        개선된 합의 모델(RCM)의 지식 교환을 통한 초등교사의 모델링 pPCK 변화 탐색

        본 연구는 개선된 합의 모델(RCM)의 세 가지 PCK 영역 간 지식교환을 통해 초등교사의 모델링 pPCK(개인적 PCK)가 어떻게 변화되는지 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 초등교사 3인을 대상으로 한 전문적 학습공동체(PLC)에서 과학 모델링 수업에 관한 지식 교환이 이루어지도록 촉진한 뒤, 연구참여자가 두 차례 작성한 CoRe(내용 표상)를 분석하여 모델링 pPCK 변화 양상을 탐색하였다. 또한 PLC에서 연구참여자들이 나눈 담화, 심층 면담 자료를 근거 이론적 연구 방법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 지식 교환으로 인해 초등교사의 모델링pPCK 중 교육과정 지식에 있어서는 두드러진 변화가 없었으나 과학교수 지향, 학생 이해에 대한 지식, 과학 수업 전략 지식 및 과학평가에 대한 지식에 변화가 있었다. 또한 PLC 담화 및 심층 면담분석을 통해 교사들의 이러한 모델링 pPCK 변화에는 모델링 수업사례 성찰(ePCKR)과 교육 연구 기반 모델링 cPCK(집단적 PCK)가영향을 미쳤음을 알 수 있었다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는효과적인 교사의 모델링 PCK 개발을 위한 교육적 방법에 대해 논의하였다. The purpose of this study was to explore changes in elementary teachers’ modeling pPCK (personal PCK) resulting from knowledge exchange within the realms of PCK described in the Refined Consensus Model (hereafter RCM). For this purpose, a professional learning community (hereafter PLC) was established for three elementary school teachers to facilitate knowledge exchange specifically focused on science modeling instructions. The study then analyzed the CoRe (content representations) written by the research participants twice to explore any changes in modeling pPCK (personal PCK). In addition, the discourse shared by the participants in the PLC and the data from the in-depth interviews were also analyzed using grounded theory research methods. The results of the study showed that there was no significant change in knowledge of the science curriculum in elementary teachers’ modeling pPCK, but there were changes in orientations toward teaching science, knowledge of students’ understanding in science, knowledge of instructional strategies and representations, and knowledge of assessment of science learning. Furthermore, the analysis of PLC discourse and in-depth interviews showed that modeling instructions reflection (ePCK; enacted PCK) and educational research-based modeling cPCK (collective PCK) influenced these changes in teachers’ modeling pPCK. Accordingly, this study suggests recommendations for pedagogical approaches aimed at improving teachers’ modeling PCK.

        Effects of dielectric barrier discharge plasma on pathogen inactivation and the physicochemical and sensory characteristics of pork loin

        This study aimed to evaluate the use of a dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) plasma system to improve the safety of pork loins. When pork loin was exposed to DBD plasma with the input gases He and He + O2,the population of Escherichia coli was reduced by 0.26 and 0.50 log cycles following a 5-min treatment and by 0.34 and 0.55 log units following a 10-min treatment, respectively. That of Listeria monocytogenes was also reduced from 0.17 to 0.35 and 0.43 to 0.59 log cycles when the samples were exposed to DBD for 5 and 10 min using He and He + O2, respectively. The pH and L*-values (lightness) of the samples decreased significantly with DBD plasma treatment, but a*- (redness) and b*-values (yellowness)exhibited no obvious changes. Lipid oxidation, measured by TBARS values, was greater in samples with He þ O2 than in other samples. Significant reductions in sensory quality parameters (appearance, color,odor, acceptability, etc.) were observed in DBD-treated samples. These results indicate that the DBD plasma system has potential for use in sanitizing pork loins by inactivation of foodborne pathogens,although the effect was limited. In order to meet market requirements, however, a method to overcome sensory deterioration of pork loins should be developed and applied.

