        스포츠생리학 / 여성 고령자의 규칙적 aerobic dance 가 건강에 관련된 체력과 혈액성분에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 여성 고령자(65세 이7)를 대상으로 주3회, 10주 동안 65∼80% HRmax에 해당하는 RPE 11∼13의 운동강도로써 low impact를 중심으로 한 aerobic dance를 실시하여, 전과 후의 건강에 관련된 체력과 혈액성분의 변화를 비교 검토한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.첫째, 호흡순환기능, 신체조성(%fat), 유연성, 근력/근지구력으로 구성된 건강에 관련된 체력 요소 모두가 유의한 향상을 가져왔으나 LBM과 grip strength는 향상하였으나 유의하지는 않았다.둘째, 혈액성분 중 TC와 TG는 감소, HDL-C는 증가하였으나 각각 유의성은 없었고, Hb은 유의하게 증가하였다.이상의 결과에서 여성 고령자의 규칙적인 low impact style의 aerobic danes가 건강에 관련된 체력과 혈액성분을 재산시켰다는 것은 고령자의 trainability와 건강유지 및 증진에 기여하여 보다 활력적인 일상생활을 영위할 수 있는 수단으로써 건전한 고령사회를 구축하는데 필요한 신체활동의 하나라고 하겠다. The main purpose of this dissertation is to discuss and analyze the effect of aerobic dance on health-related fitness and blood constituents in the elderly women(aerobic dance group; 7, control group; 5) over 65. Aerobic dance was performed three times per week for ten weeks with RPE 11∼13 intensity corresponding to 65∼80% HRmax. The following conclusion can be obtained by analyzing and comparing the change of health-related fitness components and blood constituents to the women health over 65 years. The investigations carried before and after their taking the aerobic dance mentioned above are as follows:1. Health-Related FitnessHealth-related fitness components was significantly improved more than that of the before test. One of this, body composition(LBM) and muscular strength/muscular endurance(grip strength) were not significantly improved.2. Blood ConstituentsThe result of this, hemoglobin was significantly improved more than that of the before test, but TC, TG, HDL-C were not significantly improved.In conclusion, the result of this study is supported the applicability, and trainability for aerobic dance program to the elderly. As shown the above, the regular aerobic dance program is able to help in the elderly`s fitness.

        발육발달 : 여성고령자의 규칙적인 운동이 혈청 CPK 및 LDH 활성에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to discuss and analyze effects of regular exercises on serum CPK(creatin phosphokinase) and LDH(lactate dehydrogenase) in the elderly women over 65. To carry out the study 12 elderly women, who reside in the Silver Town in the area of B metropolitans City, were chosen and divided into 2 group : exercise group(n = 6) and non-exerdse group(n=6)_ For 8 weeks exercise group is given to exercise, utilizing walking, dumbbell and elastic band with the intensity of RPE 11-13 and 65-80% of 1RM for 60 minutes a time, twice for a week.The conclusions of this study were as follows : In the results of this study, serum CPK and LDH were increased, but not: significant for regular exercises in the elderly women. 8-weeks seems to be shod duration on trainability and exercise adaptation in elderly women.

        발육,발달학 : 여성 고령자에 대한 복합운동 프로그램이 생활체력에 미치는 영향 -프로그램 실시기간별 비교-

        The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of the functional fitness on combined exercise(walking and resistance exercise) of the older women according to exercise period.To carry out the study 24 older women(average age : 71.6±4.5), who reside in the silver town in the area of B metropolitan city, as the volunteers who agreed with this study, PAR-Q in Screen Test passed and 4 weeks exercise group(n=6), 8 weeks exercise group(n=6), 12 weeks exercise group(n=6) and control group(n=6) selecting by random among people who didn’t take part in any exercise program operated the combined program twice a week. Their are given to exercise, utilizing walking, dumbbell and elastic band with the intensity of RPE 11-15(65~80% of HRmax) and 65~80% of 1RM for 60 minutes a time, twice per week.The results are as follow :As the result of examining the change of functional fitness being for operating period, in sitting and standing work, 8 weeks exercise group more than 4 weeks exercise group and 12 weeks exercise group more than 8 weeks exercise group show a lot of improvement and it shows significant improvement in 8 weeks exercise group and 12 weeks exercise group. In zig-zag work, all exercise groups improve but are no significant difference. In hand work, 4 weeks exercise group and 8 weeks exercise group improve a little, and 12 weeks exercise group is significant improvement. In self-care work, all exercise groups are significant improvement.As mentioned above, the older women` functional fitness through the combine exercise improved and think to be contributed the living to more active and the life of independent good quality, and it gets the effect with the regular exercise over 8 weeks exercise. Accordingly, to have more active life habit taking part in regular exercise program wants to emphasize the main thing in old age again. Also, it thinks to have much more interest for maintaining and improving the coordination or agility of upper limb.

