Tumor size is one of the most important factors for decision of therapeutic plan and prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). If the diagnosis of HCC is made earlier in its small size, the prognosis is better. However the diagnosis of small HCC is not easy because small HCC lacks the typical clinical and radiologic feature. We experienced two cases of small HCC less than 1 cm that was confirmed after first treatment.

Kim Rip Shi Jib is the original text of Kim, Byeong-Yeon's(1807∼1863) collected poetry. The research about the original text of Kim Rip Sin Jib is based on Lee, Eungsoo's first, second, and final editions of which the title was changed into Satirist Kim, Satkat. The secondary texts that are used for the comparison with the main text are Kim Rip Sin Jib by Baek, Gilsoon, Park, Oyang and Chinese poetry written by Kim, Byeong-yeon and translated by Heo, Munsub, Keon, Yonghan, Kim, Yonghan, Lee, Myoungwoo which has the same contents as 『Kim Rip Shi Jib』 but only changed its title. Leaving the wrong words as unsolved led to serious mistranslation. Therefore, the wrong words handed down since Lee, Eungsoo should be thoroughly corrected. Questions can be raised about the authenticity of the poems in the collection given the problems mentioned above. Appropriate measures should be taken to solve the problem.

This study is for the literature education of secondary school. First, we considered the concept, character, necessity, significance, goal and history for the introduction of the literature education, Next, we examined the character, goal, contents, guidance, value and so on which is shown the sixth course of the education. Finally, for the study of teaching, learning of the literature materials, we introduced the model of instruction concerning about poetry materials, novel materials, essay materials and so on.

In this thesis, we researched the thought in Gosan Yun Seon-do’s Sijo to appreciate his works entirely. After we looked into his life, looked around the situation of his time, and observed the characteristics of his literary works, the thought which was appeared in his Sijo could be summarized as follows: First, his life was full of ups and downs with his intense patriotism during his life 85 years. He had troubles both at home and abroad, such as invasions, party disputes. He went into exile, entered government office, and retired from the world. Second, his trend of ideology was based on Confucian ideas. He accepted various ideas, such as Taoism, Buddhism, Shamanism. He considered that the government and the nature were the same thing. He inclined the love for king through his life. Third, his literature took root in confucian and moral ethics. He thought that the literature was the means of instruction and special purpose. His view of nature and music was based on Confucian morality. Fourth, most of his Sijo included the contents of instruction, admonition, and patriotism to realize confucian idea containing royalty and filial piety. We showed the trend of Gosan Yun Seon-do’s thought in his Sijo through his life idea, literature, nature, and music. We think that it deserves to help the investigation of Gosan literature and we look forward to study his works con tinually in various point of view.

This study started from the worry how the students who had been accustomed to uniform thoughts to solve problems by themselves and question how them to develop their ability to express themselves with deep thoughts. Since we realized that writing expression was the most proper way to solve above mentioned problems, the purpose of this study was to find a solution to problems and propose actual and realistic plan to teach writing expression. Through this process, students developed synthetical and deeper ability to think such as ability to analysis, criticize, observe and think logically. It would be better for their social life and establishing their sense of values.
