        Fermi Resonance and Solvent Dependence of the νC=O Frequency shifts of Raman Spectra: Cyclohecanone and 2-Cyclohexen-1-one

        The carbonyl stretching vibration, νC=O of 2-cyclohexene-1-one, is in Fermi resonance with a combination tone. The amount of Fermi resonance interaction between these two modes is dependent upon the amount of solute/solvent interaction due to hyd rogen bonding between the carbonyl oxygen and the solvent proton. The corrected νC=O frequency of 2-cyclohexene-1-one occurs at a lower frequency than the observed νC=O mode of cyclohexanone, possibly caused by expanded conjugation effects. The carbonyl stretching modes of cyclic ketones were also affected by interaction with the ROH/CCl4 mixed solvent system.

        조직배양에 의한 씨마늘의 상업적 생산

        동양물산 중앙기술연구소에서 개발한 다신초 (multiple shoot)증식기술을 이용하면 1회 계대배양으로 신초의 수가 약 15배 증가하고 1년에 10회의 계대배양이 가능하므로 계산상 1개의 신초로부터 5,700억 개 (1510)의 신초 생산이 가능하므로 유전적으로 동질의 씨마늘을 단기간에 대량증식시키는 것이 가능하다. 이러한 기술을 우수한 형질을 가진 마늘종에 적용하여 현재 국내·외 여러 지역에서 적응성 및 안정적 생산성 검정 시험을 수행하여 산업화 진입을 준비하는 단계에까지 도달하였다. 수년에 걸친 검정시험 결과 조직배양 씨마늘을 이용할 경우 최대 50%이상의 증수효과는 물론 상품성이 증대되는 효과도 확인하여 우리나라 마늘산업의 국제경쟁력을 향상시키고 농민 소득 증대에 크게 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 또한 조직배양을 통해 대량생산된 무병주 씨마늘을 농가 위탁, 계약재배 등을 통해 증식하여 실수요 농가에 보급하는 체계를 갖추게 된다면 타 주요작물에 비해 상대적으로 미진한 종구 보급체계도 확립될 수 있을 것이다. 더불어 국제경쟁력을 갖춘 기술력, 원가 등을 기반으로 국내뿐만 아니라 일본, 미국 등 국외지역에도 공급지역을 확대할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. We, Tong Yang Moolsan Co. Ltd. (TYM) set up the mass-production system for virus-free seed garlic via tissue culture technique. TYM's tissue culture technique is called as 'Multiple shoot propagation technique' This technique can lead mass propagation of genetically homogeneous seed garlic in a short period because of its highly proliferation rate of in vitro shoots (15/sup 10//year). TYM researchers applied the technique to some selected garlic cultivars with superior characteristics and carried out field test of productivity in the inside and outside of the country for several years. According to the yearly results of field test with virus-free seed garlic, we ascertained that virus-free seed garlic can produce the highly yield increase (max. above 50%) and also can enhance the product quality. Consequently, we estimated that TYM's seed garlic will contribute to farmers with increase of income and can elevate the national position of garlic market in the world for its competitive power of technical and production cost.

        자탈형 콤바인 탈곡부 설계요인(設計要因)의 적정화(適正化)를 위한 연구(I) -급동축(扱胴軸) 토오크 파형의 추정(推定)-

        The threshing action of the head-fed type threshing unit occurs mainly by the impact between threshing tooth and grains. It may be therefore the most fundamental step to calculate the time and order of the occurrance of impact by the tooth for predicting the performance of threshing unit. The threshing teeth arrangement was defined by length and diameter of threshing dram, number of spiral arrays, number of threshing teeth by kind per one spiral array, number of windings of spiral array around the threshing drum, delay angle of impact line. The linear equations for locus of left and right margin of paddy bundle, spiral array, impact line on the development figure of the threshing drum were expressed by fastors of the threshing teeth arrangement. In the computer program, the teeth which inflict impact were searched successively along the impact line. Searching range and impact condition were defined by the relation between four linear equations. If the impacting tooth was found, time and the kind of threshing tooth was derived from the coordinate of the threshing tooth. At this time the unit torque curve was accumulated on the array of computer memory. At last the completed torque curve of threshing drum shaft was described on the computer screen. Remarkably the peack valae and fluctuation of torque curve was decreased by adopting the delay angle of impact line.