        고령자의 규칙적 walking 이 건강에 관련된 체력과 혈액성분에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of regular walking program on the health-related physical fitness and blood constituent in the elderly. The subjects were 65 years old and divided to walking group 7 and control group 5. The waking group performed program for 3 days a week during 10 weeks by the 65∼80%HRmax(RPE 11∼13) exercise intensity. The result of this study is as follows ; 1. Health related Physical Fitness 1) The subject`s record of walking was significantly(p$lt;.001) improved more than that of pre test. 2) The %fat was significantly(p$lt;.05) decreased. Otherwise, the sit and reach test, stand-up and sit down test were significantly(p$lt;.001) improved. 3) The results of LBM and the grip strength were improved more than that of pre test but there were nonsignificant. 2. Blood constituent 1) The result of GOT, GPT was significantly(p$lt;.05, p$lt;.001) improved more than that of the before test. 2) The result of T-C, HDL-C, Hb and γ-GTP were improved but there were nonsignificant. In conclusion, the result of this study is supported the applicability, and trainability for walking exercise program to the elderly. As shown the above, The regular walking exercise program is able to help in the antiaging and elderly`s physical fitness.

        여성 고령자를 위한 8주간의 복합운동이 생활체력에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 신체 제기능이 쇠퇴일로에 있는 고령 여성을 대상으로 규칙적인 복합운동 프로그램을 8주간, 주 2회 1회 60분간 실시하여 생활체력의 향상도와 복합운동 프로그램의 효과를 구명하기 위하여 B광역시 H실버타운 거주하는 65세 이상의 여성 고령자 12명(71.6±4.5세)을 대상으로 운동군(6명)과 비운동군(6명)으로 나누어 걷기 운동(RPE 11∼15)과 덤벨 및 탄성밴드를 이용한 저항운동(65∼80%1RM)을 적용한 복합운동 프로그램을 실시하여 사전, 사후에 생활체력의 변화를 검토한 결과, 기거동작, 보행동작, 수완작업동작, 신변작업동작 모두 사전보다 사후에 향상되었다. 이상과 같이 8주간의 복합 운동프로그램이 신체 제기능이 쇠퇴일로에 있는 여성 고령자의 생활체력에 향상을 가져와 보다 활력 있고 자립된 양질의 삶을 영위하는데 기여한 것으로 생각된다. The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of combined exercise on the functional fitness in the elderly women during 8 weeks. The subject of this study are 12 elderly women(average age : 71.6±4.5), who reside in the Silver Town in the area of B Metropolitan City, were chosen and were divided into two groups; exercise group(n=6, 70.1±4.4 years) and control group(non-exercise; n=6, 72.3±4.2 years). Exercise group was given to utilizing walking, dumbbell and elastic band with the intensity of RPE 11-15(65~80% of HRmax) and 65~80% of 1RM for 60 minutes a time, twice for a week. And the following are results: Sitting-and-standing work, zig-zag work, hand work, self-care work, were more increased post than pre-test, and hand work was little increased post than pre-test. As mentioned above, elderly women in the wane on physical functions applied to combine exercise program during 8 weeks(twice per week) was improved functional fitness, contributed management more revitalization and QOL of established oneself.

        발육발달 : 규칙적인 유산소성 운동이 여성 고령자의 혈청 CPK에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was discuss and analyze the effect of regular aerobic exercises on serum CPK(creatin phosphkinase) in the elderly women over 65. Walking(n=7) and aquatic exercise(n=7) were performed three times per week for ten weeks with RPE 11~13 intensity corresponding to 65~80% HRmax(aquatic exercise : 54~68% HRmax). The following conclusion can be obtained by analyzing and comparing the change of serum CPK to the women health over 65 years. The investigations carried before and after their taking the mentioned above are as follows:1. Walking group was significantly increased after ten weeks exercise.2. Aquatic exercise group was increased after ten weeks exercise but not significant difference.3. Control group was decreased after ten weeks.In the results of this study, serum CPK was increased for regular aerobic exercises in the elderly women. It seems to be trainability and exercise adaptation for regular exercises.

