        현대 일본의 장례문화에 관한 연구 - 도쿄 호텔장례를 중심으로 -

        For the purposes of this article, a cultural anthropological research on hotel funeral, which is a funeral that held at the hotel in tokyo. In this article, I explore the intermediary role of eight hotels within Keio plaza hotel, New Otani hotel, Marriott hotel, Royal Park Hotel, Grand Palace hotel, Imperial Hotel, Okura Hotel, Price Hotel. I also focus on how the hotels successfully entered the funeral market in Japan. After the bursting of Japan’s financial and real estate bubble of the early 1990s, hotel profits have dropped dramatically, particularly in the wedding market. With the growing recognition of declining profits, Syaso market draw attention to the hotel industry. By using the heritage of wedding decorating skills and of hospitality skills, hotel industry seems ready to move on to the funeral market. However, the entry of funeral market raised a new problem in coexisting two rituals―wedding and funeral, life and death, purity and impurity. Connecting the current wave of self-determinism against traditional funeral customs in the 1980s, the hotel industry seeks to harness the current desire for self-expression on funeral by channeling it with the replacing traditional customs with the new materials that representing the individual.

        일본 기업의 장례문화 일고찰

        For the purposes of this article, a comprehensive research on Company funeral, which is a funeral that held by the corporations in Japan. This research approaches Company funeral ethnographically in an attempt to understand the controversial relations between the individuals and the third parties who tries to intervene his or her funeral practices. Drawing upon fieldwork research with funeral companies and corporations attempting to engage individual funeral, I look at why and how these thirds parties attempt to intervene with the personal and individual ritual, I argue that the death of CEO or president for the corporation is a potential risk which can be managed by organizing Company funeral. By follows on the developing processes that the CEO’s obituary notice by the media that creates the market anxiety which are frequently related with the negative perspective on the future management of corporation. As evidenced by the market anxieties surrounding future management of corporation and leadership of successor, these concerns are usually reflected on the stock chart which show that impact after the obituary notice. I explore the two different Company funeral practices that conducted by the two different corporations. Specifically, I examine how the corporation frames the funeral practice within a management against risk that triggered by the death of the former CEOs. The corporation hospitality towards the mourners are differed amongst the importance of its relationship, although the politicians, stockholders, and VIPs from the partners were assisted by the staffs at all times, but the subcontractors were alienated and isolated from the hospitalities. I also draw attention to the context of the eulogies that read by the representative of two groups. The two groups were attempting to confirm the partnership that became uncertain after the death of former CEO. The partnership between the corporations is possessed by the CEO’s relationship with the other corporations CEOs. Due to its exclusive relationships, the death of the CEO was perceived as a risk to the relationship that caused the market anxiety. The intervention of corporation in the individual funeral, was an intended for reconfirmation of the relationship between the partner corporations.

      • Ion shower doping 된 poly-Si 박막의 열처리에 따르는 dopant activation 및 damage recovery에 관한 연구

        At the present, TFT-LCD is being applied in the field such as notebook monitor and personal computer monitor, etc. Most of these TFT's use amorphous silicon as an active layer of TFT. It is easy to fabricate a-Si. Also, It has a merit of using cheap glass substrates. But it has low carrier mobility. So in the case of use a-Si we have to fabricate additionally driving circuits on PCB (Printed Circuit Board) substrate and connect it to glass panel. The application of poly-Si enables driving circuits to be integrated on glass substrates. Therefore a study on the low temperature crystallization of amorphous silicon by pulsed excimer laser, the formation of gate dielectric materials and impurity implantation for the formation of source and drain are being proceeded in a point of view of poly-Si TFT application to large area glass substrate and the stability of device. Ion implantation in the fabrication process of semi-conductor is utilized for the formation of S/D. But it is difficult to apply to large area glass substrate. Also it demands high temperature for the recovery of damage after ion implantation. Therefore, ion shower doping which is non-mass separate and dope directly large ion beam without scanning by D.C voltage is the promising method. In this study, we are going to make clear of material characteristics change after ion shower doping and predict the dominant ion species in ion beam generating according to processing condition of ISD. Also we have proceeded a study for minimizing degradation of gate electrodes in laser activation and perfect removal of implant damage and effective impurity activation.

      • MeV이온주입을 사용하여 Buried Layer를 포함한 CMOS Retrograde Well 제조시 발생하는 격자 결함에 관한 연구

        MeV ion implantation has been recently employed in the field of CMOS (complementary metal oxide semiconductor) retrograde well engineering. An issue on MeV ion induced damage is critical especially in forming a buried layer below the well. MeV B implanted buried layers were observed to show greatly improved characteristics of latchup suppression. Junction leakage current, however, showed a critical behavior as a function of ion does. The rod like defects were observed to be responsible for the leakage current. Rod-like defects were generated near the ??(projected range) and grown upward to the surface during annealing. According to cross sectional examination of each pit density, they were generated and propagated between 700。C and 800。C. They shrink or change into long, elongated dislocation loops at higher temperatures above 900。C. Results of SIMS (secondary ion mass spectroscopy) analyses and two-step-annealing (700。C/3∼6hrs.→900。C/1hr.) indicate that interstitial oxygens impede shrinkage of existing-g rod-like defects at higher temperatures above 900。C.

        AP 비콘신호를 이용한 피코셀 환경에서의 전파측정 및 분석시스템

        본 논문은 ISM 대역의 WiFi의 주파수를 이용하여 피코셀 환경에서의 비콘신호 세기를 측정 및 분석에 관한 논문이다. 사용 AP의비콘신호를 스마트폰의 비콘신호 측정 어플을 이용하여 측정하고 이를 PC의 어플리케이션을 이용하여 구글맵에 AP 신호세기를표시한 것이다. 스마트폰의 측정 데이터는 비콘신호의 RSSI와 GPS신호를 맵핑시켜 측정하고 이 측정한 자료는 PC의 구글맵 위치좌표로 변환하여 Tracking 자료를 분석할 수 있는 시스템이다. 이 측정 및 분석 시스템을 이용하여 AP가 위치한 지역마다 전파신호변화를 분석 파악할 수 있다 In this paper, we measure and analyze strength of Beacon signal in Picocell environment by using the frequency of WiFiof ISM band. It is displaying the value what measured by using a beacon signal measurement smartphone app in using AParea, on Google maps using the PC application. the data measured by using mapped GPS signal and RSSI of beacon signal,and convert this data to Position coordinates for Google map in PC. when use this system, we can understand and analyzechanges of radio signal through location where installed AP

        DQPSK-OFDM 기반의 T-DMB 부가 정보 전송기법의 성능 분석

        본 논문에서는 DQPSK-OFDM 기반의 T-DMB 시스템에서 워터마킹 기법을 적용하여 부가 정보를 전송하는 알고리즘에 대해 알아보았다. 제안된 워터마킹 기법을 T-DMB 시스템에 적용함으로써 지상파 방송 신호를 기반으로 위치 인식 기능뿐만 아니라 부가적인 정보를 전송하여 주파수 효율을 개선할 수 있다. 모의실험을 통하여 제안된 기법의 성능을 분석하였고 유용성을 확인하였다. In this paper, we propose the novel additional data transmission technology for DQPSK-OFDM based T-DMB system using watermarking technique. The proposed algorithms which is possible that it can transmit data in indoor or shadow region and improve transmission efficiency. We certified availability of our proposed technology by using various simulation. The results of the paper can be applied to wireless multimedia digital broadcasting systems.
