블록코딩 학습자를 위한 Python 교육 프로그램 개발

In this study we have developed a Python education program that can be applied to students who have studied block-based coding. We have developed a Python education program based on the extracted the learners' level of block-based coding by analyzing the programs and the textbooks. We extracted the grammar of the block-based coding and constructed the curriculum. Then, the Python education program was composed by 16 hours. After reviewing the appropriateness of the education program through expert validation, it was concluded that the developed Python education program is suitable for applying to learners of block-based coding. We expect that proposed program will be effectively applied as basic resources to learn script coding in class. 본 연구는 블록 코딩을 선행 학습한 학생들에게 적용할 수 있는 Python 교육 프로그램의 개발에 관한 것이 다. 우선 초중등학교 교육과정과 EPL 교재의 분석을 통해 블록코딩 학습자의 수준을 분석하고 블록 코딩에서 사용된 개념을 중심으로 Python 문법을 추출하여 교육과정을 구성한 뒤 PBL 수업에 맞는 Python 교육 프로그 램을 총 16차시로 개발하였다. Python 교육프로그램의 적절성을 검증하기 위해 2차의 전문가의 타당도 검사를 하였다. 검사 결과, 1차 타당도 24문항에서 CVR값 .78 점 이상으로 나타나 일부 수정, 보완하였다. 2차 검사에서는 21개 문항은 타당성을 확보하였고 CVR 최소값인 .99 이하인 3개 문항의 내용에 대해 수정하여 교육 프로그 램을 완성하였다. 개발된 교육 프로그램이 스크립트코딩을 학습하기 위한 기초 자료로 유용하게 활용되길 기대 한다.

Purpose: Patients with triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) withpathologic complete response (pCR) to neoadjuvant chemotherapy(NAC) have superior survival outcomes compared to thosewith residual disease after NAC. This study investigated the valueof three biomarkers, p53, Ki-67, and Bcl-2 for predicting pCRin NAC-treated patients with TNBC. Methods: Between 2003and 2012, 198 patients with pathologically confirmed primaryTNBC were treated with two different taxane-based chemotherapeuticregimens prior to surgery. Before NAC, expression ofp53 (cutoff 25%), Ki-67 (cutoff 10%), and Bcl-2 (cutoff 10%) wasassessed immunohistochemically in core biopsy specimens. The incidence of pCR was correlated with the expression ofthese biomarkers. Results: Overall, pCR occurred in 37 of the198 patients (18.7%). A significant association was observedbetween the pCR rate and overexpression of the p53 and Ki-67biomarkers. Multivariate analysis showed that only p53 expressionwas independently associated with pCR to NAC (odds ratio,3.961; p=0.003). The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictivevalue, and negative predictive value of p53 expression for predictingpCR were 77.8%, 50.3%, 26.2%, and 90.9%, respectively. The pCR rate was the lowest (5.2%) in patients with lowexpression of both p53 and Ki-67, and it was the highest (25.8%)when both biomarkers showed high expression. Conclusion: Expressionof p53 was significantly associated with pCR after NACin patients with TNBC, suggesting that this biomarker might beparticularly valuable in identifying TNBC patients prone to haveresidual disease after NAC.
고지방식이 비만모델에서 防己黃芪湯 合 苓桂朮甘湯의 항비만 효과

