Cl(Corporate Identity)는 경영 목적에 합치한 이상적 이미지 목표를 설정하고 이를 표현하기 위한 경영 노력을 동반하는 영속적 정보 개발 행위로서 경영 환경 및 조건을 자사에게 유리하게 하기 위한 커뮤니케이션 회로를 창조하는 체계이다. 본 연구에서는 Cl의 개념 및 디자인 개발 단계의 이론적 과정을 통하여 Cl의 제작 과정을 이해하고 적용 사례의 예를 통하여 기업환경에 맞는 종합적인 관점에서 Cl가 전개될 수 있도록 제안서(Proposal)를 작성하는 방법을 제시하고자 하였다. CI is the continual activity of information development setting up the ideal image that fits the management purpose and accompanying management endeavor for expressing it. And it is also the system to create the communication circuit in order to give benefits of the circumstances and conditions of management. This study is to present the way to make a proposal not only for understanding the process of CI creating by the theories about what CI is and procedures of Design development, but also for applying CI in general view that is suitable to the company situation by examples of application.

본 연구는 지방자치단체 마케팅의 일환으로 다른 지방자치단체들과의 차별화를 위해 활용되고 있는 지방자치단체 CI, BI의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 표현방법으로서 상징물, 상징마크, 브랜드 및 슬로건, 캐릭터. 마스코트 등을 실증분석 하였다. 도시 CI는 기업 CI와는 달리 주민의 소통과 이해에 중점을 두어야 하는 것을 원칙으로 한다. 즉, 지방자치단체는 지역민과의 소통과 민원 해결이 우선이기 때문에 지역의 정체성(Identity)이 명확할 때 지방자치단체가 브랜화 될 수 있다. 아이덴티티 구조는 조직의 확대화와 세분화로 인해 복잡해지며 표현방법이나 기법들의 다양성을 통해 변화가 나타나는 것이다. 연구결과, 도시 CI와 도시 BI는 각 지방자치단체별로 의미는 같으나 명칭사용에 있어서 각기 달리 사용되고 있다. 또한, 관리부서는 존재하나 담당자들의 전문성이 결여되어 있다. 도시CI의 명칭이 도시BI라는 관점에서 진정한 도시브랜드가 형성되려면 지방자치단체의 정체성에 대한 재정립이 필요하다. 그 해결 방법은 정확한 목표에 맞는 기획과 전략이 있어야 하며, 기획에 따른 다 분화된 지방자치단체의 정책이 필요하다. This study investigates how cities create their brand identity using visual expressions of symbols, local symbol marks, slogan, representative characters and mascots. Based on a descriptive research, four Gangwon province cities brand marks and their mind identities which has already been published in every city commercials, have been described and explained in the levels of symbol, slogan, icon and character. The four cities could be classified of an identity in 'Nature'. In the levels of visual representation, the icons are all from the nature, the colors are composed largely of green and blue, the Shapes are abstract but rooted in their iconical history. As an partial conclusion, the cities garde wll some identity between the mind and its visual expression. But, a technical problem was emerged from the cities' brand composition of slogans and commercial word making: an incompatibility between the mind identity of the 'Nature' and its verbal expressions. The brand identity goes in harmony with its visual expression as well as the verbal expression, which composes together the city identity. That is to say, city mambers have to consider firstly their city mind identity from history before going to practice visual expressions, according to their visual identity.

This paper treats numerical methods for an efficient prediction of the rotorcraft emergency procedures after engine failures. The analytical means of compliance for the Category-A requirements can be used for the type certification of the transport-category rotorcraft when their fidelities are approved by the civil airworthiness authority. However, the most promising trajectory optimization approaches to the Category-A maneuver analyses typically suffer from a dimensionality problem when a high-fidelity math model is adopted. To cope with such difficulties, the paper proposes new techniques, where the system states except the initial ones and all dynamic constraints are removed from the resultant nonlinear programming problem. For these proposes, the controls are parameterized using the Hermit splines with the local support and efficient recursive formulas to predict the constraint-function Jacobians are derived. The efficiency of the proposed techniques is compared with that using the pseudo-spectral collocation method. In addition to an autorotational descent maneuver, four Category-A procedures for the continued takeoff, rejected takeoff, continued landing, and balked landing maneuvers are analyzed with varying the engine-failure conditions and with a suitable consideration on the pilot-delay time to validate the usefulness of the proposed methods.

이종 정보를 활용한 질병 네트워크 상의 결측노드 연결방법

질병 네크워크는 여러 질병의 연관성을 그래프의 노드와 엣지로 표현한 네트워크로서, 최근 유전자, 단백질 등의 정보를 활용하여 질병간 연관성을 유도하는 심도있는 연구들이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그러나 현재까지는 모든 질병에 대한 분자생물학적 정보들이 밝혀지지 않았으므로, 질병 네트워크 상에는 아직 연결되지 못한 질병들이 다수 존재한다. 바이오정보의학 측면에서 완전 연결된 질병 네트워크의 구성은 중요한 의의를 갖는다: 질병간 유전적 유사성 분석, 신약 개발, 질병 진단 및 치료에 연대한 연계성 부여 등. 본 연구에서는 유전자 및 단백질 데이터를 기초로 질병 네트워크를 구성하고, 연결이 이루어지지 않은 질병에 대해서는 이종 데이터의 정보를 활용하여 연결하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 이종 정보로는 임상에서 보고된 공존질환(Comorbidity) 에 대한 연구를 활용하고, 알고리즘은 기계학습의 준지도학습(Semi-Supervised Learning) 에 기반한다. 제안한 네트워크의 성능은 대사질환군에 대한 성능평가에서 기존 네트 워크의 성능을 항상시켰음을 검증한다.

This study aims at understanding outcomes and problems of German ‘Integration Agreement’( Social Code Book IX ). An evaluation regarding Integration Agreement was performed through an analysis of evidence from 115 Integration Agreement case studies. The result of the analysis shows that Integration Agreement has a positive impact on the employment of the (severely) disabled. It has brought not only an increase of quantity, but also the employment security of the disabled. Also, it was an opportunity to increase disability awareness within the conglomerates, especially in regard to employment. This study suggests that Korea is in need of introducing a measure of Integration Agreement and the policy(Employment Agreement Project) for its proper operation.

Behinderungs-Manager(Disability Manager) in Deutschland

독일은 2004년 5월 1일부터 BEM(Betriebliches Eingliederungsmanagement, 기업의 통합관리)을 고용주의 의무로 부과하기 시작하였다. BEM이란 (장애인)근로자가 질병이나 장애 등으로 인해 더 이상 근로하기 힘든 상황에 처했을 때 조기에 직업에 복귀할 수 있도록, (장애인)근로자에게 발생한 어려움을 제거하고 노동 및 고용관계가 지속적으로 유지될 수 있도록 하기 위한 모든 조치들을 의미한다. BEM 제도 도입 이후 독일에서는 Behinderungs-Manager(Disability Manager, 이하 BM)라는 새로운 직업이 창출되었다. 본 자료에서는 BEM 및 BM 개요, BM의 도입 배경, 양성 과정, 배치 현황 등을 살펴보고 우리나라에 대한 시사점을 고찰해 보았다.
