In order to investigate the effects of ammonium citrate and ammonium succinate on the growth and absorption of nitrogen compounds supplied in the medium, Korean ginseng (Panax ginseng C. A. Meyer) calli were suspension cultured in MS medium with various concentrations of ammonium citrate and ammonium succinate. When Korean ginseng calli were cultured with 10mM ammonium citrate, 10mM ammonium succinate, and 10mM ammonium nitrate (control) in MS media as the nitrogen sources, the growth, NO_3-N absorption and total nitrogen content of the Korean ginseng cells were greatest in the ammonium citrate and ammonium succinate concnetrations. When Korean ginseng calli were cultured with 5mM ammonium citrate and 5mM ammonium succinate, the growth and nitrogen content were superior to those of the control: however, NO_3-N and NH_4-N absorptions were similar to those of the control. In conclusion, the 10mM ammonium citrate and 10mM ammonium succinate may be better able to facilitate the growth and NO_3-N utilization and uptake than 5mM ammonium citrate and 5mM ammonium succinate concentrations. The concentrations of ammonium citrate and ammonium succinate may be varied in order to obtain the desired effects to facilitate the growth of the ginseng callus.

초대형 해석 결과의 분석을 위한 고해상도 타일 가시화 시스템 개발

본 논문에서는 저가의 클러스터 컴퓨터 시스템과 저해상도 영상장비들을 이용하여 초대 형 해석 데이터를 정밀하게 분석할 수 있는 고해상도 타일 가시화 시스템을 개발하였다. 타일 가시화 하드웨어 구축 시 유의점을 고찰하고, 화면왜곡 현상을 제거할 수 있는 빔프로젝터 위치조절장치를 설계/제작하였다. 타일 가시화 소프트웨어 개발에서 그래픽 사용자 인터페이스와 렌더링을 위해서는 Qt와 OpenGL 라이브러리를 이용하였다. 또한 LAM-MPI 라이브러리를 통해 각각의 클러스터 컴퓨터 노드로부터 얻게 되는 조각적인 화면들을 전체의 한 화면으로 동기화시켜 왜곡 없는 전체 타일 영상을 만들도록 하였다. In this paper, a tiled display system is developed to get a high-resolution image in visualization of large-scale structural analysis data with low-resolution display devices and low-cost cluster computer system. Concerning the hardware system, some of the crucial points are investigated, and a new beam-projector positioner is designed and manufactured to resolve the keystone phenomena which result in distorted image. In the development of tiled display software, Qt and OpenGL are utilized for GUI and rendering, respectively. To obtain the entire tiled image, LAM-MPI is utilized to synchronize the several sub-images produced from each cluster computer node.

시큐리티 분야의 드론 적용방안에 관한 연구

이 연구는 공공분야에서의 드론 활용실태를 치안, 재난용 등으로 분석한 후, 시큐리티 분야에서의 드론 적용방안에 관한 쟁점사항을 논의하였다. 이를 위해 질적연구방법인 근거이론을 바탕으로 드론운용과 관련하여 현업에 종사하거나 강의를 담당하고 있는 전문가 집단을 대상으로 개방형식의 질문을 설정하여 심층면담을 수행하였으며, 전문가 집단의 의견을 토대로 NVivo12을 사용하여 질적분석(자료전사-코딩-범주화-주제결정)을 수행하였다. 분석결과, 연구 참여자들은 드론 법ㆍ제도 개선(44.0%), 드론 교육제도 개선(36.0%), 드론 자격제도 개선(20.0%)이 필요하다고 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 개선하기 위한 방안으로 첫째, 사생활 보호 및 안전사고 대응을 위한 포괄적 법ㆍ제도의 개정, 둘째, 안전비행 역량 확대를 위한 교육제도의 강화, 셋째, 전문성 제고를 위한 자격제도의 강화를 제언하였다. As a discussion of the legal system, drone law is a short period of implementation, so It will take a little longer to establish itself to establish itself as an optimized law in drone operation and revisions should be made according to the situation. As a discussion of the education system, in order to apply it to the security field by utilizing the drones professionally, it is insufficient for the theory and practical training courses for issuing the current drone pilot certificate, and the contents and time, so it is necessary to improve the drone education system problem. As a discussion of the qualification system, in order to apply drones to the security field, there are many things to be improved in terms of safety and operation. When such a plan is prepared, drones can be applied to the security field. Since the drone is an areas where representative technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence and ICT are combined, they are expected to contribute greatly to domestic economic growth due to the large ripple effects. therefore, it is necessary to actively support the state to revitalize the drones.

