      • 지능적 생산관리를 위한 온톨로지 기반의 상황인지 모형

        RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification)는 RFID 리더를 통해 RFID 태그에 비접촉 방식으로 데이터를 읽고 쓸 수 있는 무선 인식 기술로서, 사용의 편리함 및 태그의 데이터 저장능력 등과 같은 장점으로 인해 많은 산업 현장에 적용되어 다양한 용도로 활용되고 있다. 이러한 가운데 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)와 같은 기업 관리 시스템과 연계한 RFID 시스템도 등장하고 있는데, 이와 같은 연계 시스템은 효과적인 물류 관리를 가능하게 할 뿐만 아니라, 기존 시스템에 실시간성을 부여함으로써 여러 가지 시간 관련 정보를 얻을 수 있도록 한다. 그러나 RFID 시스템은 능동적인 상황인지를 하지 못하기 때문에 RFID 시스템만으로는 지능적인 생산관리를 하기가 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 지능적인 생산관리를 위한 온톨로지 기반의 상황인지 모델을 제안하고, 이를 RFID 생산관리 시스템에 적용시켰다. 제안한 모델과 시스템을 통해 현재까지의 공정진행 상황 및 각 작업장의 생산 조건들을 파악하여 앞으로 진행될 공정을 안내함으로써 동적인 상황변화에 대한 적응력을 높였다. 또한, 생산현장에서 공정 진행에 관한 의사결정을 도움으로써 더 신속하고 효율적인 생산업무가 가능해졌다.

        自作問題 發表方式이 數學科 學力伸張에 미치는 影響

        The purpose of this study is to check out whether the method that students make problems and anouence them to both students and teacher in the next class influence on the students' intersts, attitudes, logical thinking ability and lerning achievement in mathematics. The following is the experimental design and procedure. First, the author divided students into two groups. One is the experimental group and the other is the control group. These two groups' students consist of the advanced level, the intermediate level and the elementary level according to the students' learning proficiency Second, the author used the different teaching method between the experimental group and the control group. The author gave the experimental group's students the learning assignment problems according to their three levels and made students present the problems to the instructor and classmates in the next class. On the other hand, the author gave the control group's students learning assignment problems according to their three levels, and made them only submit their assingment to the instructor. The results of this study are as follows : 1)The method of solving and presenting the self-made problems on the basis of the informations to solve the given preceding model learning problems according to students' levels made students' learning attitudes more positive even though the method couldn't enhance the students' interests in mathematics. 2)The method of solving and presenting the self-made problems was effective to improve the logical thinking ability for especially the intermediate level's students among the three levels. In addition, the intermediate level's students showed great positive changes in their improvements of the learning achievment. It is assumed that this result is caused by two major factors(reasons). One is students' confidence that they can solve the fundamental problems without difficulty. And the other is students' desire to solve the problems of the intermediate level or more advanced level.

      • 한약중 중금속 함량 및 용출에 관한 연구

        Quantitative analysis of 11 kinds of metals was performed in 12 species of commercially available crude drugs by means of inductively coupled plasma spectrophotometer(ICPS). Estimation of the elution rate of metals in decoction prepared from crude drugs and the proportions of metal contents in precipitate and supernatant of decoction prepared from crude drugs which were added 5 ppm of seven standard metals: Cr, Mn, Co, Ni, Cu, Cd, Pb were quantitatively analyzed. all samples were digested with wet oxidation method by nitric acid and perchloric acid. Contents of metals in samples were analyzed by ICPS. Metal contents in those specimens were summarized as follows: Mg and Ca contents were higher than other metals, and Mg and Ca contents of Menthae Herba and Fe content of Asiasari Raidx were higher than other specimens. Cd, Cr, Pb, Ni and Co were not detected in any crude drugs. Means of elution rate of Mg, Ca, Mn, Fe and Zn in decoction from crude drugs were respectively 53.2%, 30.7%, 39.2%, 12.9% and 42.2%. Especially, elution rate of metals from Angelicae Radix and Galla Rhois were high, but from Aurantii nobils Pericarpium was low. The proportion of metal contents in precipitate of decoction prepared from all specimens added 5 ppm of Pb, Cu, Cd, Cr, Mn, Ni and Co were respectively 95.8%, 83.2%, 54.7%, 48.8%, 31.6%, 31.1% and 29.8%. The removal rate of metals in precipate of decoction prepared from Galla Rhois was low, but from Phellodendri Cortex was high.

        오늘날 많은 기업들이 RFID 를 이용한 생산관리 시스템을 도입하여 사용하고 있는 가운데 ERP와 같은 기업관리 시스템과 연계한 RFID 시스템도 많이 등장하고 있다. 이러한 연계 시스템은 RFID를 이용하여 ERP 시스템에 실시간성을 부여함으로써 시간적 정보를 얻을 수 있도록 한다. 그러나 공정의 흐름관리 측면에서는 실시간성 뿐만 아니라 복잡한 순서를 가진 공정에 대해 올바른 진행이 가능하도록 유도해주는 기능이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 ERP 와의 연계를 통한 RFID 기업정보시스템에 상황인지 기술을 접목시켜 전후 공정을 파악함으로써 올바른 공정 진행을 유도하는 시스템을 제안하고 구현한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템은 공정의 공정 오류의 발생을 줄임으로써 작업자의 공정 진행 실수로 인한 손실을 줄였다.

