해외 건설현장의 인력관리현황 조사 및 개선방안에 관한 연구 - RFID 및 손혈관 시스템을 중심으로

현재, 바코드 기술 및 RFID 기술에 기반한 인력 관리 시스템은 많은 건설 현장서에서 개발, 적용되고 있 습니다. 최신 바코드 및 RFID 기술에 기반한 액세스 제어 시스템은 복사, 손실 등과 같은 정확한 작업자 정보를 제어 할 수 없으며, 고급 현장 관리 시스템으로의 사용이 불가능하다. 따라서, 현장에서는 정확한 정보에 근거한 고급 현장 관리 시스템의 적용이 필요한 상황이므로, 본 연구의 주제로 선정하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 현재 사용 중인 RFID 기반 건설 현장의 관리 시스템을 근간으로 이를 개선하기 위하여 \Hand Vascular 기법, 인식 기술을 활용하여 고급 현장 관리 시스템의 기초 연구 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 새로운 건설 현장 관리 시스템 개발을 위한 초석으로 활용될 수 있다고 판단된다. Currently, workforce management systems based on Bar-Code technology and RFID technology are developed and applied in many sites. Using state-of-the-art Bar-Code and RFID technology, access control systems can not be used to control accurate worker information, such as copy, loss, and loan chips, and the use of advanced field management systems is not feasible, resulting in the application of advanced field management systems. In this study, we would like to introduce a bio-aware technique called Hand Vascular technique as a means of improving the management system of the RFID based construction site that is currently in use. The results of this study are intended to be used as data for developing new construction site management systems.

Nanocomposites are used as a new class of polymer system and many researchers have been interested in the clay nanocomposite because of its good mechanical properties, heat resistance, flame retardancy, and barrier property. Modified layered silicates as fillers are dispersed at a nanometer -level within a polymer matrix and then new extraordinary properties are observed. In this study, Polypropylene/clay nanocomposites were prepared in a twin screw extruder by the melt compounding method. In order to increase the compatibility of PP with the clay, the MAPP (MA=2.6%, Mw=49,600), was used as a compatibilizer. And organic modified clays were used as a nanometric filler during the melt extrusion. Through the analysis of SAXS, WAXS, the dispersion of clay was investigated. These nanocomposites compared with a neat Polypropylene/talc composite have high modulus, low toughness, and reduced shrinkage at the stable dispersion.

Two types of copolymers are manufactured by a radical polymerization to develop a material for humid membrane. Each copolymer contains three monomers which have functions to improve humid-resistance, membrane stability, flexibility, impedance and adhesion to the electrode. MDBAB(N,N'-dimethyl-2-methacryloxyethyl -3-bromopropyl ammonium bromide) having a salt form decreases the impedance of the humid membrane and react with amines to produce a cross-linking structure. HEMA(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) has a important role which reduces the impedance and increases the adhesion strength to the electrode. The other monomers are DAEMA (N,N-dimethylamino ethyl methacrylate), 4-VP(4-vinyl pyridine) and 2-EHA (2-ethylhexyl acrylate) and all monomers are formulated with several compositions to make a humid membrane. At some composition, we could attain a satisfactory results having good performance and long term durability.
소형무장헬기 회전형 포탑시스템의 안정화추적 성능 시험기법

In this paper, we propose a novel method which can be applied to test and verify the stabilization-tracking performance of Gun/Turret Driving System(GTDS) for Light Armed Helicopter(LAH). In real system, GTDS is connected to TADS/SMC and drived to aim at the target with 20mm gun. But each equipment is separately developed during exploratory development stage, so GTDS cannot be tested under real system state. We suggest new configuration of test system for evaluating the stabilization-tacking performance, in which TADS and SMC are replaced by vision acquisition unit and processing unit, respectively.
키넥트 센서를 활용한 투명 디스플레이에서의 사용자 위치에 대한 시계 정합 연구

International Hydrographic Organization(IHO) adopted standard S-100 as the international standard Geographic Information System(GIS) that can be generally used in the maritime sector. Accordingly, the next-generation system to support navigation information based on GIS standard technology has being developed. AR based navigation information system that supported navigation by overlapping navigation information on the CCTV image has currently being developed. In this study, we considered the application of a transparent display as a method to support efficiently this system. When a transparent display applied, the image distortion caused by using a wide-angle lens for parallax secure, and the disc s, and demonstrated the applicability of the technology by developing a prototype. 국제 수로기구(IHO)에서는 해양분야에 범용으로 사용 가능한 국제 GIS 표준으로 S-100 표준규격을 채택하였다. 이에 따라 GIS 표준기술 기반의 차세대 항행정보 지원시스템에 대한 기술이 개발되고 있으며, 현재 CCTV 영상에 항행정보를 덧입혀 항행에 지원할 수 있는 증강현실 기반의 항행정보시스템이 개발되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 이 시스템을 효과적으로 지원할 수 있는 방안으로 투명 디스플레이에서의 적용을 고려하였다. 투명 디스플레이 적용 시 시계확보를 위한 광각 렌즈사용으로 인한 영상왜곡, 사용자 위치에서의 CCTV 영상과 투명 디스플레이 투영 이미지의 불일치로 인하여 사용자가 실제 바라보는데 이질감이 발생하므로, 이를 해결하기 위한 시계정합 및 영상보정 방법에 대한 연구를 진행하였으며, 이를 프로토타입으로 개발하여 기술적용의 가능성을 입증하였다.

Wood Polymer Composites(WPC) have attracted significant attention because of ecological and environmental concerns. However, the structure of Wood Flour containing many hydroxyl groups(-OH) reduces the interface adhesion to Phenol-formaldehyde(PF) and it decreases the mechanical properties of the PF/Wood Flour Composites. The present work involves the modification of Wood Flour using silanes reinforced with Phenol-formaldehyde to enhance the mechanical properties of the composites. The spectroscopic properties of the composites were analyzed using FT-IR, XPS(X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy) and the mechanical properties i.e., tensile strength, flexural strength and impact strength were studied. We confirmed the modification effect of silanes by spectroscopic analysis, and the mechanical properties of the composites using wood flour modified by silanes were significantly improved.

Mesogenic diol of 4,4'-bis(6-hydroxy hexoxy)biphenyl (BP-6) having flexible chain length of six was synthesized. And Two types of liquid crystalline polyurethanes(MPU-6s) were prepared from BP-6 and 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI) by solution polycondensation. Intrinsic viscosities of MPU-6s were in the range of 0.23~0.56 dL/g. The mesomorphic behavior of MPU-6s were investigated by DSC, X-ray, polarizing microscopy and MPU-6s didn't show mesophase but 'virtual liquid crystal' on slow heating and slow cooling. As the molecular weight of MPU-6s decreases, both the crystallization rate and the melting crystallization temperature of MPU-6s increase.
