        This Research has been performed in order to examine the Effect of which vertebra and thighbone influence to bone- density by doing Mwahanmworu Exercise, conducted by facing with total 20 persons which consist of 10 men at age-ranged 35-45-year who had ever been trained by Mwahanmworu Exercise for 3-5 years, and the other 10 healthy men who aged between 3545-year that as Non-Excercised Group, thence came up to the following conclusion : 1. The Vertebra Bone Density of the Exercised Group showed more higher figure than that of the Non-Exercised Group, and such figure also appeared a considerable difference in statistical test between the two groups. 2. The Bone-Density in Thighbone of the Exercised Group showed more higher numerical value than that of the Non-Exercised Group, and such contents also turned up a remarkable difference in statistical test between the two groups. Consequently, Mwahanmworu Exercise of those impetuous motion while its specific motion-training by mere-hands which does not giving any of unnaturalness to body, and the same training against iron, stone, tree, also the training using of spear, sword, stick, rope is considered as effectively functioned to strengthen of vertebra bone and thighbone, and also deemed that the effectiveness is same for not only Men but also Women.