        적응적으로 특징과 채널을 선택하는 sEMG 신호기반 보행단계 인식기법

        본 논문에서는 다수의 특징 값 중에서 적합한 특징 및 채널을 선택하는 sEMG 신호기반 보행단계 인식기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 sEMG 신호 기반 분류기를 이용하여 하지 절단 환자의 동력의족을 제어하며, 적응적으로 특징 및 채널들을 선택하여 임베디드 시스템의 신호처리과정에서 발생하는 오버헤드를 감소시킨다. 또한 피험자의 보행 습관에 따라 근육 발달도가 다르다는 특성을 이용하여 피험자의 보행단계에 따라 사용 빈도가 높은 근육과 특징 추출 알고리즘을 선택함으로서 정확도를 향상시킨다. 실험 결과 피험자마다 인식율이 높은 근육이 다르다는 것을 발견하였다. 또한 모든 특징들과 채널들을 이용하는 기존 방법의 경우 50%의 평균정확도를 보인 반면에 제안한 방법은 91%의 평균정확도를 보였다. 따라서 소수의 발달된 근육과 이에 맞는 특징을 사용한 sEMG기반 보행단계인식 방법이 하지절단환자의 동력의족을 제어하는 데 적용될 수 있음을 확인하였다. This paper propose a surface EMG signal based gait phase recognition method that selects features and channels adaptively. The proposed method can be used to control powered artificial prosthetic for lower limb amputees and can reduce overhead in real-time pattern recognition by selecting adaptive channels and features in an embedded device. The method can enhance the classification accuracy by adaptively selecting channels and features based on sensitivity and specificity of each subject because EMG signal patterns may vary according to subject’s locomotion convention. In the experiments, we found that the muscles with highest recognition rate are different between human subjects. The results also show that the average accuracy of the proposed method is about 91% whereas those of existing methods using all channels and/or features is about 50%. Therefore we assure that sEMG signal based gait phase recognition using small number of adaptive muscles and corresponding features can be applied to control powered artificial prosthetic for lower limb amputees.

        Recently, there have been many studies to bionic leg using physical sensor. But existing bionic leg have to move the same speed as training stage regardless of person’s intention. To solve this problem, a few sEMG signal based gait phase recognition studies are presented. However they didn’t supply real-time recognition for gait phase. In this paper, we propose a gait phase prediction using linear interpolation and user adaptive classification based on sEMG signal. Experimental results show that the average accuracy of user adaptive classification is about 81.4% whereas that of existing method is about 71.22%.

        In this paper, we propose a sEMG signal based gait phase recognition method using adaptive feature and channel selection. This method can be used to control powered artificial prosthetic for lower limb amputees and can reduce overhead in real-time pattern recognition by using only adaptive channels and features in embedded environment. The proposed method can enhance the classification accuracy by selecting channels and features according to sensitivity and specificity of each subject because EMG signal patterns may vary according to subject’s locomotion convention. Experimental results show that the accuracies of channel selection, feature selection and channel/feature selection are better than that of existing method using all channels and/or features.

      • 정제된 주사(HgS)의 적출된 흰쥐 심근 수축력 억제효능에 관한 연구

        According to books (or Our forefather doctors of oriental medicine have thought) Cinnabar has the effects of tranquilization, sedation anticonvulsion by controlling heart channel heat, and of detoxification, antifebrile reinforcing eyesight by cooling down heart heat, and of soothing, reinforcing Qi by tonifyion heart Qi. Today clinical adjustment suggests that Cinnabar has the effects of tonifying mind, passing blood & Qi in meridian through, soothing both body & mind, moistning heart and lung, anticonvulsion tranquilization, sedation and antifebrile. In current medical terms, it could be said to have effects on central nervous system and heart. So this study was projected to find out Cinnabar's effect on cardiac contractility, cardiac function and, further, on central nervous system. Isolated atrium was used to examine the effect of Cinnabar on cardiac contractility. MATERIALS AND METHODS To examine(or study) the mechanism of Cinnabar(Hgs)'s effect on heart, 150 to 250g Sprague-Dawley rats were selected. And their hearts were extracted(or isolated) shortly after killed by guillotine followed by being suspended in modified Krebs-Ringer bicarbonate glucose medium with 95% Oxygen and 5% carbon dioxide flowing. And atrium are separated in as short time as possible with care not to destroy the cardiac conduction system. Right atrium was connected to tissue holder and Left atrium to force transducer(Havard apparatus type) by silk(gut) with 750mg constant tension. After one hour, 10-5M, 5×10-5M, 10-4M Cinnobar(232.68g red HgS) were mixed into the medium bath with the atrium in equilibration state. Electrical stimulation was given to the atrium by 20 pulse/min with 10msec conduction pacing voltage. Harvard type chart mover system was used to record the developed tension due to atrial contraction. The change of developed tension was expressed in percentile change. So the effect induced by added substance was expressed as the percentile change of developed tension. The contractility of the isolated hearts was measured every ten minutes for one hour. And then the isolated hearts containing cinnabar were washed by fresh medium and the contractility was remeasured. The experiment was taken in 30℃ because the result was better and heart rate was more regular and lasting in 30℃ than in 37℃. RESULTS 1) The contractility of the heart suspended in Krebs-Ringer bicarbonate glucose medium was decreased 30% by 10-5M Cinnabar. 2) The contractility of the heart suspended in Krebs-Ringer bicarbonate glucose medium was decreased 50% by 5×10p-5M Cinnabar. 3) The contractility of the heart suspended in Krebs-Ringer bicarbonate glucose medium was decreased 80% by 10-4M Cinnabar. 4) The contractility of the heart injected with 10-5M Cinnabar was recovered about 20% by washing with new nutritive medium. These results suggest that Cinnabar has the inhibitory effect on the myocardial contractility and are consistent with the explanations on the effects of Cinnabar -the effects of tranquilization, sedation, anticonvulsion by controlling heart channel heat, and of detoxification, antifebrile, reinforcing eyesight by cooling down heart heat, and of soothing, reinforcing Qi by tonifying heart Qisedation of both body and mind etc.-written in old books. The more study on detail pharmacological mechanism needs to(is expected to) be followed.
