3축 마이크로 공작기계용 자기예압 공기베어링 스테이지의 정, 동적 특성

In this paper, the static and dynamic stiffness of the air bearing stage for micro-micro machine tool are examined experimentally. For stiffness and precision concerns, air bearing stages are adapted for 3-axis micro-milling machine which is size of 200x200 mm². The air bearings in the stage are preloaded by permanent magnets to achieve desired bearing clearance and stiffness for vertical direction. As the stiffness of the air bearing is primary interests, static stiffness test were performed on XY stage in Z direction and Z column in Y direction. Dynamic test were performed on XY stage and Z column, respectively. Both static and dynamic tests were performed in different air pressure conditions. The vertical stiffness of XY stage is about 9N/μm where Y stiffness of Z column is much smaller as 1N/μm because of the large moment generated by Y force on the column.
고속 밀링 주축용 자기베어링 시스템의 디지털 제어기 설계

The demand of high speed machining is increasing because the high speed cutting provides high efficiency of process, short process time, improved metal removal capacityand better surface finish. Active magnetic bearings allow much high surface speed than conventional ball bearings and therefore greatly suitable for high speed cutting. The automatic control concept of magnetic bearing system provides ability of intelligent control of spindle system to increase accuracy and flexibility by means of adaptive vibration control. This paper describes a design and development of a milling spindle system which includes built-in motor with power 5.5 kW and maximum speed 70,000rpm, HSK-32C tool holer and active magnetic bearing system. Magnetic actuators are designed for satisfying static load condition. The Performances of manufactured spindle system was examined for its static and dynamic stiffness, load capacity, and rotational accuracy. This spindle was run up to 70,000rpm stably, which is 3.5 million DmN.
반도체 패키징 검사장비의 구조 동특성 개선에 관한 연구

The dynamic performances, such as natural frequency, damping and dynamic compliance are playing bigger roles for high speed inspection equipments for the modern semiconductor production systems. In this study, the dynamic characteristics of the prototype of a inspection system was has been evaluated using ANSYS based modal and harmonic analysis. The inspection equipment need to be operated in high acceleration over 1G with short settling time. The computation and experiment shows that the supporting frame structure of the machine should have enough dynamic stiffness to reduce residual vibration caused by movement of the stages.

In designing AMBs (active magnetic bearings) for high-speed spindle system, the shaft is usually assumed as a rigid rotor. For automatic tool change process, there should be a tool clamping system with drawbar using spring or hydraulic force, and the drawbar in the spindle can be in various condition of support during design and manufacturing error. In this paper, the modal characteristics of drawbar in high-speed milling spindle system due to supporting stiffness between drawbar and shaft are analyzed by numerical method. The result shows enough stiff supports must be provided between shaft and drawbar to prevent occurring drawbar vibration lower than the natural frequency of 1^(st) bending mode of spindle.
Air-Bag 가압식 300 mm 웨이퍼 폴리싱 테이블의 가압 분포 해석

In this paper, the contact pressure of the wafer and polishing pad were investigated through numerical analysis using FEM tool, ANSYS 9.0. The distribution of the contact pressure is one of main parameters affect on the flatness and surface roughness of polished wafers. Two types of air polishing head, a hard type head with ceramic disk and soft type head with air bag compression were considered. The effects of the table deformation and initial shape on the contact pressure and deformation were also examined. Both heads and tables were modeled as solid model and finite element model, and the material properties of polishing pads and rubber plate for the air-bag head were used based on the tensile tests. The distribution errors of the air-bag head were smaller than hard type head even when the table was convex or concave shape, so it could be concluded that the air-bag head is advantageous for the uniformity of the contact pressure.

In this paper, the spindle modules for multi functional 5 axis machining system based on large turning machine are designed and analyzed. The boring module and milling module are designed to be attached to main spindle with couplings, and the torques is transmitted from spline mechanism. The milling module and boring module were designed considering transmitting torque and power with analytic calculation. The finite element method was used to evaluate static stiffness and dynamic characteristics such as natural frequencies and frequency response functions. The designed modules were manufactured and investigated their dynamic characteristics by modal test.

Nuclear energy sources are indispensable in cost effectively achieving carbon neutral economy, wherepublic opinion is critical to adoption as the consequences of nuclear accident can be catastrophic. In thiscontext, discussion on spent nuclear fuel is a prerequisite to expanding nuclear energy, as it leads to theissue of radioactive waste disposal. Given the dearth of study on spent nuclear fuel public acceptance, weuse text mining and big data analysis on the news article and public comments data on Naver newsportal to identify the Korean public opinion on spent nuclear fuel. We identify that the Korean public ismore interested in the nuclear energy policy than spent nuclear fuel itself and that the alternative energysources affect the position towards spent nuclear fuel. We recommend relating spent nuclear fuel issuewith nuclear energy policy and environmental issues of alternative energy sources to further promotespent nuclear fuel.
Semantic network analysis를 활용한 원자력 수용성 연구

지금까지 원자력 발전소와 방사선 폐기물장에 대한 유지 및 신규 건설에 대한 수용성에 관한 연구는 꾸준히 이루어져 왔으나 연구기관 설립에 대한 주민 수용성 연구는 미진하였다. 아울러 기존의 연구들이 개별적, 변수중심적 분석 방법론을 주로 사용함에 따라 설문 응답자들의 종합적인 의견의 관계 분석에 대한 한계가 존재하였다. 본 연구는 이러한 한계를 극복하고자 원자력 연구기관 입주 후보지역 주민들을 대상으로 depth interview 를 수행하였고 Semantic network analysis 방법론을 사용하였다. 또한 전국적인 설문을 실시하여 연구기관에 대한 호응도를 보완적으로 수행하였다. SNA 분석 결과 찬성 의견으로 연구 인력 증가로 인한 지역활성화와 지역경제 성장 기대감이 제시되었으며 반대 의견으로는 연구기관 인력들의 지역내 미거주 및 기존 주민들간의 위화감 등으로 나타났다. 아울러 성공적인 연구기관 설립을 위해서 연구기관-정부-주민의 소통 창구 마련, 호응도가 높은 원자력 관련 교육기관과 치료를 위한 원자력 병원도 함께 동일 지역 내 추진되는 것과 지역 주민들을 위한 경제적 보상안 마련을 정책적으로 추진할 필요가 있다.
