        사이버여행사의 효과적인 운영전략에 관한 연구

        The internet and information technology has been making a significant impact on the travel industry which is lucrative and explosively growing online business worldwide. Although cyber travel agencies, the typical online travel business, are getting popular in Korea, the majority of them has not been quite different from traditional off-line travel agencies except they have used internet sites as promotional tools. The purpose of the study is to examine the customers' perception and preference of cyber travel agencies, and to propose desirable implications for better management of them. A survey on 65 employees of 10 cyber travel agencies in Korea was performed using self-completed questionnaires. The results show that cyber travel agencies in Korea need technical improvements to handle with every step of online business transactions confronting with excessive competitions. They are found not to update and supplement travel contents of their internet sites frequently, but build up a database of customer profiles controlling the function of internet membership. Additionally, it is revealed that as the sales ratio of electronic commerce to entile sales is higher, the labor and PR costs are lower, the content updating is higher, and the building up of customer profile becomes easier. In spite of some inherent limitations, this study is expected to contribute for generating better managerial ideas of cyber travel agencies.

        ‘예제’ 중심의 문법 교수법 연구

        . ‘Example’-centered grammar teaching method teaches grammar content in the form of problems, breaking away from the memorized grammar learning method. Learning about <example> consists of the following procedures: ‘Concept ⟶ Application ⟶ Extension ⟶ Caution ⟶ Confirmation Problem’. The contents of each step are as follows. ‘Concept’ is a guide to the <example> that briefly introduces the key concepts to solve the <example>. ‘Application’ corresponds to a model answer that describes in detail the solution process of <Example>. This is the stage of knowledge creation aimed at a thorough ‘understanding’ of basic concepts. ‘Extension’ introduces in-depth knowledge with a level of difficulty directly related to the answer content in <Example>. This step is designed to improve the learner's divergent thinking ability. ‘Caution’ is supplementary content required when describing the answer to <Example> in more detail. At this stage, we encourage you to develop the habit of looking and thinking with a skeptical eye. ‘Confirmation problems’ are the content of learning <examples> repeatedly, or problems to increase adaptability to problems similar to <examples>. ‘Practice Problems’ is the stage of applying what you have learned through <Examples> and <Confirmation Problems> to various problems. Through this process, you will reach the stage of ‘utilizing’ the concepts learned in <Examples>. If you become accustomed to problem-centered learning, you will naturally learn the problem-solving process, and ultimately, you will be able to create inquiry learning materials that apply and utilize knowledge and use them in class. About 90 <examples> are presented in each of the fields of morphology and syntax.

        선박의 운항 상태를 고려한 선종별 안정적인 GM 운용에 관한 연구

        Recently, the occurrence of a ship capsizing was analyzed as the main cause of the lack of stability or loss because of the improper management of the center of gravity, the movement of cargo or heavy weight when excessive steering occurs or when navigating during bad weather. Thus, to prevent a ship from capsizing, it is necessary to secure stability to enable the ship’s return to its upright position, even if a dangerous heel occurs. The GM is a crucial evaluation factor regarding stability, which the navigation officer uses to preserve stability. In this study, based on the stability data collected from the operating of ships for five years, The GM by ship’s type according to the operating status was analyzed specifically such as a ship’s length, breadth, and gross tonnage. The feature of the GM distribution according to a ship’s length was confirmed, and after performing the correlation analysis between the breadth and the GM, the ratio of the GM to breadth was calculated, and the result was compared with the previous ratio. Additionally, a simple approximation formula and minimum GM for the estimation of the GM by ship type were proposed by the regression analysis of the GM using the gross tonnage (GT)/breadth (B) to reflect the trend of larger ships being built. The results of this study are expected to be used as data for the review of securing a stable GM on ships. 최근 선박의 전복사고는 무게중심의 부적절한 관리, 기상악화 또는 과도한 조타사용 등으로 인한 선체운동이 발생하면서 화물 또는 중량물이 이동하여 복원력 저하 또는 상실 등이 주된 원인으로 분석되고 있다. 따라서 전복사고를 예방하기 위해서는 위험한 횡경사가 발생하더라도 직립 상태로 되돌아오려는 복원성 확보가 이루어져야 한다. GM은 복원성을 판단하는 중요한 평가요소이며, 항해사는 GM을 복원성 검토에 좋은 척도로 활용한다. 본 연구에서는 5년간 운항 중인 선박으로부터 수집한 복원성 자료를 바탕으로 운항 상태에 따른 선종별 GM을 선박 길이, 폭, 총톤수 등 선박제원으로 분석하였다. 선박 길이에 따른 GM 분포의 특징을 확인하였고, 선박 폭과 GM의 상관분석을 수행한 후 선폭대비 GM의 비율을 산출한 후 과거의 비율과 비교하여 최근 경향을 검토하였다. 또한 선박 대형화 추세를 반영하기 위하여 총톤수(GT)/선폭(B)을 이용하여 GM을 회귀분석하여 선종별 GM 추정을 위한 간이근사식 및 최소 GM을 제안하였다. 연구의 결과는 선박에서 항해사가 안정적인 GM 확보의 검토를 위한 자료로 이용되길 기대된다.

