The Green Building Certification Criteria for manufacturing facility has been developed in this study. The Criteria has been developed through the case studies of the Criteria from foreign examples of Green Factory. The context of the existing domestic Green Building Certification Criteria was kept as new indicators according to the characteristics of Manufacturing facility. Applicable core items of existing Green Building Certification Criteria were acceptable. As such, manufacturing facility in Green Building Certification Criteria has been reflected by a variety of expert opinions through the advisory committee of experts for the academics, researchers, plant experts and so on. Through this process, detailed criteria, evaluation methods, credits, adequacy of standard-setting and applicability in Certification Criteria has been verified through the evaluation of pilot test about the manufacturing facility in the domestic industrial complex. Then, credits of manufacturing facility in Green Building Certification Criteria were composed of 101 credits; evaluation item 68 credits, required item 24 credits and added item 9 credits for land use, transport, energy, material & resource, water, environmental pollution, maintenance, ecology, indoor environment.

After the twenty-first century, the university emphasize on the role of knowledge creation facilities, and for this, various social and educational requirements are changing the environment of higher education. These change makes university that has old facilities difficult to correspond environmental changes. The purpose of this study is to review the facilities manual of Establishment and Management of university and to suggest amendment of Establishment and Management of university by exploring the university educational environment and facilities plan to respond various changes. We reviewed division of university studies, classification system of facilities, Area Standard of building and site in th provision for university establishment and operation, based on studying domestic university facilities standards, space management standards, facilities condition of national/private university and doing a survey of university facilities satisfaction and propriety of facilities standard in 120 universities. According to this study on validity and propriety of rules, we suggest amendment of Establishment and Management of university that can respond changing higher education environment.
대학시설의 녹색건축인증 등급별 득점경향에 대한 조사연구

This study analyzes the average acquisition ratio between the 1st and 4th grade and the distribution and characteristics of the acquisition between the assessment items based on the case of Green Building Certification System(GBCS) for the educational facilities on the university campus. By evaluating the difference between the best scored grade (Green 1st Grade) and the general grade (Green 4th Grade), we classified the cases where the difference between grades with little or big difference. By doing this, we were able to analyze the trend that were difficult to distinguish between difficult to score and an easy task. G-SEED should be used not only as a formal system for certifying certification, but also to provide environmentally-friendly technology for buildings as well as meeting market needs. To do this, it is necessary to further refine the evaluation criteria. In addition, it is necessary to establish a qualitative evaluation system by providing detailed criteria for items that are not distinguishable among grades. It is expected that this study will be used to improve the detailed evaluation items by analyzing trends in the average acquisition rate presented in this study.
이용자조사를 통한 철도역사 디자인 만족도 영향인자에 관한 연구

In this study, user’s satisfaction survey was conducted for the Osong railway station in order to find out the current architectural status and improvement plans of the domestic high - speed railway station. Fourty design indicators are developed which play important role in railway station planning. In addition, the five categories of Access, Design, Space, Environment, and Performance are organized. These classification system and design indicators can be used as general indicator for the regional characteristics and building types of domestic railway. Also, sustainability that can be applied to the construction of railway stations in the future can be secured. The results from the analysis on the importance of the classification system for the general railway station and the analysis on the user’s satisfaction of the classification system for Osong station are similar. In addition, this study investigates whether the user ’s satisfaction is influenced by various variables. A multiple regression analysis was performed for the users to derive a classification system that affects the overall satisfaction of Osong station and to derive a design factors that affects satisfaction by each classification system. Using the results of this study, it is possible to utilize various survey results including the design index which affects the satisfaction of Osong station. And, it is expected that it will be possible to present a plan in the direction that is efficient and satisfactory to users in the future railway station.
