지역 문화예술단체 사례를 통한 문화예술교육공동체로의 활용 가능성 모색

Purpose: Since the cultural arts education policy project started in 2005, various activities have been carried out centering on local cultural and artistic organizations. In this context, we explored the possibility of using local cultural and artistic groups as a culture and arts education community through their identity and activities in the field of culture and art. Method: Based on the results of in-depth interviews using the case study method, the three missions of 'locally specialized culture and arts education' presented by the Korea Culture and Arts Promotion Agency were analyzed. Results: Cultural and artistic organizations recognize culture and art as a role that helps in daily psychological and experiential experiences, and are contributing to the local community by continuously sharing culture and art with local residents. Conclusion: It is meaningful that local cultural and artistic organizations are playing a healing and recovery function in society, and that local cultural and artistic organizations will be able to play a role as an educational community.

Credit Spreads with Jump Risks and Stationary Leverage Ratio

Recent structural models have utilized new factors to enhance their exploratory power over credit spreads. Some studies have shown that jump risks allow us to obtain credit spreads that are more realistic. However, according to the empirical studies on capital structure, another factor that affects credit spreads is the stationary leverage ratio of a firm. The present paper develops a simple structural model and incorporates both jump risks and the stationary leverage ratio to explain credit spreads. In comparison to the existing jump-diffusion structural model, this model generates a larger credit spread, which is more consistent with observed credit spreads, especially for investment-grade bonds. This paper also shows that jump frequency and size may be significant factors determining credit spreads for firms.

A Simple Structural Model with a Default Boundary Dependent on Stock Market Performance

According to a recent study, consideration of a countercyclical default boundary helps explainobserved credit spreads. In light of this assertion, the purpose of this paper is to introduce asimple structural model with a countercyclical default boundary based on stock market performance. Through the simple formation of a default boundary, we are able to easily obtaina formula for credit spreads. This paper demonstrates that our simple structural model cangenerate credit spreads that are closer to observed credit spreads than those generated by theexisting structural model. We extend our basic model and show how credit spreads areaffected by stochastic interest rates or jumps in both firm value and the default boundary. We also consider an alternative default boundary linked to individual stock price performance.

전(前)비판기 칸트의 철학적 방법론에 관한 한 구상 – 베를린 왕립학술원의 현상논문(1763)을 중심으로 -

1761 machte die Königliche Akademie der Wissenschaften zu Berlin eine Preisaufgabe bekannt, welche die Natur der Gewissheit der metaphysischen Erkenntnis im Vergleich der der Gewissheit der mathematischen Erkenntnis befragte. Kant reichte eine Abhandlung ein, deren Titel “Untersuchung über die Deutlichkeit der Grundsätze der natürlichen Theologie und der Moral” hieß, und wurde mit dem zweiten Preis prämiiert. Diese Preisschrift stellt sich nun als seine erste methodologische Abhandlung dar. Bedenkt man dabei, daß die Methodenüberlegung für Kants philosophischen Entwicklungsprozess eine sehr bedeutsame Rolle gespielt hat, dann ist diese Preisschrift ohne Zweifel ein wichtiges Dokument in Hinblick auf Kants methodologischen Entwurf in seiner vorkritischen Zeit. In diesem Sinne wird hier untersucht, in welcher philosophischen Entwicklung Kant sich genau mit dieser Preisschrift befand. Vor allem geht diese Untersuchung den folgenden Fragen nach, wie er den Unterschied zwischen logischem Grund und Realgrund in der Methoden- sowie Prinzipienlehre zu verwickllichen versuchte, und in welchem Verhältnis Kant damals zu Wolff, Crusius und Newton stand. Die hier vorleigende Untersuchung kann einen kleinen Beitrag leisten nicht nur zur Korrektur einiger Mißdeutungen und Mißverständnisse, die durch eine zu summarische Betrachtung über Kants vorkritischen Gedanken leicht entstehen können, sondern auch zu einer genauen Rekonstruktion seiner gedanklichen Entwicklung. 1761년 베를린 왕립학술원은 수학적 인식과 비교해서 형이상학적 인식이 가지는 확실성의 본성에 관한 질문으로 현상논문을 공모하였는데, 여기서 칸트는 「자연신학과 도덕의 원칙들의 명확성에 대한 탐구」라는 논문을 제출하여 2등을 차지하였다. 그런데 이 현상논문은 그가 최초로 방법론을 다룬 글이기도 하다. 다른 철학자들처럼 칸트에게도 방법론은 그의 사상적 발전과정에서 중요한 역할을 하고 있다는 점을 고려하면, 그의 현상논문은 그가 전비판기에 구상했던 방법론을 밝혀 줄 중요한 자료임에 틀림없다. 본 논문은 그의 현상논문을 다시 한 번 자세히 검토하여 그가 어떤 사상적 변화과정 속에 서있는지를 음미해 보고자 한다. 특히 칸트가 어떻게 논리적 근거와 실재적 근거 사이의 구분을 방법론과 원칙론에서 구현하려고 했는지 그리고 그 당시 볼프, 크루지우스 그리고 뉴턴과 어떤 사상적 관계에 있었는지를 살펴보고자 한다. 이런 작업은 전비판기의 칸트 생각을 너무 개괄적으로만 다룸으로써 발생하는 몇몇 오해와 곡해를 바로잡아 그의 사상적 발전을 올바르게 재구성하는 데에도 일조할 것이다.

The study of psychopathy, as an emerging and noteworthy scientific field, has already attracted considerable philosophical attention because of the philosophical questions that it raises. The main reason why psychopathy is of interest to philosophy, especially to ethics is because of its importance for understanding meta-ethical issues. Namely, the philosophical interest generated by psychopathy is not because it is an interesting and enigmatic phenomenon, but is due to the way that it raises profound questions about the nature of moral understanding, moral responsibility, moral motivation, and moral judgment. Focusing on the moral understanding and moral responsibility of psychopaths, this paper shows that their moral incompetence is not, as one might think, attributed to their mental illnesses, nor to their problems or deficits of reason, but is primary attributed to their deficits of emotional mechanism, in particular emotional empathy. And then this paper argues the validity of whether psychopaths who are a rational and voluntary, but emotional defective agent can be morally responsible. 최근 상당히 주목받고 있는 과학 분야인 사이코패시에 관한 연구는 그것에서 제기되는 철학적 문제들 때문에 이미 상당한 철학의 관심을 끌고 있다. 사이코패시가 철학, 특히 윤리학의 주목을 끄는 가장 큰 이유는 그것이 메타윤리학적 쟁점을 이해하는 논의하는 데 중요한 단초들을 제공하기 때문이다. 다시 말해, 사이코패시가 윤리학의 흥미를 불러일으키는 이유는 그것이 흥미롭고 수수께끼 같은 현상이기 때문이 아니라 우리의 도덕성 이해, 도덕적 판단, 도덕적 동기, 도덕적 책임성 등과 같은 윤리학의 주요 쟁점들과 관련해서 근본적인 질문을 제기하기 때문이다. 이 논문은 사이코패스의 도덕성 이해와 도덕적 책임성에 초점을 두고 사이코패스의 도덕적 무능이, 흔히 추측하듯이, 정신 질환이나 이성적 능력의 결함에 기인하는 것이 아니라 기본적으로 정서적 메커니즘, 특히 정서적 공감의 결함에 기인함을 보여주고자 한다. 이어서 이성적이고 자발적이지만 정서적으로 결함이 있는 행위자인 사이코패스에게도 온전한 도덕적 책임을 물을 수 있을까 라는 질문의 타당성을 논한다.