Objectives This study is to investigate anti-obesity effects of Banggihwanggitang-hap-yeonggyechulgam-tang (BY), an herbal formula, in high fat diet induced obese mice model. Methods Fourty five male C57Bl/6J mice were randomly assigned to normal group fed with normal research diet (Nor, n=9), high fat diet control group treated with water (Veh, n=9), high fat diet group treated with orlistat (Oris; n=9, Orlistat 40 mg/kg), high fat diet group treated with low concentraion BY (BYL; n=6, BY 0.87 g/kg) and high fat diet group treated with high concentration BY (BYH; n=6, BY 1.74 g/kg). Results Seven weeks later, antioxidative capacity, body weight, epididymal fat pad and liver weight, reactive oxygen species (ROS), peroxynitrite (ONOO-), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), total cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein (HDL), low density lipoprotein (LDL), superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase, glutathione peroxidase (Gpx), heme oxygenase (HO)-1 and histology of liver were evaluated. In the BYH group, 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl and 2,2'-azinobis (3 ethybenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) radical scavenging activity were more than L-ascorbic acid. Body weight gain were significantly less than Veh group. Epididymal fat pad and liver weight gain were significantly less than Veh group. ROS and ONOO- were significantly less than with Veh group. ALT and AST were significantly less than with Veh group. Total cholesterol, triglyceride and LDL were significantly less, HDL were significantly more than Veh group. SOD, catalase, Gpx, HO-1 significantly increased compared with Veh group. Injury on liver was lesser than Veh group. Conclusions It can be suggested that BY has anti-obesity effects in high fat diet induced obese mice model. (J Korean Med Rehabil 2019;29(4):29-45)

The purpose of this study is to report the effectiveness of Fire needling therapy in patients with a vertebral compression fracture. Three patients with a acute vertebral compression fracture were treated using Fire needling therapy. To evaluate the effectiveness of Fire needling therapy, we checked Numerical rating scale on a daily and Oswestry disability index on admission and discharge. Numerical rating scale decreased as the number of Fire needling therapy increased. Oswestry disability index on discharge improved compared to admission. The limitation of this study is the insufficient number of cases and outcome measurements. Further studies are needed to prove effect and safety.

본 연구는 인공지능이 실제 구현되기까지의 시스템을 구조화하고 이에 기반하여 총 6단계에서 목표로 하는 교육을 7계층의 인공지능교육 레이어(AI Teaching-Learning Abstraction, AITLA)로 설정하고 각각 의 계층별 교육의 내용과 방법을 구성하였다. 기초 교과교육은 AI Math Layer, 이론과 연구 분야는 AI Algorithm Layer로, 플랫폼과 인프라 부분은 AI Modeling Layer, 서비스 구현 부분은 AI Coding Layer, 산업과 융합 부분은 AI Convergence Layer로, AI 활용은 AI Utilize Layer, 통합 부분은 AI Meta-Thinking Layer로 명명하고 각 계층별로 인공지능교육의 목표와 내용이 다를 수 있음을 알아보고 자 한다.
인지 모델링기반 인공지능 교육 프로그램을 적용한 초등학생의 인공지능 이미지 변화 분석

본 연구는 초등학생들의 인공지능에 대한 이미지를 긍정적으로 향상시키고자 하는 인지 모델링기반 인공지능 알고리즘 교육 프로그램의 개발에 관한 것이다. 먼저 인공지능 알고리즘 중 협력필터링의 개념을 분석하고 이를 인지모델링 방법을 활용하여 교육 프로그램을 개발하였다. 이후 전문가 타당도 검사를 통해 인지 모델링기반의 콘텐츠 개발 방법과 개발된 프로그램에 대한 적절성이 CVR .80 이상으로 타당함을 확인하였다. 개발 프로그램 은 초등학교 6학년 학생들에게 수업으로 적용하였고 형용사 단어 23쌍을 이용한 의미분별법을 이용하여 사전- 사후에 인공지능에 대한 학생들의 이미지 인식의 변화를 살펴보았다. 학생들의 인공지능에 대한 이미지는 총 23 개 단어 쌍 중 12개에서 유의미한 긍정적 변화를 확인할 수 있었다. This study is about the development of AI algorithm education program using cognition modeling to positively improve students' image on AI. First, we analyzed the concept of user-based collaborative filtering and developed the education program using the cognition modeling method. We checked the adequacy of program through the expert validity test. Both CVR values for the content development method of cognitive modeling and the developed program showed validity above .80. We applied the developed program to elementary school students in class. The test was conducted using a semantic discrimination to examine changes in students' perception of artificial intelligence before and after. We were able to confirm that the students' AI images were significant positive change in 12 of the 23 words in the adjective pair.
