동유럽 지역에서의 한국학 전문가 양성의 필요성과 그 가능성에 대한 소고: 루마니아, 불가리아, 헝가리를 중심으로

My paper aims to discuss the possibility of training Korean Studies professionals in Eastern Europe. This paper has two aspects. One was discussed in three aspects about the role of Korean Studies experts in the local area. In addition, discussions were held in various aspects, focusing on the possibility of fostering Korean Studies scholars in Eastern Europe, with a focus on the Babes-Bolyai University in Romania, Eőtvős Lorand University in Romania, and Sofia St. Kliment Ohridski University in Bulgaria. For this study, concretely compared situation of lectures, students, professors in Korean Studies managed by these Universities. After addressing them in depth, suggested realistic improvements of problems which these Universities have in common. Especially in order to complement insufficient lectures of Korean Studies in these Universities, using the CEEPUS(Central European Exchange Programme for University Studies) actively which is operated by some of Universities in Eastern Europe is one of good methods and more need to expand the CEEPUS for developing Korean Studies in this area. And for developing teaching materials of Korean Studies suitable for local situation, local experts in Korean Studies and experts related fields in Korea need to highly cooperate with each other. As a final suggestion, for maintaining and developing the major of Korean Studies in Universities of Eastern Europe is very important in order to cultivate Korean Studies professionals in Eastern Europe. 본 연구는 동유럽의 지역에서 한국학 전문가의 양성의 필요성과 그 가능성에 대해 논의한 것이다. 한국학 전문가의 필요성에 대해서는 지역 전문가로서의 한국학 전문가의 역할을 세 가지로 정리하여 그 근거를 제시하였다. 그것은 1)자국에서 한국을 올바로 알리고 대변하는 역할, 2)해당지역에서 한국학을 유지하고 발전시키는 데 있어서의 중심적인 역할, 3)한국문화를 제대로 알리고 보급 및 확산시키는 중심적인 역할을 들 수 있겠다. 아울러 동유럽 지역에서의 한국학 전문가 양성 가능성에 대해서는 루마니아의 바베쉬-보여이대학, 헝가리의 엘테대학, 불가리아의 소피아대학에서 운영하는 한국학 전공 강좌의 실태를 통해 구체적으로 살펴보았다. 현재 이들 대학에서 운영하고 있는 한국학 전공의 강좌 현황, 재학생 및 교수진의 상황, 한국학에 대한 국내외의 관심과 지원 등을 구체적으로 비교 검토하였다. 아울러 논의를 통해 드러난 문제점을 짚어 보고, 그에 대한 현실적인 개선책을 알아보았다. 마지막으로 해외 대학의 한국학 전공 유지 및 발전은 각 지역 출신의 한국학 전문가 양성을 위해서는 반드시 필요한 일이므로 한국정부기관의 지속적인 관심과 지원뿐만 아니라 현지에 진출해 있는 한국 기업들의 적극적인 관심과 지원도 필요하다는 것을 제안하였다.

