        朝鮮後期 眞景山水畵 硏究 –謙齋 鄭歚派를 中心으로

        Sansu painting has undergone countless changes and developments from whales to modern times. Korea's landscape paintings, which have been developed under the influence of China, achieved rapid independent development in the late Joseon Dynasty, generally referred to as the Jingyeong period. Korea's pictorial originality is often mentioned in the expression ‘Jingyeong’. This may be because it captures the appearance of Korea's mountain stream expressed based on the actual scenery with a subjective perspective. In this paper, we would like to revisit the meaning of Jingyeong by examining the concept of ‘Jingyeong Sansu Painting’ and works focusing on the derived Jeong Seon. 산수화는 고래로부터 현대에 이르기까지 무수한 변화와 발전을 거듭하여 왔다. 중국의 영향을 받으며 발전하여온 우리나라의 산수화는 일반적으로 진경시대라고 일컫는 조선 후기에 비약적인 독자적 발전을 이루었다. 우리나라의 회화적 독창성은 ‘진경(眞景)’이라는 표현으로 자주 언급된다. 실경(實景)을 바탕으로 표현 되어진 우리나라 산천의 모습을 주관적 시선으로 담아내었기 때문일 것이다. 이는 관념의 테두리에서 벗어난 새로운 의식의 태동을 의미하며 독창적 시각이 반영된 화면을 구성하는 계기가 되었다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 ‘진경산수화’의 개념과 겸재 정산파를 중점으로 한 작품들을 살펴보며 진경에 대한 의미를 다시 알아보고자 한다.

        운동 전 적용된 지속초음파와 맥동초음파가 운동 유발성 근육 손상의 통증과 근피로대사산물에 미치는 효과

        Background: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of pulsed-ultrasound intervention and continued-ultrasound on the PPT (pressure pain threshold), CK (creatine kinase) and LDH (lactate dehydrogenase) recovery of before EIMD (exercise-induced muscle damage). Design: Randomized Controlled Trial. Methods: Thirty subjects who are student in their 20s at a university participated in this study, these subjects were assigned into three groups, a control group (n=10), experiment group I (n=10), and experiment group II (n=10). The subjects in experimental group were intervened by pulsed-ultrasound and continued-ultrasound, while ones on control group weren't by any intervention after induced EIMD. Results: First, In the comparison of the PPT, there were significant variations with the lapse the time in three groups (p<.001) and there was a significant interaction of time and group (p<.001). In the among group comparison, the PPT of experimental group II was significantly larger than those of other groups (p<.01). Second, In the comparison of the CK, there were significant variations with the lapse the time in three groups (p<.001) and there was a significant interaction of time and group (p<.001). In the among group comparison, the CK of experimental group II was significantly smaller than those of other groups (p<.001). Third, In the comparison of the LDH, there were significant variations with the lapse the time in three groups (p<.001) and there was a significant interaction of time and group (p<.001). In the among group comparison, the LDH of experimental group II was significantly smaller than those of other groups (p<.001). Conclusion: The above results revealed that the continued-ultrasound intervention before an exercise had a positive effect of muscle function after EIMD. Therefore we can consider the continued ultrasound as a considerable intervention method to prevent or reduce an exercise injury.

        Background: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of pulsed-ultrasound intervention and continued-ultrasound on the MVIC (maximal voluntary isometric contraction) and active ROM (range of motion) recovery of before EIMD (exercise-induced muscle damage). Design: Randomized controlled trial. Methods: Thirty subjects who are student in their 20s at a university participated in this study, these subjects were assigned into three groups, a control group (n=10), experiment group I (n=10) and experiment group II (n=10). The subjects in experimental group were intervened by pulsed-ultrasound and continued-ultrasound, while ones on control group weren't by any intervention after induced EIMD. Results: First, In comparison of the MVIC, in the among group comparison, the MVIC of continued-ultrasound group was significantly larger than those of other groups (p<.005). Second, In the among group comparison, the active extension angle of continued-ultrasound group was significantly smaller than those of other groups (p<.005). Third, In the among group comparison, the active flexion angle of continued-ultrasound group was significantly lager than those of other groups (p<.05). Conclusion: The above results revealed that the continued-ultrasound intervention before an exercise had a significantly improve of muscle function after EIMD. Therefore we can consider the continued ultrasound as a considerable intervention method to prevent or reduce an exercise injury.