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the isokinetic strengh in dance type of university students. For the purpose, the subjects were 18 female dancer(ballet 6, modern dance 6, Korean dance 6) in Sin Ra university and isokinetic strength test of 18 subjects were proceed at speed of the 60deg/sec, 120deg/sec, 250deg/sec by the Cybex 770+TMC system. 1. The peak torque of hamstring 1) In dominant limb, ballet was significantly higher than modern dance and Korean dance at speed 60deg/sec, 120deg/sec, 250deg/sec. 2) In nondominant limb, ballet was significantly higher than modern dance and Korean dance at speed 60deg/sec, 120deg/sec, 250deg/sec. 2. The peak torque of quardriceps 1) In dominant limb, there is no significant at speed difference of 60deg/sec, 120deg/sec, 250deg/sec. 2) In nondominant limb, there was no significant at speed difference of 60deg/sec, 120deg/sec, and ballet, modern dance is significantly higher than Korean dance at speed of 250deg/sec. 3. The peak torque %BW of hamstring and quadriceps. In hamstring: 1) In dominant limb, ballet was significantly higher than modern dance and Korean dance at speed 60deg/sec, 250deg/sec, and there was no significant at speed of 120deg/sec. 2) In nondominant limb, ballet was significantly higher than modern dance and Korean dance at speed 60deg/sec, and there was no significant at speed of 120deg/sec, 250deg/sec. In quadriceps: 1) In dominant limb, ballet was significantly higher than modern dance and Korean dance at speed 60deg/sec, ballet and modern dance are significantly higher than Korean dance at speed 120deg/sec, 250deg/sec. 2) In nondominant limb, ballet was significantly higher than modern dance and Korean dance at speed 60deg/sec, 120deg/sec, and there was no significant at speed of 250deg/sec.

        자연과학편 : 종목별(種目別) 운동부하(運動負荷)에 따른 혈액성분(血液成分)의 변화(變化)

        1. Introduction.When much training is given to a body, the demand of energy increased rapidly. Therefore, in considering the effect of training it will be of significance to search blood histoligical phenomenon occured by the physio-logical functions of blood to transport energy source and defend a living body. The aim of this study is in observing the change of white corpuscle and red corpuscle, Hematocrit, Hemoglobin, E.S.R and the change of pulsation.2. The Object and the Duration of the study.1) This study selected its objects : as the Gyung-Nam representative players, 8 Swordmanship players in A high school, 4 boy Shooting players and 4 girl ones in B high school, and 4 boy Shooting players and 4 girl ones in A high school, and 4 Archery players in C high school, and as Non-athletic group, 8 students in A high school.2) As the training amount of this study are regarded, in the case of players, how much they takes in each regular game, and, in Bon- athletic group, the training amount they tahe in 50 minutes football game in athletic class.3) This study was continued from April 7 to May 30 inclusive in 1986.3. Conclusion and Summary.The followings are the conclusions made by observing the change of blood ingredient according to the training amout in the Swordmanship, the Shooting, the Archery and the football of Non-athletic group.1) In the Swordmanship players. the blood ingredient changed rapidly after the game. Its change is much greater than in any other game. It is because the training and the energy consumtion amount in Swordmanship is much more than any other game.2) In Archery, after the game, the degree of change was somewhat hihg and in Shooting low The Archery players have, in the course of static player, the walking distance to the target and the intermidiate rest time, While the Shooting ones consume much oxyzen by reducing their breath frequency, and oxyzen content in blood decreasing, Hemoglonin density becomes weak, which is called as sportsandmina.3) The degree of the blood ingredient change was lower in Non-athletic group than in training group. Because of the effect of training, the players rde blood cell is in abundance and the distribution of Hemoglobin consistancy is wide. Training amout can be measured by the number of red blood cell after training. The Nob-athletic group was not trained and its training amount was also small.
