        초등학교 3학년 영어 디지털 교과서의 디자인 연구

        본 연구는 특정 학습자를 대상으로 한 영어 디지털 교과서는 사용자를 고려한 디자인이 필요하다는 데서 출발하였으며 사용자는 영어 공교육의 시작 학년으로 구체적 사물의 제시에 의한 인지와 이해가 쉬운 초등학교 3학년 어린이를 대상으로 하였다. 이를 위하여 선호도가 높은 3종 교과서를 중심으로 ‘크레스의 시각디자인 문법틀[Gunther Kress, 2006]’에 의해 디자인 분석을 시행하였고 그 결과에 의해 수정된 디자인으로 초등학교에서 두 차례의 사례연구, FGI, 설문, 관찰 분석을 통해 사용자의 특성을 고려한 영어 디지털 교과서 디자인에 의한 교육 효과에 변화가 있는지 실험하였다. 분석 결과 사용자를 고려한 디자인 요소로 수정한 영어 디지털 교과서가 학생들에게 만족도가 높았으며, 어린이들이 흥미를 가지고 수업에 집중하는 것이 관찰 되었다. 한편 사례 연구 결과 사용자에 맞춘 디자인 요소로 영어 디지털 교과서를 기획하는 것이 교육의 선호도 및 효과에 영향을 주는 것이 확인되었다. 본 연구 결과는 향후 초등학교 3학년 어린이를 대상으로 한 영어 디지털 교과서 디자인 기획에 있어서 디지털 교과서만을 위한 체계적인 디자인 가이드와 사용자 연령의 선호도 및 특성을 고려한 디자인 제안이 될 수 있을 것이다. This research comes from the premise that a student-oriented English digital textbook’s design should be age appropriate. Our study is intended for third-year elementary students, since that age is the onset of English education within the Korean national curriculum. Our proposal focuses on this age’s need for concrete information. Three popular textbooks’ designs were analyzed using Cress’s “Grammar Flame of Visual Design [Cress 2006],” and the results reflected in our modified book design. Via two case studies, a focus group interview, questionnaire, and observation analysis, we learned that the design of an age-appropriate digital English textbook changes the effectiveness of the education. An age-appropriate modified digital English textbook improves student satisfaction and interest. Our research proposes a systematic textbook design guide for age-specific preferences and characteristics.

        일부 대학생들의 스트레스 증상과 구강악습관 및 턱관절 기능장애의 관련성

        Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the effect of stress and oral parafunctional habits on temporomandibular joint disorders (TMD) in college students. Methods: An online survey comprising 354 questionnaires was conducted from May 23, 2020, to June 21, 2020. The collected data were analyzed using Student's t-test, one-way analysis of variance, correlation tests, and multiple regression analysis. Results: The stress symptom score was higher in females than in males. The symptoms of physical stress were significantly higher among students from the Department of Public Health, whereas those of psychological stress were higher among students from the Department of Physical Education. Both TMDs and oral parafunctional habits were higher among females, students of the Departments of Arts and Physical Education, and seniors. The higher the stress symptom level, the higher the scores for TMD and oral parafunctional habits. TMD and oral parafunctional habits were found to be most affected by physical stress. Conclusion: These findings indicate that a reduction in physical stress is required to decrease the prevalence of oral parafunctional habits and TMDs among college students. This can be achieved by the incorporation of physical activity programs, which may aid in reducing the symptoms of physical stress.

        지지면 조건에 따른 코어근육 강화효과의 비교

        Purpose: The objective of this study was compare the effect of core muscle strengthening between core exercise on stable surface and core exercise on unstable surface. Methods: Thirty-nine adults participated in this study and were randomly allocated to three groups. The stable surface exercise group and unstable surface exercise groups practiced core muscle training for $3{\times}30minute$ sessions over a 4-week period. The control group did not received therapeutic intervention except pre and post test. The following clinical tools were used to assess core muscle strength and balance: Side Plank Test, Trunk Flexion Test, Balance Error Scoring Test, Core Muscle Stength & Stability Test. Results: The stable surface exercise group showed significant improvement in trunk muscle strength of anterolateral part as revealed by the Side Plank Test and Trunk flexion Test(p<.05). The unstable surface exercise group showed significant improvement in trunk muscle strength of anterolateral part and balance ability as revealed by the Balance Error Scoring Test and Core Muscle Strength & Stability Test(p<.05). Conclusion: The results of this study, both core exercise on stable surface and core exercise on unstable surface induced core muscle strengthening and balance ability. Expecially core exercise on unstable surface more effective to core muscle strengthening and balance ability.