        중앙은행과 은행감독기능 : 은행감독의 이론과 실제를 중심으로

        이 논문에서는, 은행감독의 이론과 실제를 중심으로 은행감독제도 운영의 基本原理를 도출하고 銀行監督機能의 중앙은행으로부터의 분리가 갖는 타당성 여부를 검토하고자 한다. 이를 위해 은행감독기능의 전반적 체계를 이론적으로 정리한 후, 미국, 영국, 독일, 프랑스, 그리고 일본 등 주요국 은행감독의 실제적 운영구조를 監督效率과 牽制均衡의 측면에 유의하여 각기 분석한다. 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중앙은행(또는 정부)이 은행감독권을 全擔하는 경우 중앙은행(정부)은 사전적 사후적 감독권을 包括的으로 보유하는 것이 감독효율을 위해 필요하며 중앙은행(정부)에 대한 견제장치는 은행감독권 전체에 대해 간접적으로 마련되는 것이 적절하다. 둘째, 정부와 중앙은행이 은행감독권을 分掌하는 경우에도, 중앙은행과 정부는 적어도 實質的으로는 사전적 사후적 감독권을 포괄적으로 공유하는 것이 감독효율 위해 필요하다. 이러한 두 가지 결론은 주요 선진국의 감독 경험으로부터 발견된 공통분모로서 감독제도 운영의 기본원리가 된다. 셋째, 이 기본원리가 준수되는 한, 은행감독권의 관장 유형(중앙은행 전담, 정부 전담, 정부 및 중앙은행 분장) 자체가 감독효율과 견제균형의 측면에서 이렇다할 차이를 가져오는 것은 아닌 것으로 판단된다. 실제로, 중앙은행이 은행감독권을 전담하는 경우가 보편적이긴 하지만 여타 유형에 속하는 국가도 다수 존재하고 있다. 끝으로, 銀行監督權 管掌 類型에 대한 한 나라의 개별적 선택에 있어 고려할만한 判斷基準들이 논의된다.

        표준 국어 문법 개발의 의의와 활용

        The standard Korean grammar has been developed under the project titled ‘Development of the standard Korean grammar’ supported by the National Institute of Korean Language for 5 years from 2013 to 2017. The purpose of this paper is to describe the characteristics and significance of the standard Korean grammar and search the way it will be utilized. The standard grammar is to develope a grammatical system and its contents as criteria or reference for the relevant academic circles and the language lif of ordinary people. The standard grammar aims to suggest a standardization direction of Korean grammar keeping pace with national language planning. The standard grammar is a system that explains Korean data and grammar phenomena objectively and systematically as a standard of Korean grammar at home and abroad. To have more powerful frame of Korean grammar, the description of the standard Korean grammar is not oriented towards school grammar, but college grammar. The system of the standard grammar should be simple and clear to function as scientific grammar, pedagogical grammar, practical grammar, and reference grammar. The standard grammar tries to obtain versatility as being pedagogical and practical through extensive description of discourse, The standard grammar has universality by describing internal aspects of Korean system as well as facts of general linguistics. The standard grammar cannot be completed at once and should have openness that reflects the research outcomes of academic worlds periodically. The description of standard grammar is on the basis of the principles such as compatible system, consistent description, usage of standardized terminology, and utilization of practical language data. The contents of the standard grammar is composed of four major parts: phonology, morphology syntax, and discourse. The part of discourse has been excluded in the description of most grammars so far. The reason that the standard grammar includes discourse studies is in the hope of utilizing it in education fields. The description system of the standard grammar is divided into core grammar and applied grammar. The core grammar describes the simple and clear part of the grammar. The applied grammar describes the contents that can be used in scientific grammar, the contents that can be applied in pedagogical grammar, and the contents that can be used in language life. The difference between the school grammar and the standard grammar has been examined from the macroscopic view-point on the condition that the representative application of the standard grammar is in the field of Koran education. We suggest the detailed cases that the standard grammar is utilized in teaching school grammar and writing text books. The standard grammar can provide a theoretical basis for revision of language and literature regulations. The standard grammar can be translated into major foreign languages and exported abroad. The possibility of utilization can be enhanced via web services. The degree of completion of the standard grammar can be improved by studying continuously academic achievements and criticism on the contentious issues in the academic circles of Korean language and reflecting its results into the standard grammar.

