for a 68-year-old man who was diagnosed as empyema while the patient kept spontaneously breathing with moderate sedation under thoracic epidural anesthesia. The patient showed a fast recovery without concerns of general anesthesia related complications and effective postoperative analgesia through thoracic epidural patient-controlled analgesia device. This is the first report of non-intubated thoracoscopic surgery under thoracic epidural anesthesia in Korea, and we expect that various well designed prospective studies will warrant the improvement of outcomes in non-intubated thoracoscopic surgery.

        혼합 폐플라스틱 저온 열분해 부산물을 이용한 활성탄 제조 및 특성 분석

        The study explored the recycling potential of by-products(char) generated in the low-temperature pyrolysis of mixed waste plastics. The research focused on producing activated carbon from these char and evaluating its characteristics. Activated carbon produced by mixing char with KOH in a 1:1 ratio exhibited a specific surface area of 947.7m2/g, with fine pores constituting about 42.59% of the total pore volume. In summary, the study demonstrated the feasibility of producing activated carbon through the activation process using char. Adjusting activation conditions based on the target material may yield activated carbon with varying pore characteristics. However, it is important to consider pre-treatment such as acid washing to enhance the purity of the activated carbon.

        학습동아리 구성원의 자기주도학습능력이 지식공유에 미치는 영향과 공유리더십의 매개효과

        지역 평생학습의 주도적 역할을 하는 학습동아리는 공공의 학습활동을 전제로 한다. 학습동아리의 학습활동을 촉진하기 위해서는 구성원들 간의 지식공유를 목표로 개인의 자발적 학습참여와 함께 학습활동을 공동으로 실천할 수 있는 구조적, 관계적 기반을 갖추는 것이 중요하다. 이러한 관점에 따라 이 연구는 지역사회 학습동아리 구성원의 자기주도학습능력이 지식공유에 미치는 영향과 공유리더십이 이 관계에서 매개효과를 갖는지 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 서울, 경기, 충남에서 활동 중인 학습동아리 구성원 462명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 학습동아리 구성원들의 자기주도학습능력이 높을수록 동아리 내 지식공유에 긍정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 구성원들의 수평적 관계를 기반으로 하는 공유리더십은 개인의 자기주도학습능력이 학습동아리 집단 내 지식공유에 영향을 미치는데 있어 부분매개 효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 학습동아리 구성원 개인의 자기주도 학습능력이 공동의 학습활동을 활성화하는 주요 요인임을 확인할 수 있었고, 구성원들 간에 공유된 리더십이 전개되었을 때 이를 더 촉진시킬 수 있다는 시사점을 도출할 수 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과가 향후 지역사회의 학습동아리를 구축하고 활성화하는데 필요한 구체적인 지원방안과 프로그램의 계획과 실행을 위한 기초자료로 활용되기를 기대한다. Learning circles play pivotal role in enhancing lifelong learning in the communities. To facilitate the learning activities of the circle, it is important to build a structural and relational base which able to promote voluntary participation in learning and knowledge sharing among members. In this regard, the purpose of this study is to examine the impact of self-directed learning ability upon knowledge sharing among community-based learning circle members, and to analyze the mediating effect of shared leadership on the relationship between the two variables. This study conducted a questionnaire survey to the subjects, who were 462 members in learning circle located in Seoul, Gyeonggi and South Chungcheong. Study findings are as follow: There was a positive effect between self-directed learning ability and knowledge sharing, and the partial mediating effect of shared leadership has been found between the variables. In other words, the study has proved that individual self-directed learning ability was the main factor to facilitate joint learning activity, and shared leadership among the members can enhance it. Based on the study findings, in order to enhance learning in community-based learning circles, developing shared leadership among members is important as well as developing self-directed learning abilities of the members.

        혼합 폐플라스틱 열분해 잔류물의 화학적 활성화를 통해 제조한 활성탄의 흡착 특성 조사

        최근 증가하는 폐플라스틱의 재활용 방법으로 저온 열분해 기술이 연구되고 있다. 폐플라스틱 저온 열분해 기술은 에너지자원으로 활용할 수 있는 열분해유를 생산하지만, 고체의 잔류물이 발생한다. 폐플라스틱 열분해 잔류물은 활용 범위가 낮아대부분 매립 처리하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 혼합 폐플라스틱 열분해 잔류물를 활성탄으로 재활용하기 위한 연구를 수행하였다. 혼합 폐플라스틱 열분해 잔류물의 화학적 활성화를 통해 활성탄을 제조하고, 그 특성에 대해 조사하였다. 공업분석을 통해잔류물의 고정탄소량이 33.69 %인 것으로 확인하였다. 활성탄 제조에는 화학적 활성화를 활용하였으며. 활성화제로 KOH를사용하였다. KOH와 잔류물의 혼합비율의 영향을 조사하기 위해 0.5, 1.0, 2.0의 비율로 시료를 혼합하였다. 혼합한 시료는활성화 온도는 800 °C에서 1시간 동안 화학적 활성화를 진행하였다. BET를 통한 활성탄 특성 분석 결과 KOH의 혼합비율이증가할수록 비표면적이 증가하는 것을 확인하였다. Recently, low-temperature pyrolysis technology has been studied as a recycling method for waste plastic. Low-temperature pyrolysis technology for waste plastic produces pyrolysis oil that can be used as an energy resource, but solid residue remains. Waste plastic pyrolysis residues are mostly landfilled due to their limited use. In this study, it is investigated that mixed waste plastic pyrolysis residues could be recycled into activated carbon. It was confirmed that the fixed carbon content of the residue was 33.69 % from proximate Analysis. Chemical activation was used to manufacture activated carbon. KOH was used as an activator. To investigate the effect of the mixing ratio of KOH and residue, samples were mixed at ratios of 0.5, 1.0, and 2.0. The mixed sample was chemically activated at an activation temperature of 800 °C for 1 hour. As a result of analyzing the characteristics of activated carbon through BET, it was confirmed that the specific surface area increased as the mixing ratio of KOH increased.
