      • 복합운동이 복부비만 여성의 ANP, BNP 및 Resistin에 미치는 영향

        The aim of this study was to investigate the influence of combined exercise in atrial natrituretic peptide, brain natriuretic peptide & resistin. The subjects for this study were 11 abdominal obesity women(waist circumference = over 80cm). Subjects participated in 12 weeks of combined both aerobic and resistance training to five times per week for 40-50minutes. Aerobic exercise(running) performed four times a week at the intensity of 50~70%HRmax(1~6weeks; 50~60%HRmax, 7~12weeks; 61~75%HRmax). Resistance exercise(behind squat, sit-up, bench press, full-up, arm curl) performed four times a week at the intensity of 50~70% 1RM(l~6weeks; 50~60% 1RM, 7~12weeks; 61~75%1RM). The change of atrial natriuretic peptide, brain natriuretic peptide and resistin has been measured before and post 12 weeks. Paired t-test was performed for data analysis at the 0.05 level of significance. The results of this study were as following; Atrial natriuretic peptide and brain natriuretic peptide were decreased significantly after 12 weeks exercise. Also, resistine was decreased significantly after 12 weeks exercise. These data suggest that combined exercise significantly decreased ANP, BNP and Resitin levels in abdominal obesity wonem, and the decreases could be partially attributed to cardiovascular disease.

        Photoconductive target for an image pick up tube was fabricated by thermal evaporation. For the good operation of the target it is necessary that the target have high photosensitivity, low lags and high resolution. In the vidicon mode analysis for the target, photosensitivity under 10 lux illumination was about 0.8 except the region of high intensity and the S/N ratio (dynamic range) was about 30㏈. The image lag was 20% at the 3rd field after shutting off light illumination. And the resolution measured with RETMA chart was about 300 TV lines. Considering all characteristics, the target was superior to those of Toshiba 20PE20.