        전분발효 효모에서의 외래 $\alpha$-Amylase 유전자의 세포분열시 안정성 증진

        To develop a yeast strain which stably secretes both $\alpha$-amylase and glucoamylase and therefore is able to convert starch directly to ethanol, a mouse salivary $\alpha$-amylase cDNA gene with a yeast alcohol dehydrogenase I promoter has been introduced into the cell of a Saccharomyces diactaticus hybrid strain secreting only glucoamylase. To secrete both enzymes more stably without loss of the $\alpha$-amylase gene during a cell-multiplication, an integrating plasmid vector containing $\alpha$-amylase gene was constructed and introduced into the yeast cell. The results showed that the linearized form of the integrating vector was superior in the transformation efficiency and the rate of the expression of the $\alpha$-amylase gene than the circular type of the vector. The yeast transformant having a linearized plasmid vector exhibited higher mitotic stability than the yeast transformant habouring episomat plasmid vector. The transformant containing the linearized vector producing both $\alpha$-amylase and glucoamylase exhibited 2-3 times more amylolytic activity than the original untransformed strain secreting only glucoamylase. ${\alpha}$-Amylase와 glucoamylase를 동시에 안정하게 분비하여 전분을 일단계로 직접 에탄올로 발효시킬수 있는 효모 균주를 개발하기 위하여 glucoamylase를 분비하는 Saccharomyces diastaticus hybrid 균주에 쥐의 침샘 유래의 ${\alpha}$-amylase cDNA 유전자를 plasmid vector를 이용하여 도입하였다. 이 균주로부터 효소생산에 필요한 유전자를 잃어버림이 없이 안정하게 분비할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 $\alpha$-amylase 유전자를 효모의 염색체에 삽입시키기 위한 integrating plasmid vector인 YIpMS$\Delta$R(LEU2)를 제작하였다. 이 vector의 효모형질전환에 있어 원형(circular)상태와 제한 효소 XbaI으로 처리된 직선화된(linearized) 상태의 두가지 형태를 비교한 결과 형질전환 효율에서나 형질전환체내의 $\alpha$-amylase 유전자 보유정도가 모두 직선화된 형태의 경우가 원형상태의 경우보다 높았다. Linearized vecotr를 가진 효모 형질전환체에서의 유전자 발현 안정도는 세포분열을 거듭할수록 episomal vecotr에 의한 효모 형질전환체에서의 발현 안정도보다 우수하게 나타났다. 또한 이 linearized vector를 가진 형질전환체는 $\alpha$-amylase와 glucoamylase를 동시에 분비하여 glucoamylase만 분비하는 원균주보다 2배 이상의 전분분해력을 보였다.

        암병동 간호사의 임종간호 스트레스와 인지 및 교육요구도

        목적: 본 연구는 암병동 간호사의 임종간호에 따른 스트레스와 인지정도 및 교육요구도를 파악하고자 수행되었다. 방법: 본 연구는 서울과 경기도에 소재한 4개 종합병원 암병동에 근무하는 간호사 151명이었으며, 자가보고식 설문지로 자료를 수집하였다. 스트레스 측정도구는 40문항, 인지정도와 교육요구도 측정도구는 각각 27문항으로 구성되었으며, 수집된 자료는 서술적 통계방법으로 분석하였다. 결과: 암병동 간호사의 임종간호에 따른 스트레스 정도는 5점 만점에 평균 3.96점으로 높았으며, 영역별 스트레스는 업무량 과중이 가장 높았고, 임종환자에게 시간할애의 어려움, 임종환자와의 인간적 갈등의 순이었다. 임종간호에 대한 인지정도는 5점 만점에 평균 2.64점이었으며, 인지정도가 가장 낮은 문항은 죽음에 대한 아동의 이해였으며, 법적 측면, 진실통고에 대한 윤리적 근거의 순이었다. 임종간호에 대한 교육요구도는 5점 만점에 평균 3.25점으로 높았으며, 스트레스와 소진관리, 임종 전 관리, 의사소통 방법, 임종준비에 대한 의사소통, 마약성 진통제 관리에 대한 교육요구도가 높았다. 간호사의 일반적 특성에 따른 임종간호에 대한 스트레스는 유의한 차이가 없었으며, 임상경력이 길수록, 호스피스 교육기간이 길수록, 임종간호 횟수가 많을수록 임종간호에 대한 인지정도가 높았고, 암병동 근무기간이 길수록 임종간호에 대한 교육요구도가 높음을 알 수 있었다. 결론: 본 연구의 결과에서 임종간호에 대한 스트레스가 높고, 인지정도는 낮으며, 교육요구도가 높았던 내용을 토대로 하여 교육 프로그램을 개발, 적용하는 것이 필요하다. Purpose: This study was performed to identify the level of stress perceived by nurses who attend dying patients in the cancer care unit; their understanding regarding end-of-life care and related training needs. Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted with 151 nurses stationed at the cancer care units of four general hospitals located in Seoul and Gyeonggi province in Korea. Data were collected using self-reported questionnaires and the response rate was 96%. The data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA and Pearson's correlation analysis. SPSS 12.0 was used for data analysis. Results: Nurses experienced a high level of stress in the end-of-life care settings. Their understanding of end-of-life care was above the mid-point of the scale while their training needs for end-of-life care was relatively high. The more experienced the nurses were, the more stressed they were, particularly due to excessive workload. Nurses who served longer in the cancer unit tended to show greater needs for end-of-life care training. Conclusion: This study found nurses perform end-of-life care with a high level of stress but with insufficient understanding, and thus, showed great needs for related training. Such findings can be useful to develop an end-of-life care training program for nurses.

