The $(Pb_{0.9}Ca_{0.1})TiO_3$[PCT] thin films have been deposited by sol-gel processing on Si-wafer and ITO glass substrates. The creak-free films have been obtained by rapid thermal annealing at $700^{\circ}C$ for 10 minute and characterized by XRD, SEM and electrical measurements. Their tetragonality c/a was 1.041 and grain size was $0.15{\sim}0.2{\mu}m$. When the electrode system of sample was Au/PCT/ITO(MFM) and film thickness was $0.8{\mu}m$, dielectric constant, dielectric loss and Curie temperature were about 149, 0.085 and $449^{\circ}C$ at 10kHz, respectively. Spontaneous polarization $P_s$, remnant polarization $P_r$ and coercive field $E_c$ were about $5.29{\mu}C/cm^2$, $4.15{\mu}C/cm^2$ and 82kV/cm calculated by hysteresis loop.

The PbTiO₃thin films have been deposited by sol-gel processing on Si-wafer and ITO glass substrates. The creak-free films have been obtained after rapid thermal annealing at 700℃ for 10minute and characterized by XRD,SEM and electrical measurements. Their tetragonality c/a was 1.048 and grain size was 0.25㎛. When the structure of specimen was Au/PbTiO₃/ITO(MEN) and thickness of thin films with 10 coating was 0.8㎛, dielectric constant, dielectric loss and Curie temperature were about 114, 0.04 and 505℃ at 10㎑, respectively. Spontaneous polarization Ps, remnant polarization Pr and coercive field Ec were calculated by hysteresis loop and their values were about 2.72μC/㎠, 0.72μC/㎠ and 79㎸/㎝.

The present urban maglev which has been developed in Korea is controlled by 4-edge control method over each bogie. The control output which is derived from two gap sensors and one vertical acceleration sensor controls magnet to maintain a nominal gap. But, the gap signal acts as a big disturbance in rail joint though two gap sensors are used and finally result in unstable response and poor ride comfort. This paper treats of a method to compensate the gap signal in rail joint for the levitation control of urban maglev. The physically abnormal change of gap is detected when one gap sensor passes a rail joint, the disturbance of gap in rail joint is estimated. Finally the disturbance in gap signal is eliminated by processing the information of vehicle speed and estimated disturbance in when the other gap sensor passes a rail joint.

국토교통부 지원 하에 2009년에 개발을 착수하여 2012년 2월에 제작을 완료한 국내 최초 무가선 저상트램은 162kWh급 에너지 용량을 가진 리튬 폴리머 배터리를 탑재하여 별도의 급전 및 충전 시설없이 배터리에 저장된 에너지만으로 현존하는 무가선 트램 중에서 최장 거리 운행이 가능한 차량이다. 또한, 장거리 주행 및 배터리 충전시간을 줄이기 위해서 유가선 주행도 가능하도록 설계가 되어 있기 때문에 유연한 노선 설계에도 대응이 가능하다. 2012년 5월부터 8월까지 여수엑스포 전시기간 동안에 여수엑스포역에서 전시운행을 실시하여 일반인에게도 시승의 기회를 제공하였다. 2012년 11월에는 오송에 약 1km 구간의 트램시험선을 완공하여 현재까지 연속 주행시험을 실시하고 있다. 또한, 2013년 2단계 기술개발 기간 착수 후에는 신호시스템을 탑재하고, 유가선 구간의 시험선을 연장하여 종합 운행 시험을 실시할 예정이다. The first catenary-free low floor tram in Korea has started to be developed in 2009 and finished manufactured in Feb. 2012 supported by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. Equipped with litium-polymer battery of 162kWh energy capacity, it is able to run the longest distance in existing catenaryfree trams only using on-board battery energy without additional charging or supplying power. As it is designed to run with catenary for the purpose to operate longer distance and reduce battery charging time, track design is enabled more flexible. During Yeosu Expo exhibition from May to August 2012, it has been demonstrated to the public at the Yeosu Expo station. In Nov. 2012, the construction of tram test track with 1km section has been finished and the tram has continued running test until now. After starting the phase 2 R&D period in 2013, the signaling system will be installed, extend the test track with catenary and the integration test will be conducted.

This paper proposes a new heuristic local algorithm to deal with the static output feedback stabilization problem using linear matrix inequalities, which is a special case of the fixed order control problems. The proposed algorithm is called the dual iteration because it is based on the iteration of two design steps - state feedback controller and observer designs - which are dual to each other. And the idea of the coordinate descent method and Finsler's theorem are used in order to make the problem tractable. Also, the performance of the proposed algorithm is analysed through the numerical experiments.