        초음파균질화 액막에 의한 수용액 중 아닐린의 분리

        수용액 중 아닐린의 분리에 대한 연구로서 초음파균질화에 의하여 조제한 액막을 사용하였다. 초음파균질화에 있어서 조사강도와 조사지속시간 그리고 계면활성제 농도 등의 변수가 아닐린의 분리에 미치는 영향을 검토하였다. 최적 조건에서 최고 99.4% 분리를 이룰 수 있었다. A study of separation of aniline from aqueous solution was undertaken by using ultrasonically homogenized liquid membrane. The effect of such variables as ultrasonic intensity, ultrasonic duration and surfactant concentration was examined. The highest separation of 99.4% could be achieved at the optimal conditions.

        예수의 교육관 탐색 연구

        Objectives The purpose of this study is to provide information for teachers to use when reflecting on their educational views by exploring Jesus and his educational views taught through personal relationships after sharing with his disciples for three years. Methods This study was done through a literature analysis method. First, After producing an initial analysis frame on Jesus' view of education through the analysis of previous studies, the Bible text was reviewed based on this to reveal the specific meaning of the intermediate topic and sub-topic of the analysis frame. Second, the intermediate topic and sub-topic of the revised analysis frame were confirmed as the final analysis frame after expert review, and based on this, the Bible text that recorded Jesus' teachings was carefully reviewed. Third, based on the analysis results with fianl analysis frame, I discussed the implications of Jesus' view of education. Results The view of Jesus' education revealed through analysis is as follows. The educational purpose of Jesus is the formation of faith, the growth of faith, and the spread of faith. The educational content of Jesus is the Jesus himself, the kingdom of God, and the role of the people of God's kingdom. The educational methods of Jesus are showing example, figures of speech, questioning, practice, use of circumstances, and level education. The characteristics of educational evaluation of Jesus are the use of criteria, feedback. The implications discussed from the results are as follows. From the educational purpose of Jesus, I derive implications for education for one life, expression of expectations for students, and the spread of self-educational view. From Jesus' educational content, I derive implications for expressing the teacher himself to the student, managing the class as a small society, and raising questions about what was taken for granted. From Jesus' educational methods, I derive implications for standing up once again, communicating in a language that students can understand, becoming aware of the student's real problems, and waiting for the best time. From Jesus' educational evaluation I derive implications for evaluating in principle, evaluating students' lives outside the classroom, parents' participation in education, and enduring unwanted educational results. Conclusions The conclusions reached through this study are as follows. Teachers in Korean schools already show some characteristics of Jesus' education. It would be very helpful if teachers could use Jesus as a role model and apply his education view collectively to themselves. 목적 본 연구는 제자들과 3년 동안 동고동락하며 인격적 관계를 통해 가르친 예수와 그의 교육관을 탐색하여 교사가 자신의 교육관을 성찰할 때 참조할 정보를 제공하고자 한다. 방법 선행연구 분석을 통해 예수의 교육관에 관한 초기 분석틀을 제작한 후, 이를 기준으로 성경 본문을 검토하여 분석틀의 중주제및 소주제가 가진 구체적인 의미를 드러내고자 했다. 이 과정을 거쳐 수정한 분석틀을 전문가 검토를 거쳐 최종 분석틀로 확정하고, 이를 토대로 다시 한번 예수의 가르침을 기록한 성경 본문을 면밀히 검토했다. 최종 분석틀을 적용한 성경 본문 분석 결과를 바탕으로예수의 교육관이 주는 시사점을 논의했다. 결과 분석을 통하여 드러난 예수의 교육관은 다음과 같다. 예수의 교육목적은 믿음의 형성, 믿음의 성장, 믿음의 확산이다. 예수의교육내용은 예수 자신, 하나님의 나라, 하나님 나라 백성의 역할이다. 예수의 교육방법은 본을 보여주기, 비유법, 질문법, 실습, 상황의 이용, 수준별 교육이다. 예수의 교육평가가 가지는 특징은 준거의 사용, 피드백이다. 결과로부터 논의한 시사점은 다음과 같다. 예수의 교육목적으로부터 한 생명을 위한 교육, 학생을 향한 기대의 표현, 자기 교육관의 확산이라는 시사점을 도출할 수 있었다. 예수의 교육내용으로부터 교사 자신을 학생에게 나타내기, 학급을 작은 사회로 경영하기, 당연하다고 여겨지는 것에 의문을 제기하기라는 시사점을 도출할 수 있었다. 예수의 교육방법으로부터 다시 한번 일어서기, 학생이 이해할 수 있는 언어로 소통하기, 질문으로 자각시키기, 학생의 진짜 문제를 파악하고 최적의 때를 기다리기라는 시사점을 도출할 수 있었다. 예수의 교육평가로부터 원칙으로 평가하기, 교실 밖 학생 삶의 평가와 학부모의 교육참여, 원하지 않는 교육 결과를 견뎌내기라는 시사점을 도출할 수 있었다. 결론 한국 학교의 교사들은 이미 부분적으로 예수의 교육에서 나타나는 특징을 보여준다. 교사들이 예수를 롤모델로 삼아 그의 교육관을 총체적으로 자신에게 적용할 수 있다면 큰 도움이 될 것이다.