        케이터링 산업에 있어서의 식공간 연출에 대한 지각이 이용객 만족에 미치는 영향

        The catering industry is developing along with such a situation, and as the creation of a dining space is emphasized, there appear marketing strategies that stimulate diverse users’ sensitivity. This study aims to find out managerial implications for the effective creation of a dining space for catering service, which may expressed differently by the types of customer's usage occasion. Empirical analyses were conducted targeting those experienced catering service by theoretical contemplation about possible variables constructing the production of catering space together with establishing research models which organize those variables with user satisfaction and usage situation. Results of the analyses show that catering companies need to set up marketing strategies connecting all factors to users’ satisfaction, and they would be able to obtain a competitive edge over other companies by managing cleanness and harmony intensely among others. Additionally, the influence of perception about the creation of a dining place exhibited a significant difference in catering type such as company gatherings, social meetings, and wedding-related events. It can be noted that a cleanness/harmony factor appears a common important factor throughout company gatherings, social meetings, family reunions, and wedding-related events. Therefore, it needs to prepare differentiated marketing strategies upon the usage situation of catering services for effectively manage catering space production.

        도시의 미적 요소가 도시 브랜드 이미지에 미치는 영향

        This study examined the impacts of a city's aesthetic factors on its brand image. Based on a review of related literature, six aesthetic factors of a city(traditional, architectural, scenic, artistic, display, and environmental) and three factors of a city brand image(clean, dynamic, unique) were developed. A total of 582 samples was collected from foreigners who have visited Seoul. Results showed that three aesthetic factors of the city of Seoul(i..e, architectural, scenic, and display) had significant influences on the clean image of the city. Results also illustrated that five aesthetic factors of Seoul(ie., traditional, scenic, artistic, display, and environmental) had significant impacts on the dynamic image of the city. However, only two aesthetic factors of the city of Seoul(i.e., architectural, artistic) made significant influences on the unique image of the city. Results of this study suggest that marketers should more concentrate on developing the uniqueness of Seoul for a better brand image of Seoul. 본 연구의 목적은 도시의 미적 요소가 도시 브랜드에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 서울을 방문 중이거나 방문을 한 경험이 있는 외국인 관광객들 582명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 서울시의 도시 미적 구성요소로 ‘전통미’, ‘건축미’, ‘경관미’, ‘예술미’, ‘전시미’, ‘환경미’의 6개 요인이 도출되었고, 서울의 도시 브랜드 이미지 구성요소로는 ‘쾌적성’, ‘독특성’, ‘역동성’의 3개 요인이 도출되었다. 둘째, 서울시의 미적 요소가 서울 브랜드 이미지에 미치는 영향관계에서는 부분적으로 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 서울시의 미적요소인 ‘건축미’, ‘경관미’, ‘전시미’가 브랜드 이미지 중 ‘쾌적성’ 요인에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, ‘전통미’, ‘경관미’, ‘예술미’, ‘전시미’, ‘환경미’가 브랜드 이미지 중 ‘역동성’ 요인에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, ‘건축미’와 ‘예술미’가 브랜드 이미지 중 ‘독특성’ 요인에 영향을 미치는 것을로 나타났다. 세계의 도시 브랜드들과 경쟁을 해야 하는 서울시 입장에서는 서울의 독특성 이미지를 더욱 높일 수 있도록 서울의 미적 요소를 관리할 필요가 있다. 따라서 서울 브랜드 이미지의 차별화를 위한 ‘독특성’ 이미지를 관리를 위하여 서울 체류자 집단에 대한 구전 등 홍보‧마케팅을 강화할 필요가 있는 것으로 보여진다.
