        Hangul combines letters into syllabic clusters. The number of possible combinations of letters into syllables is 11, 172. For those, basically Hangul needs only fourteen consonants and ten vowels. Despite of Hangul has combining structure the hot metal type is using complete letterforms, This means Hangul needs two or three thousands complete letterforms for hot metal type. The development of computer technology can make Hangul letterforms by combining syllables. Despite the complexity of Hangul letterforms Hangul can divided ten categories of combining forms by their regularity. Despite of Hangul has the combining structure, the hot metal type is using complete letterforms This means Hangul needs two or three thousands complete letterforms for hot metal type. The development of computer technology can make Hangul letterforms by combining syllables. I already suggested the horizontal line of hangul letterforms. Having determined modulation of Hangul letterforms was the most important goal in my research. In this time I suggest vertical line for the square type Hangul letterforms such as following:

        The evolution of graphic design concerned with people to their social, political, cultural, and economic changes. The first two decades of the 20th century was a time of incredible change that all aspects of the visual arts. Some of modern arts movement-de Stijl, Dada, Surrealism, Suprematism, Constructivism, Cubism, and Futurism-directly influenced the graphic design. During the 2nd world war, many of archietects, artists, and designers left Europe and they immigrated to North America. These archtects and designers transplanted their innovative approaches and functional movement to America. There are two main streams in Modernism graphic design;Swiss style (other named International typographic style) and New York school. The visual characteristic of Swiss design defined order and clarity. While borrowing from language of form by European designers, American designers developed their own invented forms with the tradition of graphic design. New York became the center of modern graphic design since 1960s. Graphic designers in New York could solve their communication problems by personal expression and intuition. In the 1970s, the term Post-Modernism came into use to label work of graphic designers who broke up the Swiss style that had defined clarity and order. The characteristics of Post-Modernism graphic design include pluralistic and Eclectic styles. Post-Modern graphic designers have ,used the intuitive and playful sense of form and historical revival from the first half of this century. Post-Modern graphic designers have used the intuitive and playful sence of form and historical revival from the first half of this century. Post-Modernism can consider the rediscovered freedom in graphic design. Graphic design is undergoing profound changes. The changes will be accelerated by the new technology like computers and microprocessors. But the essence of graphic design as communication tools will remain unchanged.

        필라테스 운동 프로그램이 만성 소뇌경색 환자의 균형능력과 일상생활활동 수행능력에 미치는 영향: 단일 사례연구

        목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 필라테스 운동 프로그램이 만성 소뇌경색 환자의 균형능력과 일상생활활동 수행 능력에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 단일 사례연구를 실시하였다. 연구방법 : 본 연구의 대상자는 대구에 소재한 K병원에서 입원치료를 받고 있는 62세 여자 소뇌경색 환 자였다. 중재 전·후 균형능력을 비교하기 위해 버그 균형 척도(Berg Balance Scale; BBS)를 시행하였 고, 일상생활활동 수행능력을 비교하기 위해 수정된 바델 지수(Modified Barthel Index; MBI)를 시행 하였다. 결과 : 대상자의 균형능력은 중재 전 19점에서 중재 후 29점으로 향상되었음을 알 수 있었고, 일상생활활 동 수행능력 또한 중재 전 74점에서 중재 후 87점으로 증가 되었다. 결론 : 본 연구 결과 필라테스 운동 프로그램이 만성 소뇌경색 환자의 균형능력과 일상생활활동 수행능력 을 증진시키는데 효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이에 기존의 일반적인 작업치료에 필라테스 운동 프로 그램을 적절히 활용한다면 환자의 기능 회복에 더 많은 도움이 되리라 기대된다.

        냉간 단조 공정의 유한 요소 해석에 기반한 WC-Co 초경 금형의 파손 위험 영역 평가

        The potential damage region of a WC-Co cemented carbide die is investigated for cold forging process of a wheel-nut by numerical simulation with its chemical composition considered. Numerical simulation is utilized to calculate internal stress, especially for the WC-Co die, during the forging process. Finite element model is established, in which the elasto-plastic properties are applied to the work-piece of bulk steel, and elastic properties are considered for the lower die insert of the WC-Co alloy. This stress analysis enables to distinguish the potential damage regions of the WC-Co die. The regions from calculation are comparatively analyzed along with the crack area observed in the die after repetitive manufacturing. Effect of chemical composition of the WC-Co is also evaluated on characteristics of potential damage region of the die with variance of mechanical properties considered. Derived from Mohr-Coulomb fracture model, furthermore, a new stress index is presented and used for die stress analysis. This index inherently considers hydrostatic pressure and is then capable of deducing wide range of its distribution for representing stress state by modification of its parameter implying pressure sensitivity.