        탈곡기의 제작동요인이 벼의 생탈곡성능에 미치는 영향

        데라스 農耕地의 機械化營農에 대한 問題點은 여러 學者들에 의해서 論議되어 왔으나 費用에 依한 具體的인 措置는 거의 試圖된 바 없다. 本硏究에서는 適正한 테라스 營農 시스템을 究明하기 위하여 土壤流失費用, 農業機械利用費用 및 테라스 築造費用을 包括的으로 다루었다. 이를 위하여 테라스 斷面의 設計와 그 築造費用의 推定, 土壤流失의 豫測 및 農業機械의 作業性能과 그 利用費用의 評價가 可能한 디지탈 컴퓨터 模型을 開發하였다 例示의 테라스 豫定地에 대하여 反復拔法을 利用하여 콤퓨터 模型을 試驗한 바 테라스 營農시스템의 適正化에 滿足하레 使用될 수 있음이 立證되었다. Although many investigators have described the problems of mechanically farming terraced lands, little quantitative measure of the cost has been attempted. An investigation toward the optimization of a terrace farming system included costs of soil loss, machinery operations and terrace construction. A computer model was developed to design terrace crosssections, estimate their construction cost, predict soil loss and evaluate the economic and energetic performance of field machines. Solution of an example problem using an iterative optimization technique with a digital computer showed satisfactory modeling of terrace farming system.

        자탈형 콤바인 탈곡부 설계요인(設計要因)의 적정화(適正化)를 위한 연구(硏究)(II) -탈곡치의 탈곡특성-

        The threshing of head-feed combine may be accomplished mainly by the action of impact between threshing teeth and rice. In this study, it was attempted to assess threshing performance characteristics of head-feed threshing teeth. And the characteristics of threshing teeth will be applied to the method which could analyze the time and order of impact between teeth and the rice, which was used as a basis for predicting the threshing performance and determining the optimum design parameters. The results of the study are summarized as follows: 1. About 50% of threshed material were threshed by the beginning 7 impacts on the rice bundle. Threshing torque decreased until 25 impacts and did not change thereafter. 2. There was significant difference in the threshability according to the shape of threshing teeth. The triangular-shaped tooth was the most efficient in threshability ratio and the semicircle-shaped tooth was the lowest. There was no significant difference in specific energy requirement for the varied teeth design. Torn-head ratio being generated by the semicircle-shaped and the triangular-shaped teeth in series was less than that by a single tooth with the triangular-shaped and the double setting of the triangular-shaped. Chaff generation ratio by the triangular-shaped and the semicircle-shaped teeth was less than the others tried. 3. The triangular-shaped teeth in series, which was newly designed for this study, showed an intermediate characteristics between the double setting of the triangular-shaped and the semicircle- shaped teeth. Threshability ratio of the triangular-shaped teeth in series was higher than that of the semicircle and lower than the double setting of the triangular-shaped tooth. Torn-head generation ratio for it was about same as that of the semicircle. Chaff being generated by the triangular-shaped teeth in series was about same as the double setting of the triangular-shaped teeth. 4. About 40% of threshed grains which passed through concave were concentrated under the threshing tooth and the rest of grains displayed a skew distribution toward the inlet of threshing chamber.

      • 高性能減水劑를 使用한 高强度콘크리트의 特性에 關한 實驗的 硏究(II) : 강모래·깬자갈을 사용한 경우 In the case of high-strength concretes with river sand and crushed rock

        In this paper, The physical and engineering properties of high-strength concrete with river sand and crushed rock containing superplasticizer are analyzed and investigated. The results are as follows. 1. The water cement ratio of plain concretes with water cement ratio 40∼30% is reduced to 27% without a deterioration of consistency of plain concrete at 0∼3 dosage of superplasticizer. 2. The high compressive strength of 500∼700㎏/㎠ at age of days is got to by water reduction without a deterioration of consistency of plain concrete. 3. The unit water content and the unit cement content of concrete are reduced by 18∼67㎏/㎥ and 63∼24㎏/㎥, respectively, at 0∼4% dosage of superplasticizer by weight ratio to cement. 4. The relation between the compressive strength and the tensile strength is Fo=192Ft at the compressive strength range of 300∼600㎏/㎠
