18세의 未婚女에 발생한 10.2kg 크기의 거대 난소낭종을 치험하여 문헌적 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. A case of huge ovarian cyst in 18 years old virgin is reported with brief review of literature. Her body weight was 55kg and abdominal circumference was 91cm on admission. The tumor, originated from right side ovary, was removed surgically after puncture aspiration of cystic contents during operation. The tumor weight was 10.2kg and the volume of cystic content were 8,950cc. Pathologic finding revealed multiloculated mucinous cystadenoma of ovary. Postoperative condition was uneventful and discharged on postop. 8th day on foot.

복강경 불임술후 발생한 자궁외 임신 1예

복강경 불임술 후에 발생될 자궁의 임신 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌적 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Ectopic pregnancy occurs with a greater frequency in pregnancies following sterilization because after this surgery the diameter of the recanalized oviduct is reduced in size. Thus, the small sperm can traverse this lumen but the migration of the much larger fertilized ovum may be blocked. When a patient with a precious tubal ligation develops any of the signs or symptoms of pregnancy, the diagnosis of extrauterine pregnancy has to be very strongly considered, as the ratio of ectopic to inrrauterine pregnancy is higher among pregnancies occuring after sterilization failure than among the general population. A case of ectopic pregnancy after laparosocpic tubal sterilization is reported with brief review of literatures. Both tubes were grossly occluded and separated from the original site of uterus with left tube swollen. Pathologic finding revealed the pregnancy at the ampullar portion of the left tube.

대형건설공사의 리스크분류체계의 구축과 활용방안에 관한 연구

Recently construction industry is know to involve more risks occurring with increase in size and complexity of construction projects. Quite often construction projects fail to archive their time, quality, and budget goals, because of have no deal with such risk management system and procedure. This research proposes a new risk breakdown system(RBS) which can consider both internal and external risk elements of construction projects through a questionnaire survey, and presents risk analysis model to help contractors identify projects risks through RBS and to systematically analyze and manage then by using binary weighting, decision tree, and fuzzy.

토목공사 정보관리를 위한 Uniclass 시스템의 활용성 분석

A standardized construction information classification system is essential for organizing construction CALS and CM. In 1997, Uniclass system was developed for superseding CI/SfB system that was being used as a representative WBS. Uniclass system is organized on the basis of ISO frame and consists of tables for classifying information related to construction management and electronic commerce. This study was implemented for the analysis of applicability of Uniclass system, comparing with CI/SfB system, as a WBS for the construction CALS. This study suggests a alternative table of Uniclass to improve applicability in practical use. Uniclass system was analyzed as the best classification system for the civil engineering project among the existing systems, howewer, the classified items for CM and construction CALS need to be modified with more detailed items.

건설폐기물 저감을 위한 관리시스템 구축에 관한 연구

It is necessary to systematically manage and analyze the construction and demolition wastes information by zone, construction site and work type. And the analyzed wastes information should be reused by owner, contractor and distributer using an online system. This study develops a computerized online model to hold construction wastes information in common. This study attempts to develop a computerized information exchange system to balance generation and demand of construction wastes including earth-volume. For the online system, it is necessary to make the information exchang system using an Internet, and owner, contractor and distributer for construction wastes should use the system in real time on construction site. Especially, this study has another focus on the distributing system for the scheme of haul, excavation and fill of earth-volume generated from earthwork. That is, this system can be used to distribute an optimized route that the excavation volume from a construction site should be hauled to the other construction site where demands filling.

언론매체의 유형별 자살보도가 청소년의 자살충동사고에 미치는 영향 차이

본 연구는 언론매체의 자살보도가 청소년의 자살충동에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경기도에 소재한 중ㆍ고등학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 총 362부를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 자살에 대한 언론보도와 청소년들의 자살사고와의 관계에서 신문에서 접한 정도에 따른 자살사고에서는 유의한 차이가 없었지만 TV와 인터넷에서 접한 정도에 따른 자살사고에서는 유의한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 개인적 특성과 자살사고와의 관계에서 자살사고는 우울과 정적상관 그리고 자아존중감과는 부적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 자아존중감이 낮고 우울이 높은 청소년의 개인적 특성이 자살사고를 증가시키는 전형적인 과정을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 언론매체의 자살보도와 같이 선정적이고 자극적인 외부환경은 학업스트레스를 심하게 받거나 가족 또는 학교, 사회에서의 기대치를 만족하지 못한 우울한 청소년에게 특히 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 본 연구의 목적과 결과를 바탕으로 연구의 시사점과 제언 및 추후연구의 방향 등을 논의하였다. This study aimed to find out the effect of suicide reports in the media on the suicidal ideation of adolescents. To this end, a survey was conducted targeting middle and high school students located in Gyeonggi-do, and a total of 362 copies were used for the final analysis. As a result of the study, first, there was a significant difference in suicidal ideation according to the degree of exposure to TV and the Internet, but there was no significant in newspapers. Second, in the relationship between personal characteristics and suicidal ideation, suicidal ideation was found to be positively correlated with depression and negatively correlated with self-esteem. Accordingly, it was possible to confirm the typical process in which the personal characteristics of adolescents with low self-esteem and high depression increased suicidal ideation. Through this study, it was confirmed that sensational and stimulating external environments, such as suicide reports in the media, particularly affect depressed adolescents who are under academic stress or who do not meet the expectations of their family, school, or society. Based on the results of this study, the implications and suggestions of this study were discussed.

발전사의 자산관리체계 도입을 위한 유지관리체계 현황분석

A preliminary study was conducted to introduce the concept of asset management in developing maintenance strategies for public facilities. A survey was carried out to analyze public institutions' maintenance status, thereby leading to an asset management system. The survey identified the maintenance priorities for the asset management system, evaluated the weight factor in selecting facilities, and analyzed the current maintenance system. The purpose of the study is to assess the system transitioning to asset management systems considering the life cycle of the facilities from safety management-oriented maintenance policies. As a consequence of the survey results, the study presents data for establishing an asset management system. 본 연구에서는 공공시설물의 유지관리 전략 수립 시 자산관리 개념을 도입하기 위한 기초연구를 하였다. 공공기관의 유지관리 실태 분석과 자산관리 시스템의 도입을 위해 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 설문조사는 자산관리 시스템을 구축하는데 필요한 시설물의 유지관리 우선순위 파악, 시설물의 가중치 선정을 위한 중요도, 시설물의 서비스 수준 평가를 위한 평가요소, 현행 유지관리 현황분석 및 개선사항 도출, 자산관리 이행수준 평가 등을 실시하였다. 본 연구는 공공시설물의 안전관리 위주의 유지관리 정책에서 시설물의 생애주기를 고려한 자산관리 체계로의 전환을 위한 현황파악을 위한 연구이다. 본 연구를 토대로 자산관리 시스템 도입전략을 구축하고 자산관리 시스템 구축을 위한 기본자료로 활용될 수 있는 자료를 제시하였다.
