        B형 간염바이러스항원혈증과 관련된 소아 막성신염

        The following results were obtained by the retrospective clinicopathological analysis of 20 cases of membranous nephropathy associated with hepatitis B antigenemia in children. 1) The mean age of onset was 5 years 9 months, and male to female ratio was 18 to 2 with marked male preponderance. 2) Hepatitis Be antigen was positive in all 17 cases tested, reasonably high enough to speculate that the subepithelial deposit of the membranous nephropathy is related to hepatitis Be antigen. 3) Edema(65%), edema and gross hematuria(30 %) were the most common presenting symptoms. 4) 19 out of 20 cases showed nephrotic syndrome during the clinical courses, and 8 cases(40%) showed hypocomplementemia. 5) Pathologically, hepatitis B virus antigenemia associated membranous nephropathy was different from the idiopathic membranous nephropathy by its presence of election dense deposits in the sites other than subepithelial portion. 6) Steroid did not provide any prolonged beneficial effect. Because there is an increased risk of persistent hepatitis B virus antigenemia with steroid treatment, steroid seems not be recommended in hepatitis B virus antigenemia associated membra- nous nephropathy at present.

        화재강도에 따른 임계풍속산정에 관한 연구, 20(4), (2006)

        This study was executed to review feasibility on the calculation of critical velocity with a reduced model of an actual tunnel in order to establish the optimum fire protection system for a fire in road tunnels. In a scaled model about 1/29 of an actual tunnel based on the Froude scaling, critical velocity was calculated by visualizing smoke flow and analyzing correlation with temperature. In the experiment, critical velocities at which smoke backflow length became zero showed a small difference within about 5% compared to results calculated by the Kennedy formula, and the relation between smoke flow and temperature distribution appeared similarly without getting greatly influenced by changes in fire intensity. 본 연구는 도로터널 화재 시 최적의 방재시스템을 구축하기 위하여 실제터널의 축소모형을 대상으로 임 계풍속 산정에 대한 적절성 검토를 위해 수행되었다. Froude scaling에 의해 실제터널의 약 1/29 축소모 형에서 연기의 유동가시화 및 온도와의 상관관계 분석에 의해 임계풍속을 산정하였다. 실험결과 연기의 역 류길이가 0이 되는 값으로 임계풍속을 산정한 결과 Kennedy 식에 의해 계산된 결과와 약 5% 이내의 차이로 근사함을 나타내었으며 연기 유동 및 온도분포의 관계는 화재강도의 변화에 큰 영향을 받지 않고 유사하게 나타났다.

        제트팬 이격거리에 따른 연기제어특성에 관한 연구

        In this research, the visualization experiment for a scaling tunnel was conducted to establish the optimum fire protection system in tunnel fires. In order to find the optimal operating condition of jetfan with the fire, the characteristics of smoke propagation was considered to find the optimal operating condition of jet fan at the time of tunnel fire. the concentration of smoke was measured experimentally for various jet fan position and it's operating condition. As a result, when jet fan in the vicinity of fire operates at the upstream, the back-layering of the smoke should be considered with separation distance from the fire source. The distance between the jet fan and the fire should be longer than 50 m. On the other hand, when the vicinity jet fan operates at the downstream, the back-layering of smoke does not occur, but stratification is not maintained because the smoke dispersion occurs at the downstream due to the operation of the jet fan. 본 연구에서는 도로터널에서의 화재발생 시 최적의 방재시스템을 구축하기 위하여 실제 터널의 축소모형을 대상으로 제트팬의 위치 및 운전방식에 따른 연기의 유동 및 교란을 가시화함으로서 연기의 전파특성을 고찰하여 제트팬 운전방식의 타당성을 연기의 농도 분포에 의하여 검토하였다. 실험 결과로 화원으로부터 상류방향으로 근접한 제트팬 운전 시에는 연기의 역류를 방지하기위하여 화원과 제트팬의 거리는 최소 50m이상 이격시켜야 한다. 반면에 화원으로부터 하류방향으로 근접한 제트팬 운전 시에는 모든 조건에 대하여 연기의 역류가 발생하지 않으나 하류방향으로 흐르는 연기의 성층화에 영향을 주기 때문에 사용이 불가능하다.

