      • 金元四大家의 外科疾患에 對한 硏究;(癰疽瘍瘡을 中心으로)

        The result were as follows: 1. Yu Wan So(劉完素) regarded the cause of surgical disease as the heat(熱). He used the three method to drain(疏通), promoting pus drainage(托裏) and the balance between ying-energy(營氣) and wei-energy(衛氣). 2. Jang Jong Jeung(張從正) only refered to medicines without entire theory. 3. Lee Dong Won(李東垣) regarded the cause of surgical disease as the greasy diet(膏梁厚味), damp air(濕氣), wetness heat(濕熱). For each treatment he used the method of Yu Wan So's treatment and emphasized the balance between ying-energy(營氣) and wei-energy(衛氣), stomach energy(胃氣). 4. Ju Jin Heung(朱震亨) distinguished the cause of surgical disease from enternal(內), external(外) and channel(經). For each treatment he used the method to drain(疏通), promoting pus drainage(托裏) and the balance between ying-energy(營氣) and wei-energy(衛氣). The first stage used the clearing away heat and toxic materials(淸熱解毒) and the last stage used the invigoration and dispersion(補托). 5. Yu Wan So(劉完素) used to be very busy of Moschus(麝香), Alumen(白礬), Olibanum(乳香), Coptidis Rhizoma(黃連), Minium(黃丹) and Scutel1ariae Radix(黃芩) In classification of the medical action, great part of the medicine are activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis(活血祛瘀), clearing away heat and toxic materials( 淸熱解毒) and external application(外用). 6. Jang Jong Jeung(張從正) used to be very busy of Olibanum(乳香), Angelicae Gigantis Radix(當歸), Minium(黃丹), Myrrha(沒藥), Calomelas(輕粉), Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma(大黃) and Phellodendri Cortex(黃柏). In classification of the medical action, great part of the medicine arc activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis(活血祛瘀), clearing away heat and toxic materials(淸熱解毒) and diverged wind-cold evil(發散風寒). 7. Lee Dong Won(李東垣) used to be very busy of Forsythiae Fructus(連翹), Scuteliariae Radix(黃芩), Angelicae Gigantis Radix(當歸). Astragali Radix(황기), Glycyrrhizae Radix(炙甘草), Bupleuri Radix(紫胡), Phellodendri Cortcx(黃柏), and Coptidis Rhizoma(黃連). In classification of the medical action, great part of the medicine are activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis(活血祛瘀), regulating vital energy(理氣) and clearing away heat and toxic materials(淸熱解毒). 8. Ju Jin Heung(朱震亨) used to be very busy of Glycyrrhizae Radix(甘草), Astragali Radix(황기), Angelicae Gigantis Radix(當歸), Phellodendri Cortex(黃柏), Scutellariae Radix(黃芩), Ginseng Radix(人蔘), Qlibanum(乳香). In classification of the medical action, great part of the medicine are clearing away heat and toxic materiaIs(淸熱解毒), activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis(活血祛瘀) and diverged wind-cold evil(發散風寒).

      • 시속신경수염(Devic Disease) 1례

        Neuromyelitis optica(Devic disease) is a rare demyelinating disorder of unknown etiology in which unilateral or bilateral optic neuritis and transverse myelitis occur within 8 weeks. The disease has no clinical involvement beyond the spinal cord or optic nerves. This illness occurs more commonly in adults than in children. The prognosis is better in children than in adults. The authors experienced a case of neuromyelitis optica(Devic disease) in a 5-year-old female who developed acute visual loss of the left eye, paraplegia, sensory change above the 4th thoracic dermatome, nuchal rigidity and fever. We diagnosed this case through neurologic features, magnetic resonance imaging, ophthalmoscopy and cerebrospinal fluid findings. The patient improved with conservative treatment without sequelae.

      • 반회분식 반응을 이용한 단분산 SiO2 , TiO2 , ZrO2 입자의 제조 및 입자크기와 입도분포에 영향을 미치는 인자들의 비교

        Monodisperse SiO₂, TiO₂, and ZrO₂ nanoparticles were synthesized from tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS), tetraethyl orthotitanate (TEOT), zirconium IV propoxide(ZnP) dissolved in ethanol, respectively, using a semibatch method which was found to be easier than a batch process in controlling the size, shape, and size distribution. In this study, a statistical experimental method was also used to compare the properties (particle size and size deviation) of the SiO₂, TiO₂, and ZrO₂ particles according to four parameters [R(=H₂O / TEOS or TEOT or ZnP), hydroxypropylcellulose (HPC) / NH₃, the feed rate of the reactant, and the reaction temperature]. It was found that the optimal conditions for the preparation of SiO₂, TiO₂ and ZrO₂ nanoparticles in a Semi-batch process were as follows ; (1) SiO₂; R(=[H₂O/TEOS]): 31, concentration of ammonia: 0.32 mole/l, feed rate of reactant: 17 ㎖/min, reaction temperature: 62 ℃. (2) TiO₂; R(=[H₂O/TEOT]): 16, HPC: 0.0018 g/㎖, feed rate of reactant: 0.6 ㎖/min, reaction temperature: 30 ℃. (3) ZrO₂; R(=[H₂O/ZnP]): 15, HPC: 0.0018 g/㎖, feed rate of reactant: 1.3 ㎖/min, reaction temperature: 25 ℃. Using the above optimal conditions, particles of SiO₂ (13.7 nm) and TiO₂ (10.6 nm) and ZrO₂ (23.0 nm) with a narrow size distribution were prepared. In addition, it was found that the main parameters affecting of SiO₂, TiO₂ and ZrO₂ nanoparticles decreased in the order of the feed rate of the reactant > NH₃/ HPC > R(=H₂O/ TEOT) > the reaction temperature.