        자활사업 참여자의 가족탄력성이 자활의지에 미치는 영향: 가족지지의 매개효과를 중심으로

        This study explored how the family resilience of participants in self-sufficiency programs relates to their willingness to be self-sufficient and analyzed the mediating effects of family support in the relationship. The subjects of the study were 283 people in their 20s to 70s who are participating in a local self-sufficiency center in Gangwon-do. Statistical analyses were conducted using IBM SPSS 18, with descriptive statistics, difference verification and regression, and mediating effects analyzed following Baron & Kenny(1986). The results of the analysis are as follows. First, we conducted difference verification between the sociodemographic characteristics of participants in the self-sufficiency program and major variables. There was a significant difference in the willingness to be self-sufficient in terms of the caregiving family and household income. Family resilience differed significantly depending on age group, marital status, health condition, household type, caregiving family, and homeownership, while family support differed significantly in age group, marital status, health condition, household type, caregiving family, and debt. Second, we conducted a hierarchical regression analysis to determine the factors influencing the will of self-sufficiency of those participating in the self-sufficiency program and found that the better the health condition, the presence of caregiving families, and the higher the level of family resilience and family support, the higher the level of will to be self-sufficient. Third, analyses of the mediating effect following Baron & Kenny(1986) have shown that family support has a full mediating effect on the relationship between family resilience and the will to be self-sufficient. Thus, we have verified that family resilience and family support are important factors as an alternative to improving the level of willingness for self-sufficiency program participants.

        항공사 러브마크와 관계지속의도에 관한 연구

        In this study, The purpose is to understand the influence of lovemark on relation continuing intention. As a result of reliability analysis, the Cronbach's α coefficient of all variables such as lovemark, relation continuing intention showed 0.8 or more, thus ensuring reliability. The results of regression analysis between variables for hypothesis testing are as follows. as a result of analysis on the effect of lovemark on the relation continuing intention, it showed that both factors of love and respect dimension had significant influences, and that the relationship intension also increased as the love and respect dimension increased. As a result of this study, In order to increase lovemark and relationship intension, it was also confirmed that efforts should be focused on immersion between airlines and customers. It was confirmed that efforts to increase the airline's lovemark are needed to retain existing customers and attract new customers.

        천연조미료 이용 토마토소스 개발 및 적용

        This study was conducted to develop a novel tomato sauce using natural seasoning. The data was analyzed using SPSS for Windows (version 14.0). Two factors of the tomato sauce were varied was tomato paste and sugar. Nine tomato sauces were produced with various compounding ratios of tomato paste and sugar. The color, viscosity and sensory evaluations of the nine tomato sauces were determined. Items examined in the sensory evaluation were color, sweetness, viscosity and overall quality. Sweetness($4.44{\pm}1.36$), viscosity($5.16{\pm}1.28$) and overall quality($4.68{\pm}1.11$) of the tomato paste 340g and sugar 100 g sample got highest scores. Therefore, this composition was used as tomato spaghetti sauce. Tomato spaghetti sauce using a natural tomato sauce and artificial tomato sauce was prepared and subjected to a sensory evaluation. Items included in the sensory evaluation were taste, flavor, harmony, overall quality. In this analysis, all sensory item scores of the tomato spaghetti sauce using natural seasoning were significantly higher than when artificial seasoning was used. Therefore, the potential of commercialization of tomato sauces using natural seasoning was confirmed.