        소결 방법에 따른 WC-20wt%Co 초경합금의 인장 특성 및 피로 수명

        WC-Co cemented carbide has excellent mechanical properties and is widely used in many industrial applications including cold forging die and cutting tools. WC-Co cemented carbide is manufactured by liquid phase sintering (LPS), -and a new sintering process for densification has been developed. In this study, cylindrical rod shaped tensile and fatigue specimens of WC-20wt%Co cemented carbide were fabricated using commercial sintering methods such as vacuum sintering (VS), low pressure sintering (LP), sinter HIP (S-HIP), and HIP after vacuum sintering(VS+HIP). The effect of the sintering methods on microstructure, tensile properties and fatigue life was investigated. The relative density and average size of the WC particles increased after additional HIP treatment. Also large abnormal WC particles were observed. In the tensile test, the deviation of tensile properties (maximum tensile strength, elongation) was minimized in the VS+HIP specimen due to densification. Based on the uniaxial tensile-compression fatigue test, the SN curve of WC- 20wt%Co cemented carbide was concluded to be logσa = -0.11244logNf +3.66817. Furthermore, the increase in WC particle size in the HIP process caused the VS+HIP specimen to have a lower fatigue life than the VS specimen. However, when high pressure was applied to the WC-Co cemented carbide during the sintering process, internal defects and the standard deviation of fatigue life were reduced.

        실리카 템플레이트를 이용하여 다공성 중공형태를 갖는 LiMn_(2)O_(4) 합성 및 전기화학적 특성 연구

        LiMn_(2)O_(4)with mesoporous hollow sphere shape was synthesized by precipitation method with silica template. The synthesized LiMn_(2)O_(4)has nanosized first particle and mesoporous hollow sphere shape. Silica template was removed by chemical etching method using NaOH solution. When the concentration of NaOH solution was increased, first particle size of manganese oxide was decrease and confirmed mesoporous hollow shpere shape. X-ray diffraction(XRD)patterns revealed that the synthesized samples has spinel structure with Fd3m space group. In case the ratio of silica and maganese salt increased, the size of first particles was decreased. The tetragoanal LiMn_(2)O_(4)with micron size was synthesized at ratio of silica and manganese salt over 1 : 9. The prepared samples were assembled as cathode materials of Li-ion battery with 2032 type coin cell and their electrochemical properties are examined by charge-discharge and cyclic performance. Electrochemical measurements show that the nano-size particles had lower capacity than micron-size particles. But, cyclic performance of nano-size particles had better than that of micron-size particles.

        WC-12~22wt%Co 초경합금에서 미세조직 인자가 인장 성질에 미치는 영향

        Cemented carbide is a kind of composite material in which fine particles of carbide are embedded into the matrix of a binder metal. It has a long service life because of its superior mechanical properties. In this study, the overall tensile behavior of a cemented carbide, WC-Co, was investigated by considering its characteristic microstructure parameters. Tensile strength and strain to fracture were evaluated by measuring the stress-strain curves of a standard tensile specimen. Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) was used to analyze both the average size and contiguity of WC carbide particles, as well as the mean free path of the Co (cobalt) binder. Specific correlations between mechanical and microstructural features were examined and elucidated for various volume fractions of the binder metal. The Co content and the mean free path of the Co binder were in a proportional relationship, and tensile strength showed an opposite tendency to Co content. Regarding Young’s modulus and strain, it was confirmed that a large difference appears depending on the crystal structure of the Co phase. Furthermore, by probing topology of the fractured surface of the tensile specimen it was determined that the existence of irregular voids could contribute to the statistical variance in the measured values.

        회생절차상 신주발행과 증여세 과세의 문제

        There are various ways to revitalize a company. Among such ways, this paper deals with the issue of gift tax imposed in connection with the acquisition of new shares of a company undergoing rehabilitation procedures as well as an ordinary company. The issue of gift tax arises because the issue price calculated by a company is different from the appraised price. The person who acquires new stocks must pay gift tax if the price of the new stock appraised by the National Tax Service as of the payment date, is higher than the issue price calculated by the company. As such, the person who acquires new stocks may be obligated to pay gift tax even if he or she could not have anticipated the rise of the appraisal price, at that time he or she had applied for the shares. Fortunately, the National Tax Service has not yet imposed gift tax on the acquirer of new stocks of a company undergoing rehabilitation procedures, unless there were any special reasons. If the National Tax Service imposes gift tax on the person who acquires new stocks of a company undergoing rehabilitation procedures, he or she would be hesitant to acquire new stocks, which would be against the purpose of the corporate rehabilitation system. On a related issue, gift tax is not imposed when a company issues new stocks through public offering, even if the appraisal price is higher than the issue price, since it is considered that the issue price had been determined by open competition. There is doubt on whether it is in line with public sentiment to impose gift tax by reason of such difference in price. In fact, there were many disputes between the acquirer of stocks and the tax office due to such issue, and many taxpayers have filed an objection regarding the problem. I think that it is not appropriate to impose gift tax on all cases when there is a difference in price. Rather, if the taxpayer can verify that he or she could not have anticipated that the appraisal price would become higher than the issue price at the time of application of shares, the National Tax Service should annul the imposition of gift tax which was imposed based on the assumption that the difference in price constitutes a gift. Therefore, it is explicitly unreasonable demand for the Surety, contrary to the proportionality principle and the egalitarian principle that even the Principal Obligor is exempted from liability by the bankruptcy procedure but the Surety still has liability under the certain procedure. Accordingly the obligation of Surety shall be exempted by taking only the limited responsibility that the Principal Obligor is actually burdened.
