        순차적 정보융합을 이용한 비동기 다중 레이더 환경에서의 바이어스 추정기법

        This paper presents a sensor bias estimation method with serial fusion for asynchronous multisensory systems. Serial fusion processes the sensor measurements in a first-come-first-serve basis and it plays an essential role in asynchronous fusion in practice. The proposed algorithm generates the bias measurements using fusion estimates and sensor measurements for bias estimation, and compensates the sensor biases in fusion tracks. A simulation study indicates that the proposed algorithm has the superior performance in bias estimation and accurate tracking.

        침투실험을 통한 투수성 포장재의 흙-수분특성곡선 역해석

        Permeable pavement systems, an Low Impact Development technique, are widely used for pedestrian and bicycle roads, and parking lots, to relieve the flooding and enhance water cycle, which arises due to climate change and urbanization. However, due to lack of analytical means, permeable pavements are constructed most of time without knowing their performance in reducing runoff. In this paper, saturated permeability and porosity of a pervious concrete sample were experimentally estimated, and a set of infiltration model test was conducted; then, finally, the soil-water characteristics curve of the sample was back-calculated. In inverse analysis, van Genuchten model was selected, and Levenberg-Marquardt method was used for parameter searching algorithm. The results of soil-water characteristics curve presents the air-entry suction pressure is little below 1 kPa, and all the water expels at a suction pressure of 10 kPa. When compared to typical sands, the volumetric water content of pervious concrete drops more steeply with increasing suction pressure. 최근 기후변화와 지속적인 도시화로 인한 도심 홍수 및 물순환의 왜곡을 해결하기 위한 저영향개발 기법 중 하나로 투수성 포장시스템이 보도, 주차장, 자전거 도로 등 경하중 하의 포장시설로서 활발하게 적용되고 있으나, 평가 및 해석방법의 미비로 투수성 포장은 많은 경우 유출저감효과에 대한 정량적 해석 없이 적용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 투수성 포장을 구성하고 있는 다공성 재료에서의 침투해석을 위해 필요한 주요 물성치인 포화투수계수와 간극률을 시험을 통해 산정하고, 침투모형실험을 통해 투수성 콘크리트의 침투특성을 관찰한 후, 본 결과를 사용하여 투수성 콘크리트의 흙-수분특성곡선을 역해석한다. 역해석을 위한 흙-수분특성곡선 모델로는 van Genuchten 모델을 사용하였고, 계수조정 알고리즘은 Levenberg-Marquardt 방법을 사용하였다. 투수성 콘크리트 시료의 흙-수분특성곡선은 포화상태에서 흡입압력이 1 kPa보다 작은 지점부터 불포화가 되기 시작하여, 흡입압력이 10 kPa에 이르러서는 체적함수비가 0에 가까운 상태에 이르렀으며, 사질토와 비교했을 때 흡입압력의 증가에 따라 체적함수비의 감소가 더 급격한 경향을 보이는 것을 확인하였다.

        Total Hip Arthroplasty for Osteonecrosis of the Femoral Head Following Cardiac Transplantation - A Case Report -

        Cardiac transplantation has become the treatment of choice for end stage heart disease, and the long-term survival rates of cardiac transplant patients continue to improve, due to the continued improvements made in operation methods and postoperative immunological therapies. However, the incidences of disabling orthopedic complications,such as, osteopenia, osteoporosis, fractures, and osteonecrosis, have been increased by the postoperative administrations of steroids and immunosuppressive agents. Accordingly, several orthopedic surgeons have evaluated treatments for these complications, and a number of reports have been issued on osteonecrosis after cardiac transplantation. However, all of these reports have been issued is the US and European countries, and in particular, no report has been published on osteonecrosis following cardiac transplantation in an Asian patient. In this report, the authors report the case of a patient who underwent total hip arthroplasty due to osteonecrosis of the femoral head after cardiac transplantation.

        비동기 다중레이더 환경에서 의사 측정치를 이용한 바이어스 추정기법

        In this paper, a sensor bias estimation method with pseudo measurement for asynchronous multisensor systems is proposed. The proposed bias estimation method separates the local filter which estimates the target state with biased measurements into two parts, one is bias part, the other is target state part. By using these two parts, the algorithm generates the pseudo bias measurement for estimating bias, and then eliminates bias of local track through bias compensation. Finally, the proposed algorithm is evaluated by comparing with the existing EXX method.

        캘빈방전 효과를 이용한 초순수 및 전해이온수의 정전기

        Despite the increasing importance of manufacturing and application R&D for ultrapure deionized water and electrolyzed ion water, various and systematic studies have not been conducted until now. In this study, the electrostatic discharge (ESD) behavior of electrolyzed ion water using a proton exchange membrane(PEM) was evaluated according to the type, flow rate, and bubble of electrolyzed ion water. In addition, by observing that Oxidation Reduction Potential (ORP) value returns to the unique value of electrolyzed ion water after electrostatic discharge, the possibility of two types of ions participating in electrostatic discharge ((H2O)n+ (assumed)) and ions for maintaining the characteristics of electrolyzed water could be inferred. In order to confirm the chemical structure and characteristics of the cations, in-depth research related to water molecular orbital energy or band gap should be followed.

      • 一部 工業團地 産業場의 騷音環境과 騷音性難聽에 關한 調査硏究

        To define status and causes of hearing loss or impairment of workers served in noise environment, and to grope for appropriate methods of prevention, analysing environmental noise from industries concerned and degree of hearing loss of workers by their personal characteristics, 1,603 workers of 7 kinds of industries from which of more than 90 ㏈ had been produced were checked and the noise itself was analyzed by octave band analyzer (SA-52 type). In this 1975 study, giving some emphasis to the noise environment in relation to hearing loss of workers in noise environment of some Korean industries, the results were summarized as follows; 1) Analysing the results of audiogram for 1,603 workers in noise environment, a total of 237 workers (14.8%) was revealed to have hearing loss responsible to continuous exposure to noise environment showing, in detail, 16.6% of coal mining, 16.3% of textile, and 15.1% of metal workers by industry. And as for duration of service year, the longer the period, the more the occurrence was reaffirmed showing 14.5% of less than 5 years, 15.6% of 5-10 years, 44.4% of more than 10 years of service. Of the above audiogram analysis, the degree of hearing loss by decibel(㏈) also paralleled to duration of service year showing 16.2±2.1㏈ (left) and 14.2±1.4㏈ (right) of less than 5 years service history, and 26±4.3㏈(left) and 28±6.2㏈(right) of 10 years and more. Additionally, E.L.I (Early Loss Index) scale was applied to classify the above cases into 5 grades of hearing loss from A to E? more than 50% Of the above belonged to grade E which meant typical occupational hearing loss. 2) Concerning degree of sound level by industry, the highest value of 95㏈ by A character was shown in coal mining in general and 110㏈ from tunneling department of the above industry in detail. 3) The pattern of hearing loss of workers in general revealed typical tone gape curve at 4,000 ㎐ in audiogram. By industry and degree of hearing loss in detail, the workers in coal mining and textile industries showed remarkable hearing loss. 4) By octave band analyze, most of environmental noise revealed the highest sound pressure level at over medium frequency range.