        엘리트 선수의 도핑검사에 대한 심리적 경험

        The purpose of this study was to explore athletes’psychological experience with doping test. Data collection was conducted using an open-ended questionnaire from 150 athletes in Handball, Athlete, Cycling, Fencing, and Boxing at K university. R program was used for extracts frequency and data through. To visualize data networking NetDraw 2 of UCINET 2.0 program was used. This study was conducted in order to measurement developing, data collection, data analysis, and result analysis for exploring psychological experience factors. Result of a research, The Elite Athletes mine about the doping test came out with words such as doping, thought, test, drug, taking, anxiety, need, while some words such as titer, can not be arsed, wonderer, load were not connected to other nodes. Closeness centrality is also closely related to other nodes in the following order: doping, drug, test, need and thought. also betweenness centrality was the highest in the doping, and in the order of need, thought, test and tension. It is this which for elite athletes, while doping test evoked negative psychological experiences such as worries, anxiety, and shame, it was also perceived as the code of ethics for athletes to follow or a tool to prove their real performance. Therefore, it is important to pay special attention to the strategies to help athletes who are vulnerable to doping understand psychological mechanism of doping. It is hoped that this study both advance understanding of psychological experience with doping and provides the athletic community and the field of physical education with the opportunity to pay extra attention to the perception of doping and psychological approach to it. 본 연구는 엘리트 선수의 도핑검사에 대한 심리적 경험을 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 K대학의 핸드볼, 육상, 사이클, 펜싱, 복싱 선수 150명을 대상으로 개방형설문지를 활용해 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 R프로그램으로 빈도 및 데이터를 산출하고, UCINET 2.0 프로그램의 NetDraw 2를 활용하여 의미연결망으로 시각화하였다. 도핑 검사에 대한 심리적 경험 요인 탐색을 위하여 도핑을 주제로 한 선행연구를 토대로 질문지 제작, 자료수집, 자료분 석, 결과검증 순으로 진행하였다. 연구결과, 도핑검사에 대한 엘리트 선수의 마음은 도핑, 생각, 검사, 약물, 복용, 불안, 필요 등의 핵심 키워드가 도출된 반면, 적정량, 하기싫다, 궁금, 부담 등의 단어는 연결정도가 나타나지 않았다. 근접중심성은 도핑, 약물, 검사, 필요, 생각 등의 순으로 다른 노드와 근접하게 연결되어 있으며, 매개중심성은 도핑이 가장 높게 나타났고, 필요, 생각, 검사, 긴장, 등의 순으로 분포하고 있다. 연구결과를 통해 엘리트 선수에게 도핑 검사는 걱정이나 불안, 수치심 등 부정적인 심리요인으로 나타나기도 하지만 선수로서 지켜야 하는 행동이나 자신의 실력에 한 방증으로 인식하고 있다. 따라서 도핑에 취약한 선수에게 도핑심리구조를 이해할 수 있는 방략에 주목할 필요가 있다. 향후 본 연구가 도핑에 대한 심리적 경험을 이해하는 동시에 체육계와 체육학계에서 도핑에 대한 인식 및 심리적 접근에 대한 관심의 계기가 되기를 기대해본다.

        생활치에서 나타나는 치근단 병소 : 보존적 치료 후 자연치유

        It is often presumed that apical periodontitis follows total pulp necrosis, and consequently root canal treatment is commonly performed. Periapical lesion development is usually caused by bacteria and its byproduct which irritate pulp, develop pulpitis, and result in necrosis through an irreversible process. Afterwards, apical periodontitis occurs. This phenomenonis observed as an apical radiolucency in radiographic view. However, this unusual case presents a spontaneous healing of periapical lesion, which has developed without pulp necrosis in a vital tooth, through conservative treatment.

        웹(web)기반 프랑스어 발음 학습자료 활용에 대한 대학생 학습자들의 인식 연구

        This study aims to develop a French pronunciation website based on constructive instruction design, online learning principles, and CMC (Computer Mediated Communication) interactions. This site is divided into three stages, in accordance with the 3P pronunciation teaching phases: a presentation stage, a practice stage, a production stage. In addition, questionnaires and face-to-face interview were conducted to investigate the usefulness of this approach. After a 10-week period, the results of the post-test showed a clear improvement in learners pronunciation. Comparison between the two test results illustrated that scores in reading passages showed a wider range of improvements compared to communicative assessment. This demonstrates the difficulty of attaining automatic use of learned pronunciation by means of learners conscious efforts. In that sense, the site was proven to be useful in learning suprasegmental features. Furthermore, questionnaires have demonstrated a positive effect on learners pronunciation, listening, and speaking ability. Improvement in listening was due to students being able to download, listen, and repeat native voices. Learners' speaking ability was also positively influenced by communicative tasks that integrated real encounters with online talking tools.
