To investigate inhibitory mechanism of flavonoid in aorta contraction, the inhibitory effects of flavonoid were compared with that of genistein that is well known to be a tyrosine kinase inhibitor. Phenylephrine-induced contraction was dose-dependently inhibited by chrysin, apigenin and quercetin. The inhibitory effects of three flavonoids were similar to that of genistein. On the other hand, the inhibitory effects of three flavonoids was not affected by 1 μM PMA, a protein kinase C activator. However, the inhibitory effects of apigenin and quercetin were significantly blocked by 30 μM vanadate, but those of chrysin and genistein were not. These results suggest that the inhibitory mechanisms of apigenin and quercetin are different from that of genistein in tyrosine phosphorylation of rat contractile protein.
AGC(Automatic Generation Control)에 있어서의 필터링 비교 연구
金昌鍾 水原大學校 1997 論文集 Vol.15 No.-
As power demand from the customers is rapidly increasing, the power system in general is larger and more complicated than ever. Under this situation, the principle of the power system control has shifted to computer-controlled EMS(energy management system) which is characterized by computer network and communication interconnection. One function of the EMS is a generation control which is usually called AGC(Automatic Generation Control). The basic function of the AGC is to supply the load as scheduled by controlling the generating units. The difference between the supply and the load is called ACE(Area Control Error) and, for a smoother control of the generating unit, the ACE value can be smoothed or faltered using a few methods. In this paper, filtering methods for AGC are comparatively studied using sample generation data.