Generic BOM에서의 미입력 파라미터에 관한 연구

The adaptation of the range of products within an enterprises to the today customers demands results in an exploding number of different variant parts and variant bills of material. The mentioned problem can be solved from representing one general BOM for all product variants. That is, Generic BOM includes explaining variants of components. Each variant is represented as a pair of parameter and value. When there are unknown parameter values, this paper explains the methodology for mentioned problem, describes problems, types and specifications owing to existence of unknown parameters. If one more unknown parameter values are exited, determining handling orders of unknown parameters is cause of a different result BOM and constraints to still unknown parameter values, So this paper represents a method for handling order of unknown parameter values. The method is composed of two steps. First step is use of inclusion rule, and second step is exclusion rule. The final specification is the result of the decision of BOM administrator. The aim of this paper is to search how reduplicated words fulfill through their the Formal characteristics and the Meaningful functions in the documentary of records of 17th Century. Especially my study is made based on reduplicative adverbs which are a large part of various functions of reduplicated words are classified due to their components characteristics. For my study, I will redefine the scope of the reduplicative adverbs within the concept and category of the reduplicative words concerned in this research. Because established concepts don't expose the object or category of reduplicated words clearly. Even though reduplicated words are very independent and important in modern korean language after consideration of their productivity and practical use. Until now the study of reduplicated words seems to be indifferent in the side of history of Korean language. I am looking forward to studying on reduplicated words in various ways which appeared with various forms from 17th century. 본 硏究는 17세기 文獻資料에 나타나는 疊用副詞의 形態的 特性과 意味的 機能을 통해 疊語의 實現樣相의 一面을 具體的으로 살펴본 것이다. 첩어의 여러 기능 중에서 가장 큰 比重을 차지하는 疊用副詞를 그 構成成分의 資質에 따라 分類하고, 그것을 基礎로 論議를 진행하였다. 이러한 目的을 위해 본고에서 정하는 疊語의 槪念을 土臺로 첩어의 範疇를 設定하고, 그 범주 안에서 첩용부사의 對象을 確定짓는 작업을 先行하였다. 이것은 旣存의 疊語와 關聯된 槪念으로는 첩어의 범주나 대상이 分明하게 드러나지 않는다고 보았기 때문이다. 反復을 통해 形成된 첩어는 韓國語에서 그 生産性과 活用性을 考慮할 때 獨立的이고 重要한 分野 중의 하나임이 틀림없지만, 그 동안 國語史的인 側面에서는 소홀히 다루어졌다고 할 수 있다. 본고의 논의를 통해 17세기 문헌자료부터 本格的으로 登場하기 시작한 첩어에 대한 연구가 多樣한 側面에서 本格的으로 이루어지기를 期待해 본다.

위성방송 서비스의 시청률조사방법론을 위한 시뮬레이터의 개발

다매체시대에 접어들어 기존의 공중파 방송, 운전 방송 외에 위성방송이 주요 매체로 등장하고 있다. 위성방송의 서비스가 본격적으로 시작됨에 따라 기존의 공영성 중심의 공중파 방송 환경에서 본격적인 상업방송 환경으로 변화될 것이며, 디지털 위성방송 기술에 의한 다채널 방송서비스의 출현할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 위성방송이 본격적으로 시행되기에 앞서서 위성방송 시스템의 특성을 고려한 효율적이고도 객관적인 시청률조사방법론을 개발하고 이를 모의 실험할 수 있는 시뮬레이터를 개발하는 것을 주요 목적으로 하고 있다 따라서 본 연구에서는 위성방송 시청률 조사를 위한 기초자료의 추출방법을 개발하고, 위성방송 시청률 산정을 위한 방법을 도출하였다. 그리고, 이러한 시청률 조사방법론을 위한 시뮬레이터를 개발하였다.

인터넷 비즈니스 모델 분류체계와 비즈니스 모델 사례에 대한 연구

인터넷 비즈니스 모델에 대한 분류는 여러 학자와 연구기관에 의하여 시도되고 있으나, 이러한 분류에 대한 체계적인 접근은 이루어지고 있지 않다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 인터넷 비즈니스의 분류에 대한 체계적인 틀을 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 인터넷 비즈니스 모델에 대한 정의를 재조명하였으며, 2장에서는 인터넷 비즈니스 모델의 분류기준을 살펴보고, 3장에서는 이러한 인터넷 비즈니스 분류기준에 의하여 분류한 모델분류들을 체계화하였다. 4장에서는 실제 운영되고 있는 인터넷 비즈니스사이트의 사례를 대표적인 인터넷 비즈니스 분류체계를 이용하여 분류하였다 본 연구의 결과는 새로운 인터넷 비즈니스 모델의 개발에 있어서 새로운 검토 기준을 제시할 수 있을 것이다.
