본 연구는 건축현장에서 발생한 재해의 일반적 특성을 파악하기 위하여 설문조사및 산재요양 신청서, 진료소견서와 같은 재해관련 서류들을 조사·분석하였고, 그 결과로써 재해원인과 결과간의 상관관계를 회귀식으로 도출하였다. 또한 조사결과 건축공사중 재해의 발생율이 가장 큰 것으로 나타난 거푸집공사를 대상으로 기존의 재해원인과 형태를 분석하여 위험요소를 추출하는 한편 거푸집작업근로자, 현장소장을 대상으로 한 설문을 통해 재해예방안, 안전의식등을 조사하였다. 거푸집공사의 작업현장을 조사하고 VTR촬영한 데이타를 동작분석하여 상기의 연구결과 나타난 위험요소와 종합하였다. 거푸집공사의 동작분석에는 기존의 제조업등에서 사용하던 동작분석기호를 보강하고 측정에 알맞는 분석챠아트를 고안하여 사용하였다. 측정결과 위험동작으로 분류된 작업에 안전대책을 적용한 결과 위험동작에서 안전동작으로 바뀐 작업개선률이 90.3%를 나타내어 대부분의 재해는 안전대책을 강구함으로써 예방이 가능하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. This study aims to propose the safety plan for workman by analyzing the characteristics of industrial disasters, the working sate of workmen and the elements of dangerous motion of workmen in architectural construction field-especially in formwork. To proceed this study, the method of observation and that of questionaire are implemented. Constructional accidents that occured in formwork are analyzed by "Industrial Disaster Treatment Application" and "Doctor's Report for Sufferer". The state of working and the elements of dangerous motion are measured by video tape recorder and questionaire to the chief and workmen in construction field. They are organized by the motion language(symbol) and the analyzing chart.

For the effective management of complicated and unpredictable situation of construction site, each activities of the whole time-schedule should be understood by means of definite, systematic and diagramed information. The purpose of this study is to find out characteristics of organization and behavior of work team on the basic of Network diagram and to analyze the dangerous factors with respect to each activities, and to make a changed Network diagram using the analyzed factors. As a result, We could prevent the disasters in construction site by applying the changed Network.

After 1970 Years. Korea has developed a concept of public domestic housing. But this house is reached the uppermost limit time of using the occupant's satisfying life. Then reconstruction of Apartment house is urgently needed which is developed in Korea. So this study is examined the demolition work on current reconstructing apartment site. for reconstruction. Therefore this research examined the fitted demolition time of low-rise house and characteristics of demolition works. The conclusions from this experiment are shown below. 1. The average day work in clutcher method is shown about 1, 032㎥/Day. 2.