        도시 리질리언스 관점의 동인천역 주변 도시재생 기본계획 및 디자인 제안

        (연구배경 및 목적) 최근 국내의 도시재생은 도시재생뉴딜사업으로 균형적인 도시의 발전을 도모하고 있다. 또한, 최근 연구에서 여러 측면의 위협에 대한 다양한 분야에서 회복할 수 있는 도시 리질리언스가 연구되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 도시 리질리언스의 관점에서 쇠퇴지역에 대한 도시재생 계획 및 디자인을 제안하는 것이다. 계획 및 디자인 제안을 하는 대상지의 물리적·사회적·경제적 현황을 도시 리질리언스 관점에서 판단되는 위협으로 분류 및 분석하는 것이다. 다양한 위협을 극복할 수 있도록, 도시 리질리언스 관점에서 단계적인 계획 및 디자인을 제안하는 것으로 본 연구의 의의를 가진다. (연구방법) 여러 지방 도시들은 정부 주도의 의사결정(Top-down)이 아닌, 시민 주도의 아이디어 제안(Bottom-up)을 통해서 다양한 아이디어와 사회적·문화적 소통의 장을 만들고자 하였다. 도시 리질리언스의 여러 분야의 연구 관점에서 대상지에 대한 계획 및 디자인의 방향성을 설정하였다. 계획 및 디자인은 도시 리질리언스의 핵심개념을 적용하여, 장기적인 관점에서 초기·중기·장기 계획 및 디자인을 제안하였다. 또한, 국내의 도시재생뉴딜사업의 유형을 기준으로 기본적인 방향을 설정하는 것을 기본으로 하였다. (결과) 본 연구에서는 제안한 계획 및 디자인은 도시재생뉴딜사업에서 일반근린형에 맞춰 제안하였다. 또한, 지역경제와 거버넌스를 통한 도시 리질리언스를 기본적인 방향으로 설정하였다. 대상지의 복합적인 문제를 해결하고자, 본 연구에서는 계획 및 디자인의 준비 단계로 도시재생 아카데미 및 도시재생회사 설립을 우선적으로 제안하였다. 다음 초기 계획으로 지역 커뮤니티 센터 설립, 지역 내 거주환경 개선, 중·소규모 유휴공간 활용을 계획 및 디자인하였다. 다음 중기 계획으로 대규모 유휴공간 활용, 전통 혼수거리 선형상가 리모델링 및 관리, 도로체계 개선, 청년상입 유입을 계획 및 제안하였다. 다음 장기 계획으로 가로주택정비사업을 제안하였다. (결론) 본 연구의 계획 및 디자인은 초기 설정한 도시 리질리언스의 방향성인 지역경제 및 거버넌스를 중심으로 전개되었다. 전체 도시재생뉴딜사업을 위한 계획은 도시 리질리언스의 핵심개념과 같이, 장기적인 관점으로 제안하였다. 또한, 개별 계획 및 디자인은 지역경제와 거버넌스의 도시 리질리언스의 방향성을 가지도록 제안하였다. (Background and Purpose) Recently, urban regeneration in Korea has been promoting balanced urban development with the Urban Regeneration New Deal project. In addition, a recent research has found that the urban resilience, a recoverable city, is being studied in a variety of research areas against multiple aspects of threats. The purpose of this study is to propose a plan and design for urban regeneration in the declining area from the point of view of the urban resilience. It classifies and analyzes the physical, social and economic status of the target site for plan and design proposals as threats judged from the perspective of urban resilience. To overcome a variety of threats, this research has the significance of proposing step-by-step plan and design from the perspective of the urban resilience. (Method) Many local cities wanted to create diverse ideas and social·cultural communication fields through bottom-up idea proposals, not top-downs. The direction of plan and design was established from the perspective of research in various areas of the city. The plan and design applied the main concept of urban resilience, and proposed the early, mid and late plan and design from a long-term perspective. In addition, the basic direction was set based on the type of Urban Regeneration New Deal project in Korea. (Results) In this research, the proposed plan and design were proposed in accordance with the neighborhood master plan in the Urban Regeneration New Deal project. In addition, the urban resilience through local economy and governance was set in a basic direction. To solve the complex problems of the target site, this research first proposed the establishment of the Urban Regeneration Academy and Urban Regeneration Company as a preparatory step for plan and design. The following initial plan and design were designed to establish local community centers, improve residential environment in the site, and utilize small and medium-sized idle spaces. The following mid plan and design were designed to utilize large-scale idle space, remodel and manage main commercial street linear shops, improve the road system, and introduce youth commerce. The next long-term plan were designed to a street housing readjustment project. (Conclusions) The plan and design of this research were developed around the local economy and governance, the orientation of the initial set-up urban resilience. The plan for the entire Urban Regeneration New Deal project was proposed from a long-term perspective, such as the main concept of the urban resilience. In addition, each plans and designs were proposed to have orientation in the local economy and in the governance urban resilience.