      • CFD 를 활용한 저항, 자항 추정법 개발

        본 연구를 통해 저항 및 자항 해석을 위한 수치 해석법을 개발하였다. 개발된 수치 기법을 검증하기 위해 Tanker 7 척, LNGC 4 척, Container 9 척에 대해 저항, 자항 수치해석을 수행하고 실험과 비교하였다. 선형 및 추진기 변화에 의한 정성적 우열판단은 물론 모든 선종에 대해서 정량적으로 DHP 기준 2% 이내의 오차를 보임으로써 수치해석법의 타당성을 입증하였다. 이를 통해 향후 개발되는 선형 뿐만 아니라 추진기 그리고 연료절감 장치들에 대한 설계 및 평가에 유용하게 사용할 수 있을 것이다.

        內托千金散加味方이 3-MCA로 誘發된 皮膚癌 및 免疫調節作用에 미치는 影響

        In order to investigate the effect of Naetakchungumsankamibang(NTCGS) water extract on the skin tumor induced by 3-MCA and immunological responses in mice, the cytotoxicity against SK-MEL-2 cells and total number of tumors induced by 3-MCA were measured. The numbers of WBC, platelets and RBC, plaque forming cells, hemagglutinin titer, hemolysis titer, carbon clearance, proliferation of splenocyte by thymidine uptake assay, splenic leukocyte by FACS analysis and $TNF-{\alpha}$ were also measured for the evaluation of the immunological responses. The results were obtained as follows: 1. In cytotoxicity against SK-MEL-2 cells, concentration inhibiting cell growth up to below $20\%$ of control was recognized at 1mg/ml of NTCGS. 2. In Inhibitory effect on the skin tumor induced by 3-MCA, the results showed a strong inhibitory effect of NTCGS. 3. In hematological changes in the tumor bearing mice, the numbers of WBC decreased significantly in NTCGS treated group as compared with control. 4. In hematological changes in the tumor bearing mice, the numbers of platelets increased significantly in NTCGS treated group as compared with control. 5. In hematological changes in the tumor bearing mice, the numbers of RBC increased with no significance in NTCGS treated group as compared with control. 6. Effects of the plaque forming cells in the tumor bearing mice, NTCGS treated group exhibited a significant effect compared with control. 7. In terms of the effects on hemagglutinin titer, NTCGS treated group showed higher level than control, without significance. 8. In terms of the effects on hemolysis titer, NTCGS treated group showed higher level than control, without significance. 9. In terms of the effects on phagocytic index K in Balb/C mice, NTCGS treated group showed significant difference from control. 10. In terms of the effects on proliferation of splenocyte by thymidine uptake assay, NTCGS showed significant effect at the concentration of 0.5mg/ml. 11. In terms of the effects on splenic leukocyte of Balb/C mice by FACS analysis, NTCGS treated group showed significantly higher level of helper T cell, B cell and macrophage than in control. 12. In terms of the effects on the secretion of $TNF-{\alpha}$, the treated group showed significant effect at the concentration of 1mg/ml of NTCGS. Based on the results summarized above, NTCGS is considered to have antitumor activity and immunological responses against skin tumor, and to be usable fur the treatment.

        렴瘡에 對한 文獻的 考察

        In the literatual study on the Ecthyma, the results were as follows. 1. The pathogenic factors of Ecthyma is divided three parts. One is exogenous pathogenic factors which including the wind evil, wind heat and toxic material produced by wetness evil. Another is endogenous pathogenic factors which including the declination of kidney-yang, impairment of the liver and kidney, the lower classes of yin-fire, accumulation of wetness-heat in the spleen asthenia, impairment of the liver and kidney, wetness-heat of three yang, asthenic heat-syndrome of three yin. The other is pathogenic factors neither endogenous nor exogenous which including the food and living, uncontrol sexual excess, anxiety and angry, injury of skin, injury of insects and animals. 2. Five viscera which was concerned with Ecthyma are liver, spleen and kidney. 3. Frequent region of Ecthyma are S-36(足三里) and C-7(陰交). External Ecthyma was rose to wetness-heat of three yang channel that cured easily. Internal Ecthyma was rose to asthenic heat-syndrome of three yin channel that cured hardly. 4. In the frequency of prescription, the most numerous prescription is Bojungikgitang(補中益氣湯) and the next are Kyukgigo(隔紙膏) and Yukmijihwanghwan(六味地滉丸). 5. In the frequency of medicine, the most medicine is Calomelas(輕粉) which included Hydrargyrum(水銀) and the next are Olibanum(乳香) and Resina Commiphorae Myrrhae(沒藥) which regulating vital energy and pain control medicine used that in order to destroy insects and remove polson. 6. In classification of the medical action, medicine of clearing away summer-heat and heat evil and activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis used to be very busy which in order to remove the disorder of vital energy for virulent heat-evil. 7. In classification of four characters, the most part is warm medicine, the next are cold and cool medicine and there is a few that is hot medicine. 8. In classification of five tastes, the most numerous tastes are bitter and acrid, the next are sweet, salty and sour tastes. 9. In classification of virulence of medicine, the most part is non-toxic, the next are weakly and deadly poison. 10. In classification of channel distribution, the most is the medicine that belongs to liver channel, the next are the lung, spleen, stomach and kidney channel.