경호･경비 용어의 개선방안

우리는 현재 경호(警護)･경비(警備)에 관한 용어를 사용함에 있어 오랜 시간 외국의 단어와 어휘를 그대로 인용, 사용하여 왔다. 자국의 언어가 분명 존재하는 데도 불구하고 외국의 용어를 사용하는 것은 그 의미의 전달 면에서 외국적 색체가 짙고, 또한 경호경비의 진정한 뜻과 의미를 미약하게 만들고 있다. 확실하고 뚜렷한 의미의 순수한 우리말로서 독립적으로 표현된 용어가 없을 뿐 더러 그것을 찾는 일을 게을리 하여 외국어를 그대로 수용 사용하고 있음은 우리말의 적절한 경호경비에 관한 용어 선택의 부재(不在)를 불러오게 하였다. 현재 경호경비를 ‘보안(保安), security’ 로 포괄적 광범위하게 사용하고 있는 것이 현실이다. 우리고유의 말(한글)에도 경호경비의 뜻과 의미에 부합하는 적절한 단어가 있음에도 영어표기를 그대로 사용하는 것은 용어의 적절성 여부와 상관없이 편의상 사용되고 있다는 점과, 세계화의 흐름 속에 영어권의 힘이 컸기 때문에 용어의 사용에 있어서도 영어를 생각 없이 쓰는 일이 잦아졌으며, 영어를 그대로 사용하는 것이 발달한 문명이나 문화를 누린다고 생각하기 때문이기도 하지만, 이는 곧 우리 국어에 대한 자각이 부족해서 이다. 이러한 실태를 전제로 경호경비의 용어를 순수한 우리말로 찾는 작업이 절실하다고 하겠다. 지금껏 우리는 경계하고 보호하고, 지킨다는 뜻의 용어로 “경호경비, 시큐리티’(Security), guard, protect라는 용어를 사용해 왔다. 경계하고, 지킨다는 의미의 용어로 우리말의 ‘지킴’이 있다. 지킴은 현재의 안전한 상태를 유지하는 작용을 말한다. 안전한 상태로의 유지를 위해서는 여러 위해로부터 예방과 경계와 보호가 우선되어야 한다. 학교지킴이, 아동안전지킴이, 환경지킴이, 생활 안전지킴 등등처럼 경계하고 보호함을 뜻하는 ‘지킴’은 이미 여러 곳에서 사용하고 있는 것이 사실이다. 여기에서 지키는 사람을 ‘지킴이’ 라 한다. ‘지킴이’ 란 ‘지킴’ 이라는 단어에 ‘사람’을 의미하는 우리말 접미사 ‘이’를 합친 단어다. ‘지킴’은 감시의 의미와 보존의 의미를 동시에 내포한다. ‘지킴’ 용어와 같이 실효성 있는 용어의 사용 및 현실과 부합된 정서적 용어가 필요하다. 따라서 경호 ･ 경비의 용어를 적절한 우리말의 용어로 바꾸었을 때 그 의미와 여러 조건에 모두 부합하는 ‘지킴’ 이란 용어가 적당하다 판단된다. we have long used foreign words in using the term for guard security despite the obvious existence of own language, the use of foreign terms is strong in foreign feeling in delivery. and also weakens the true meaning of security. there are no terms expressed independently in korean, and we(they) are negligent in finding them and use the terms of foreign language. as a result, we(they) brought about a lack of choice in terms of proper security for our langage. currenty, it is widely used as a security guard even though there is an appropraite word that corresponds to the meaning and meaning of security guards in our words, we still use enlish expressions. there is because the English language is used for convenience regardless of weather the term is appropraite or not, and as the power of the English language is great amid in the trend of globalization. lt is easy to use english without thinking in terms of the use of terminology. ultimitely, however, this is due to the lack of awareness of the korean language. with these reasons, we must find the term of security guards in pure korean language. until now, we have used the terms guard, security, protect as the terms security and protection the term Jikim refers to the korean language as a means to be vigilant and guarded. Jikim refers to the action of maintaining the current safe state. Like school jikimi, children safety jikimi and environment jikimi, Jikim is already being used in many places. Therefore, the term ‘guard’ should be changed to an appropriate Korean term, and the term ‘Jikim’ is considered to be the most appropriate term in various sections. so, ‘Jikim’ will be appropriate in korean, which corresponds to the meaning of security guards. the guardian here is called the Jikimi. Jikimi is a combination of the word Jikim and the korean pronounce ‘I’ which means people

Blind Flanges are used to seal the end of piping systems industrial sites. However, due to various reasons, such as fluid in piping and environment, Flanges gaskets may undergo various physical changes. additional if this change leads to a deterioration in quality, environmental safety accidents such as Leak may occur. There, it is necessary to inspect gasket examine Gaskets. However, since the gasket is installed inside the flange, the piping inspection which requires disassembly or physical changes cannot be conducted in use. This research has conducted to devise an inspecting method for flanges without making any physical changes. In addition, my research indicates a possibility and reliability of a material test and a seal balance test for a gasket, by analyzing PAUT images and measuring a reflectivity of ultrasonic waves.

The microstructural aspects of polyacrylonitrile(PAN)-iodine complex made from stretched FAN film were studied by infrared spectroscopic. volumetric. mechanical and dielectric characteristics. The complex shows two very different properties (dependent on its iodine content, which is supplementary to X-ray data in view of the fact that a crystalline phase transition is confirmed to occur depending on the iodine content. The iodine sorption of up to 30 weight % makes the PAN chains rigid by sticking to backbone chains, and bulky by interrupting intermolecular bonds of PAH. The iodine sorption of beyond 80 weight % increases weak intermolecular bons and decreases the free volume of the PAN-iodine complex film seriously. Thermal mobility of PAH chains decreases, but molecular motions of side groups of PAH increase with strengthening their dipole moment by influence of the electrophilic iodine ions.

피롤리돈기를 가진 폴리아크릴로니트릴 공중합체의 섬유제조 및 그 물성

To improve the static electricity of acrylic fiber, chemical method was introduced. Polyacrylonitrile copolymer with pyrrolidone group(PBPGP) was synthesized by copolymerization of acrylonitrile(AN) and methylacrylate(MA) initiated by aqueous sulfite-chlorate redox system under the presence of polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP). The fibers from PBPGP and virgin acryl polymer(PAN) were manufactured by wet-spinning at DMF system. The physical properties of fibers were investigated by IR, SEM, DSC, Rheovibron, Instron and Static Honestometer. Within measured range the physical properties of PBPGP and PAN fibers were nearly on a par except static the electricity the electricfied potential of PBPGP fiber differ little from that of PAN fiber but the half-life of static electricity of PBPGP fiber was markedly shorter than that of PAN fiber.
