        熊津都督府의 地理的 位置와 性格

        This paper is aimed to proof where Ungjin-Dodokbu(熊津都督府) was and what was Ungjin-Dodokbu. Ungjin-Dodokbu was in Sabi(泗沘), Ungjin-Dodokbu was a puppet regime to be taken controll by Tang. Memorial stone for Yuinyeon(劉仁願紀功碑)was found in Sabi, Silla's final objective was Sabi. These evidences prove Ungjin-Dodokbu was in Sabi. ZiZhi TongJian(資治通鑑) and ‘Answer for Seolingyu’((薛仁貴書) was written in Ungjin Castle(熊津城), until now we know Ungjin-Dodokbu was in Ungjin. Ungjin Castle in these writings was an abbreviation for Ungjin-Dodokbu Castle. Tang considered Baekje as Ungjin, and Baekje symbolized Ungjin. What was Ungjin-Dodokbu? This is reviewed with Ungjin-Dodok. Wangmundo(王文度), Yuinyeon(劉仁願), Yuingae(劉仁軌), Puyeoyung(扶餘隆) were all Ungjin-Dodok. Only Puyeoyung was Baekje. The term ruled by Puyeoyung was very short. From start to finish Ungjin-Dodokbu was ruled Chinese Ungjin-Dodok. Main forces of Ungjin-Dodokbu were composed of Chinese troops. Thus Ungjin-Dodokbu was a puppet regime to be taken controll by Tang. 이 논문에서는 먼저 웅진도독부가 종래의 견해처럼 웅진이 아닌 사비에 중심지를 두고 있었음을 살폈다. 이어서 웅진도독부의 성격은 도호부가 아닌 도독부였음을 확인하고, 당의 괴뢰정권이었음을 살펴보았다. 웅진도독부는 ‘유인원기공비’가부소산성에서 발견되어진 점이나 신라가 웅진도독부의 통치를 받았던 지역을 점령해가면서 가장 최종 목표지로 삼았던 곳이 사비였던 점으로 미루어보아 사비에 그 중심지를 두고 있었다. 종래 웅진도독부가 웅진에 있었다고 생각되어진 가장중요한 근거는 『資治通鑑』의 662년 7월 기록과 ‘답설인귀서’의 웅진성의 기록이었다. 그러나 이 기록들은 같은 사료의 뒷 부분에서 서술되고 있는 웅진부성의 줄임말로 사용되어진 것이다. 그리고 웅진은 당나라 사람들에게 백제를 대표하고 상징해주는 단어로 사용되어졌다. 이런 이유로 백제고지에 설치된 당의 지배기구를 웅진도독부로 불렸었다. 결코 오늘날의 공주의 백제 당시의 명칭인 웅진으로서의 지명으로 차용된 것이 아니다는 의미이다. 다음으로 왕문도가 웅진도독으로 임명되었던 점을 깊게 추구하여 백제에 설치된 백제부성의 실체를 웅진도독부로 확정하였으며, 웅진도독부의 중요한 기구인 웅진도독을 역임했던 인물들의 행적을 살펴보면서 그 성격을 추구하였다. 그 결과웅진도독부는 당의 영향을 깊게 받고 있었던 괴뢰정권이었음을 살펴보았다. 웅진도독을 역임한 인물로 왕문도, 유인원, 유인궤, 부여융 등을 찾아볼 수 있었다. 부여융만을 제외하고 모두 당나라 사람들이며, 부여융의 웅진도독 재임시절도 유진장군의 직책을 지닌 유인원과 함께 지휘부를 구성하고 있어 단독으로 의사결정을 하기 어려운 입장이었다.

        The tumor enhancing factor was first noted by Flexner and Jobling (1907), and has been the subject of study by many investigators. It is well known fact that the enhancing effect essentially consists of an increased growth of tumor homograft in hosts pretreated with donor tissue or tumor tissue (Snell et al. 1946, 1948), and in a few instances the injection on the same day or one day after grafting led to progressive tumor growth. Littman, Kim and Suk (1968) reported that they succeeded in complete immunization to Sarcoma 180 with UV-killed Sarcoma 180 ascites tumor cell vaccine. The authors injected the same preparation on the same day or one day to 10 days after the grafting of Sarcoma 180. The UV-killed Sarcoma 180 ascites tumor cell vaccine has no enhancing effect on Sarcoma 180 solid form.

        Quantum dot light emitting diodes using size-controlled ZnO NPs

        The particle size and trap energy level of ZnO were adjusted by varying the concentration of precursors using a sol–gel process, and the energy transport properties of the electron transport layer in quantum dot light-emitting diodes (QD-LEDs) were analyzed. Thus far, no study has considered the efficient electron transport properties of quantum dot light-emitting devices with respect to trap energy levels owing to the oxygen vacancies of ZnO. The particle size and trap energy levels of ZnO were analyzed based on optical properties such as photoluminescence and absorbance. The optimized device showed excellent performance, with a maximum luminance of 50,120 cd/ m2, a high efficiency of 5.85 cd/A, and a threshold voltage of 2.5 V. The Y-ZnO (yellow photoluminescence ZnO)- based QD-LEDs not only enhanced the injection efficiency of electrons into the emitting layer but also confined the holes in the emitting layer due to the shallow trap level of Y-ZnO, in contrast to the deep trap levels of G-ZnO (green photoluminescence ZnO) and B-ZnO (blue photoluminescence ZnO). Here, we present the first attempt to analyze the electron transport behavior of the electron transport layer of the resulting device.

        에탄올 농도별 당유자 잎의 최적추출조건 및 생리활성 평가

        The Citrus grandis Osbeck is a special product in the Jeju island. The product has been as a remedy for liver damage and hang over. This study demonstrates how to investigate and compare the antioxidant, phenol content, tyrosinase and α-glucosidase inhibitory activity, antimicrobial, and alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH) and acetaldehyde dehydrogenase (ALDH) activity with the C. grandis leaves extracted in different ethanol concentrations. From the yield, a 20% ethanol extract demonstrated the highest results among the other extracts. The distilled water extract showed the most abundant in a total phenol content and highest ABTS radical scavenging activity and reducing power assay. In the DPPH radical scavenging activity, α-glucosidase and tyrosinase inhibitory assay (used L-tyrosine as substrate), the 80% ethanol extract exhibited a higher value than other extracts. The 60% ethanol extract showed prominent activities in the tyrosinase inhibitory (used L-dopa as substrate), ADH and ALDH activity assay. In the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) assay, 60% and 80% ethanol extracts inhibited the bacterial growth almost similarly. Moreover, the gram-positive bacteria was more restrained than the gram-negative bacteria. The results revealed that the distilled water and 80% ethanol extract showed a relatively higher antioxidant activity compared to other extracts. The 60 ~ 80% ethanol extracts demonstrated potential tyrosinase, α -glucosidase inhibitory, antimicrobial, ADH and ALDH activities. Therefore, the C. grandis is suggested to be considered as a functional material for various proposes.
