코에 발생한 Cellular Neurothekeoma: 1예 보고

Neurothekeoma is a rare, benign, cutaneous tumor of unknown origin that can be classified into myxoid, cellular, and mixed types. The tumor presents as a solitary nodule mainly on the head, neck, and upper extremities of children and young adults with female preponderance. Histopathologically, epithelioid to spindled-shaped cells form lobules or micronodules and cytologic atypia are occasionally observed with variable fibrous and myxoid stroma. Neurothekeoma can mimic several benign and malignant tumors and recur if incompletely excised. Therefore, it is important to be aware of this tumor for accurate diagnosis. Herein, we report a case of nasal cellular neurothekeoma with a review of related literature.

Recent clinical observations have suggested that colchicine, a microtuble disrupt agent. which is in frequent use in gout can affect the connective tissue metabolism in skin and other tissues This study examind the effect of colchicine on the expression of collagen. fibronectin and collagenase gene by skin fibroblast culture by Northern and dot-blot hybridization. The level of mRNA transcription of genomic DNA corresponding to typeⅠcollagen and fibronectin was reduced in colchicine - treated cultures but collagenase was not reduced. It means that colchicine reduced the expression of type 1 collagen and fibronectin in a dose-dependent manner. This results support that colchicine is one of the promising anti fibrogenic drugs currently being tested as a treatment of human fibrotic disease.

Purpose: The purpose of the present current study was to examine control of upper limb multi-joint movements with differential coordination stability. To achieve the goals of the study, torque analyses were utilized to answer questions about how torque components were differed among various elbow-wrist coordination patterns. Methods: Eight self-reported right-handed college students (3 males and 5 females, mean age=20.6 yr) were volunteered. The task required participants to rhythmically coordinate the flexion-extension motions of their elbow and wrist with coordination relationship of 0°, 90°, and 180° relative phases between the two joints. Mean relative phase and phase stability (standard deviation of relative phase) were computed to for analysisze of overall coordination performance. To determine the figure out characteristics of torque components in elbow and wrist joints, impulse values of muscle torque (MT) and interactive torque (IT) and MT as a percentage of cycle duration (MTPCD) were analyzed. Results: Torque results showed that the proximal elbow joint generated motions with mainly muscle efforts regardless of coordination patterns, while the distal wrist joint adjusted the coordination patterns by changing amount of MT. Impulse analyses showed that the least stable 90° pattern was performed by utilizing a similar coordination strategy of the most stable 0° pattern. Conclusion: The present current study suggests that the roles of distal and proximal joints differ in order to achieve various multi-joint coordination movements. This study provides information for use in gives an idea to development of rehabilitation or training programs for to persons with an impaired upper limb motor ability.

Today's society has changed into sensitivity-dominated society, and it is in this context that not only costumers' view and their living conditions but also enterprise environment and market environment have been subjected to great change. From the angle of enterprises, the maturity and spread of science and technology come to reach a level where their products can satisfy the needs of costumers in a degree in terms of the quality and function of customer products. It is hard to distinguish superior goods from inferior ones in view of their quality and function only, and the time has come when it is necessary to recognize the necessity of being equipped with a new form of quality and design. Today, customers' attitudes toward color have changed in aqualitative fashion due to the improvement of the living standards of costumers. Enterprises, which have got to meet the needs of costumers to survive, should put much weight on the development of color design. This study has been made from this angle for retort food reflects the needs of costumers who are getting more sensitivity-oriented and sense-oriented at a gradual basis and who have a great tendency to decide to make a purchase on the spur of the moment if the design or color of a product appeals to them. This thesis is designed to take a look at effective colors which can reflect packaging design with a view to developing color design aimed at satisfying the needs of such costumers, to come up with measures to improve future-oriented colors at a marketing-strategy by taking all things into consideration, and to develop package design which meets the needs of sensitivity-oriented and sense-oriented costumers by suggesting tentative design plans.
상대위상을 이용한 시각적 협응 패턴의 지각 역학과 격자무늬를 이용한 부가적 감각 정보에 따른 영향

본 연구의 목적은 상대적 위상을 이용한 시각적 협응 패턴의 지각이 조절변수의 변화에 따라 HKB 모델(Haken, Kelso, Bunz, 1985)의 예측에 따르는지 확인해 보는 것이었다. 또한 격자무늬 배경을 이용한 부가적인 시각 정보가 협응 패턴 분별의 정확성과 안정성을 향상시키는지 알아보았다. 피험자들은 일반 배경과 격자 배경 중 하나의 그룹에 속하여 패턴 지각 연습과 패턴 분별 시험을 하였다. 피험자들은 좌우로 이동하는 두 점 사이의 상대위상으로 정의된 0º, 18º, 36º, 54º, 72º, 90º, 108º, 126º, 144º, 162º, 180º 패턴을 관찰하였다. 패턴 지각 연습은 두 점의 진동 주기 0.25 ㎐에서 시행되었고, 패턴 분별 시험은 0.5 Hz, 1 ㎐, 2 ㎐에서 시행되었다. 패턴 분별 시험에서 얻은 분별 점수, 절대 분별 오차, 분별 안정성 자료를 통계적으로 분석하였다. 분별의 정확성과 안정성은 진동 주기가 느릴 때는 “뒤집어진 U” 모양을 띄다가 진동 주기가 빨라짐에 따라 180º 상대위상 패턴에 가까운 패턴들에서 정확성과 안정성이 감소하였다. 이러한 발견은 협응 패턴의 지각적 분별 역학이 HKB 모델을 따름을 나타낸다. 부가적 환경 정보인 격자무늬가 협응 패턴 분별의 정확성과 안정성에 도움은 되지 못하였다. The purpose of the present study was to examine if perception of visual coordination pattern is consistent with the prediction of the HKB model (Haken, Kelso, Bunz, 1985). In addition, this study aimed to see if an additional sensory information using a grid background stabilizes perception of coordination pattern. Participants joined one of two experimental groups, Normal background and Grid background, to participate the pattern recognition training session and the pattern judgment test session. Participants observed 0º, 18º, 36º, 54º, 72º, 90º, 108º, 126º, 144º, 162º, and 180º coordination patterns characterized by two oscillating dots. The dots oscillated in 0.25 ㎐ for the pattern recognition training and in 0.5 ㎐, 1 ㎐, and 2 ㎐ for the pattern judgment test. Judgment score, absolute judgment error, and judgment stability out of the pattern judgment test were analyzed statistically. The landscape of pattern accuracy and stability data was “inverted-U” shape with slower oscillating frequency conditions. In the faster condition, the accuracy and stability of the judgment decreased with relative phase patterns near 180º. These findings consistent with the prediction of the HKB model. The grid as additional sensory information did not increase accuracy and stability in coordination perception.
