This paper describes ECG data compression algorithm using neural network. As a learning method, we use back error propagation algorithm. ECG data compression is performed using learning ability of neural network. CSE database, which is sampled 12bit digitized at 500samp1e/sec, is selected as a input signal. In order to reduce unit number of input layer, we modify sampling ratio 250samples/sec in QRS complex, 125samples/sec in P & T wave respectively. hs a input pattern of neural network, from 35 points backward to 45 points forward sample Points of R peak are used.
사물인터넷과 Amazon Web Services를 활용한 공간 혼잡도 측정 시스템

In this paper, we conducted research on a spatial crowdedness measurement system using the Internet of Things(IoT) and Amazon Web Services(AWS). Current spatial congestion measurement systems require expensive servers and entail significant investment in algorithm development and updates to enhance spatial recognition performance. The proposed system can be implemented at low cost by capturing the screen of a web camera(or CCTV) through OpenCV on a small/low-cost single board computer, Raspberry Pi, and transmitting and processing the information to AWS. Within AWS, the received spatial image information is stored in Amazon S3(Amazon Simple Storage Service). Subsequently, Amazon Lambda transfers the images to Amazon Rekognition for congestion analysis based on the images. The Amazon Rekognition service offers the capability to utilize artificial intelligence(AI) technology for image processing at a low cost of 0.001 dollars per image. Through human object recognition, it enables congestion analysis. The analyzed congestion level is stored in DB(Database), and the result is displayed on the screen. The proposed system is expected to be used for checking crowdedness at low cost in public place
Factors Affecting the Maintenance of Hybrid $2{\mu}m$ Circle-Based Plasmids

효모내에 자연적으로 존재하는 $2{\mu}m$ plasmid를 이용하여 여러 유전자 운반체를 재조합하였다. 만든 유전자 운반체들의 기능을 알기 위하여 형질 전환력, 안정도, 복제수 그리고 외래 유전자로써 HBsAg 유전자의 발현 정도를 효모 균주 SHY4 $(cir^+)$와 NNY1 $(cir^0)$에서 비교 조사하였다. 조사 결과를 정리해보면, 첫째, $2{\mu}m$ plasmid DNA를 전부 가지는 유전자 운반체가 일부만 가지는 것보다 안정도와 복제수가 높다. 둘째, $2{\mu}m$ plasmid의 A 또는 B 형태는 복제에 별다른 영향을 미치지 않는다. 세째, ADH I 유전자의 promoter로부터의 강한 전사는 재조합된 유전자 운반체의 복제에 영향을 미치지 않는다. 네째, bacterial sequences가 제외된 새로운 유형의 유전자 발현 운반체가 가장 높은 정도로 HBsAg를 세포내에 $2{\mu}m$ plasmid가 없는 효모 균주 NNY1 $(cir^0)$에서 발현시킨다. The replication functions associated with yeast $2{\mu}m$ plasmid were investigated. We constructed various vectors from $2{\mu}m$ plasmid and analyzed their transformation efficiency, stability, copy number and expression of hepatitis B viral surface antigen gene as a foreign gene in $(cir^+)$ and $(cir^0)$ yeast strains. The results showed that (i) plasmid containing complete $2{\mu}m$ circle genome showed higher stability and copy number than vector containing the segment of $2{\mu}m$ circle; (ii) plasmid derived from $2{\mu}m$ plasmid of A or B form showed similar stability and copy number irrespective of orientation of unique regions; (iii) expression from alcohol dehydrogenase I gene promoter in $2{\mu}m$ plasmid did not affect the replication of constructed plasmids; (iv) $2{\mu}m$-based plasmid without bacterial sequences showed higher stability and copy number than chimeric plasmid, and expressed higher hepatitis B viral surface antigen gene in $(cir^0)$ yeast strain which does not contain $2{\mu}m$ plasmid.
아동·청소년 영문학 코퍼스에 나타난 PoS-gram 분석과 교육적 활용

This study explores the potential for educational application by analyzing grammatical patterns in children’s English literature, specifically Part-of-Speech-gram (PoS-gram). It aims to contribute to the development of effective educational materials for the “Reading English Literature” course, which is part of the revised Korean National English Curriculum of 2015 and 2022. The PoS-gram and Key PoS-gram in the Corpus of Children’s English Literature (CCEL), compiled from Project Gutenberg and freely available, were analyzed using WordSmith Tools 8.0. Prior to this, TagAnt was used for part-of-speech tagging of both the CCEL and the British National Corpus. The analysis revealed that personal pronouns (PRP) and particles (RP) were frequently used in the CCEL. In the five multi-word PoS-gram analysis, prepositional phrases starting with RP were frequently observed, suggesting a relation to the use of phrasal verbs. The frequent use of personal pronouns and phrasal verbs is a characteristic of register in fiction and conversation. The Key PoS-gram analysis indicated that phrases beginning with the third-person singular present tense (VBZ) were predominantly used, while existential sentences (there) were relatively infrequent. The educational importance of emphasizing phrasal verbs and the present tense in grammar instruction needs to be highlighted. This study contributes to the development of suitable educational materials for English literature education through a systematic analysis of the grammatical features of the CCEL.