        가미통경탕(加味通經湯)의 원발성 월경통에 관한 임상적 효과 : 후향적 차트 리뷰

        Objectives: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of Gamitonggyung-tang on Primary Dysmenorrhea. Methods: We treated 33 cases of primary dysmenorrhea patients with Gamitonggyung-tang for three menstrual cycles. We estimated the effects by Visual Analog Scale (VAS), Menstrual Distress Questionnaire (MDQ) and checked amount of the analgesics taken during menstrual phase. Results: After treatment, the mean of VAS, MDQ Score and amount of the analgesics taken were decreased. Conclusions: This case shows that Gamitonggyung-tang is effective in treating primary dysmenorrhea patients.

        중국의 COVID-19 대응을 위한 중의약 활용

        Objectives : The objectives of this study were to investigate why and how China used traditional Chinese medicine as a response to COVID-19 and how its performance was achieved, and to explore ways to utilize traditional Korean medicine in Korea. Methods : We examined the information through government data and media articles. China's COVID-19 progress and policy response were reviewed and compared with Korea. Based on this, the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine response in China were identified. Results : Based on legal basis, China makes the overall use of traditional Chinese medicines to respond to COVID-19. Traditional Chinese medicine has been applied to health insurance, the licensing regulations have been eased, and traditional Chinese medical specialists were dispatched. The medical care guidelines were developed and R&D were carried out. In addition, policies related to traditional Chinese medicine included policies for preventive treatment, the combination of Chinese and Western medicine, and telemedicine. Conclusions : Traditional Chinese medicine response to COVID-19 was included within the overall national quarantine policy, providing medical services for the mild stage. In addition, R&D was conducted to establish a basis for the utilization of traditional Chinese medicines. Traditional Korean medicine also needs to be prepared so that it can be used as a complement to the response of communicable diseases.

      • Characteristics of Plasma Electrolytic Oxidation coating to apply titanium for dental bracket

        This study is concerned with the surface modification of titanium to be used for the dental bracket by the PEO method. PEO technique is similar to the principle of anodizing to form an oxide film on the surface, But PEO coating can be formed in a short time, and physical properties are better than anodizing. Because surface is modified from high voltage and low current. Tooth brackets of the traditional metallic material, mainly use stainless, has low aesthetic effect, but ceramic materials, has better aesthetic effect, physical properties are relatively weak. Therefore, the studies that indicate the effect of the ceramic to metal materials has been attracting attention. This study confirmed that the type of electrolyte, the current intensity, and time of process could increase corrosion resistance, and various colors were implemented on the titanium surface.
