The expert system's application part is a CAI, voice understanding system, natural language and Intelligent system. But it has hard problem to develop the ICAI. Also it has many problems that ICAI is difficult to adjust for other system. Because of that reason, this study provides several efficient way to overcome the conventional problems about next. First, it develop the Knowledge Base to adapt all system. Second, it develop the knoledge depend on the student model. Third, it sugest the teaching module according to knowledge level of student. Fourth, it sugest efficent software tool for education using hypermedia or multimedia interface.
무감압한계 잠수환경에서의 반복잠수가 생리적 반응 및 스트레스호르몬에 미치는 영향

스쿠버 무감압한계 잠수환경에서의 반복 잠수 활동이 인체의 생리적 반응과 스트레스 호르몬에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 동일 장소와 수온 그리고 수심에서 잠수경력이 비슷한 다이버 8명을 대상으로 반복 잠수를 실시하였다. 잠수 전, 첫 잠수 후, 반복 잠수 후 개별 측정 및 채혈한 결과 생리적 반응은 심박수, 체온, 수축기 혈압이 잠수 전과 첫 잠수 후, 반복 잠수 후 간의 유의한 차이가 있었고 이완기 혈압은 잠수 전과 첫 잠수 후에는 증가하였으나 반복 잠수 후에는 다시 감소하여 유의한 차이가 없었다. 스트레스 호르몬 변화에서는 잠수 전, 첫 잠수 후, 반복 잠수 후의 유의한 차이가 없었다. 스포츠 스쿠버 잠수표 계획에 따른 무감압 한계 반복 잠수 활동은 심박수, 체온, 수축기혈압을 감소시키는 반면 스트레스 호르몬에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 안전한 다이빙을 위해서는 보다 많은 생리학적 연구가 필요하다고 생각된다. This research is aimed to investigate the effect of repetitive dive on physiological reactions, change of stress hormones in no decompression limit of sport SCUBA dive, an emerging recreational activity recently. In order to compare physiological reactions prior to and after the initial dive and after repetitive dive at a certain depth of a place, eight adult male divers with more than forty dives, who reside in Busan and were certified, were selected. The research results obtained from the procedures described above are follows: First, for physiological reactions, heart rates, temperatures, and systolic blood pressures had significant difference among prior to and after the initial dive and after the repetitive dive, while diastolic blood pressures did not show remarkable difference as it increased before and after the first dive but decreased following the repetitive dive again. Second, for change of stress hormones, it was not significantly different prior to and after the initial dive and following the repetitive dive, as well as before and during the first dive and the repetitive dive.

Primary transitional cell carcinoma and primary tuberculosis rarely occurred in ureter. When the typical findings of ureter tumor such as goblet or champagne glass sign are not easily be seen in the intravenous urography or retrograde pyelography, it is necessary to differentiate between several disease including inflammatory lesion carefully. We report a case of ureter cancer that was misconceived ureteral tuberculosis preoperatively.

The dynamic characteristics of friction-induced vibration are investigated. The value of friction coefficient depends on material, relative velocity, and normal force. As a result, the governing equation of a mechanical system including friction effect is inherently nonlinear. In this research, friction-induced vibration characteristics of automotive brake lining pad are investigated by experiments and numerical simulation. The measured responses of pin-on-disk type apparatus which was designed and made for this research show limit cycles of quasi-harmonic vibrations and beating phenomena with the variation of the operation speed and the normal force of the system. Friction coefficient curve which depends on relative velocity was obtained by using Lienard method. Numerical integration was also performed by using the fitted friction coefficient curves. The numerical results of calculated amplitudes and mean displacements show good agreements with those of experiments. Throughout this research, most of the experimentally observed phenomena in friction-induced vibration were successfully explained theoretically and numerically.