        This research presents a modeling and a manufacturing method of screw type flow meter. This paper introduces the efficient design and manufacturing method of screw type flow meter using reverse engineering and test technology. The methods introduced this paper utilize the reverse engineering that is increasing accuracy of modeling and manufacturing of reverse model. And then it can be used in performance test with hydraulic test equipment. Hence this can be used in the basic document for development of the quite accurate flow meter.

        Jet fan 근접 화재 발생 시 제연 특성 연구

        본 연구에서는 Jet fan 근접 거리에서 화재 발생 시 최소거리의 Jet fan을 이용하여 연기를 제어하기 위하여 PIV에 의한 가시화실험을 실시하였고, 또한 실험을 통해 얻어진 결과와 FDS 수치해석 그 결과를 비교, 분석 하였다. 터널 내 화재발생 시 Jet fan 설치에 따른 효율적인 연기제어 방식의 정량적 데이터 분석 결과 근접 Jet fan의 작동은 화원과 25m 이상의 거리에서만 가동해야 한다. 또한 Jet fan과 화원의 이격거리가 50m 부근에서 가장 안정적으로 연기가 제어되며 75m 이상의 거리에서는 터널 중앙 부근에 서 과풍속 경향이 나타나며 제연되었다. In this research, we conducted a PIV-visualization experiment to smoke control from fires by using a neighboring Jet fan at minimum distance. We also compared our experiment results with FDS numerical analysis ones. As a result of quantitative data analysis of smoke control modes against fires in tunnel, we concluded that a neighboring Jet fan should be placed at least 25m away from its fire source in order to produce satisfactory smoke control results. Jet fan showed the best smoke-controlling performance, if placed 50m away from its fire source. It tended to show an overspeed around the center of tunnel when it is placed more than 75 away from its fire source.

        교과 간 연계·융합 교육에서의 국어 교과의 역할과 향후 과제

        This paper aims to seek and identify the roles and future tasks of the Korean Language Education (KLE) in the curriculum alignment and convergence. The relevant literature in this area focused usually on topics and themes for curriculum alignment and integration, while there were less attention on KLE and other subjects in terms of curriculum dimension. Therefore, this study identified how KLE can be aligned and integrated with other subjects from the analyses of curriculums. Three patterns were emerged: (1) KLE’s contents with other subjects’contents, (2) KLE’s skills and others’contents, and (3) KLE’s skills and others’skills. Based on the identified patterns, the notion of the curriculum alignment and integration was reconceptualized and expanded. The curriculum alignment and convergence between KLE and other subjects were possible when they were designed to teach simultaneously. However, curriculum alignment can also be expanded when previously learned KLE’s skills could be applied to learn later contents and skills of the other subject. In this sense, KLE contributed to curriculum alignment and convergence in a significant way when it focused to help students learn language use. Based on the aforementioned discussions, future tasks for curriculum alignment and integration were suggested and discussed.

        Treatment of May-Thurner Syndrome with Catheter-Guided Local Thrombolysis and Stent Insertion

        Background:May-Thurner syndrome is an uncommon disease entity in which the left common iliac vein is compressedby the right common iliac artery, with the subsequent development of deep vein thrombosis and chronicvenous insufficiency. Herein, our experience on the treatment of extensive iliofemoral deep venous thrombosisdue to May-Thurner syndrome, using endovascular techniques, is reported. Methods:Twenty-one symptomaticpatients, 8 men and 13 women, with a mean age of 51 years, were referred for treatment. Eighteen of these patientswere treated with catheter-guided thrombolysis, but three, with short segment involvement, did not require thrombolysis.After completion of the thrombolytic therapy, the residual venous narrowing was treated by balloonangioplasty and/or self-expandable stent placement. Patients were then followed-up by clinic visits and venography.Results:The mean total dose of urokinase and duration of infusion were 4.28±1.89 million units and72±35 hours, respectively. Eighteen of the 21 patient received stent deployments. The mean diameter of the stentswas 12.9±2.0 mm. Initial technical success, with immediate symptom resolution, was achieved in 20 of the 21patients (95%). Among the patients who received stent implantation, two had recurrent thrombotic occlusionduring the follow-up period. (mean 10.8 months) all three patients who did not receive stent implantation hadrecurrent thromboses There were no major bleeding complications, with the exception of one patient who developeda retroperitoneal hematoma. Conclusions:Catheter-guided thrombolysis and angioplasty with stent implantationare safe and effective for the treatment of May-Thurner syndrome.