        경인지역 요양시설의 식사지원 서비스 실태

        Purpose: This study was aimed at understanding meal services provided at long-term care facilities. Method: Interview survey was conducted using questionnaires at 254 facilities located in the Kyung-In area. Result: Of the residents, 37.4% were eating meals unassisted. Eating places included living rooms and residents' rooms in most facilities. Major noise source was television in 63.8%. Apron was applied to all elderly residents at mealtimes in 49.6% of the facilities. Half of the facilities used feeding utensils except for ordinary spoon and chopsticks. Of the facilities having individual prosthetic devices, dentures were applied before eating in 98%, glasses in 20.2% and hearing aids in 9.2%. Most facilities included the residents' favorite foods in menu: wheres, only 9.4% offered the menu which residents could choose. Conclusion: Standard guidelines and staff education for meal services need to be provided for elderly residents.

        무 쥬스 제조를 위한 starter로써 동치미에서 분리한 유산균의 동정 및 발효 특성

        본 연구는 동치미에서 유산균을 분리하여 동치미의 가능성이 강화된 무 주스를 제조하기 위한 starter로써의 가능성을 검토하기 위하여 유산균의 발효특성을 조사하였다. 동치미에서 분리 동정된 40 균주는 당 발효능과 양상에 따라 5개의 group으로 분류되었다. Species별 분포를 살펴본 결과는 Leuconostoc mesenteroides, Lactobacillus brevis, Lactobacillus sake, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus fermentum의 5개 균종이었으며, 유산균의 분포는 Leuconostoc mesenteroides가 52.5%로 최 우점종으로 나타났다. 분리된 5개의 group에서 가장 생육능이 왕성한 1개 균주씩 Leuconostoc mesenteroides J-9, Lactobacillus brevis J-12, Lactobacillus plantarum J-39, Lactobacillus fermentum J-7 등 5균주를 선정하여 한외 여과한 무즙에 각각 0.3($10^6$ cfu/㎖)%씩 접종하여 25${\circ}C$에서 9일간 숙성하면서 pH 및 총 산도, 비휘발성유기산함량의 변화 등을 조사하였다. 각 접종 균주 중 Lactobacilus plantarum의 생육능이 가장 빠르게 나타났으며 Lactobacillus sake가 가장 느리게 성장하였다. 발효 개시 전의 한외 여과한 무즙의 pH 및 총 산도는 6.30~6.36, 0.09~1.0%이었으나 9일째 pH 3.2~4.3, 0.85~1.2%로 나타났다. 각 접종 균주의 pH, 산도의 변화를 비교해보면 미생물의 생육능과 상관성이 높아 유산균수의 증가속도가 빠를수록 pH는 빠르게 감소하고, 산도는 빠르게 증가하였다. 비휘발성 유기산의 변화를 보면 모든 접종구에서 시트르산, 말산, 말론산, 숙신산은 감소하는 경향으로 나타났으며 락트산은 발효가 진행됨에 따라 증가하였다. 관능적으로 맛에 좋은 영향을 주는 유기산으로 알려진 숙신산과 락트산의 함량을 보면 L. mesenteroides J-9가 가장 높게 나타났다. 락트산 단독의 경우는 L. plantarum J-39m, L. brevis J-12 접종구의 순으로 높게 나타났다. 이 ${\cdot}$ 화학적 검사와 향미에 대한 관능검사결과 L. mesenteroides J-9, L. brevis J-12, L. fermentum J-7이 무쥬스의 젖산발효를 위한 starter로써 적합한 것으로 나타났다. This study was aimed at the investigation of the possibility of the addition of lactic acid bacteria as "starter"for the preparation of radish juice. Forty strains of lactic acid bacteria were isolated from dongchimi that was fermented by a traditional method. The isolates were assorted into 5groups, Leuconostoc mesenteroides subsp. mesenteroides (J-9), Lacobacillus brevis (J-12), Lactobacillus fermentum (J-7), Lactobacillus sake (J-20), and Lactobacillus plantarum (J-39). Leuconostoc mesenteroides was predominated in the sample of dongchimi with frequency of 52.5%. Each of the strain, which exhibited the beat growth in the species, was selected in the 5species, and investigation of the fermentation characteristcis was carried out. The fermentation were performed for 9 days at 25${\circ}C$ after the inoculation of 0.3% ($10^{6}$ cfu/㎖) to each ultra-filtrated radish juice. The pH, total acidity, content of non-volatile organic acids were examined during the fermentation period. Lactobacillus plantarum showed the highest growth rate and the growth rate of Lactobacillus sake was the lowest. The pH (6.3-6.36) and total acidity (0.09-1.0 %) fo the ultrafiltrated radish juice before fermentation were changed to 3.2-4.3 and 0.65-1.2% after 9days, respectively. The changes of the pH and total acidity were related with the growth of the lactic acid bacteria; the better growth of lactic acid bacteria, the more rapid decrease of pH and increase of the total acidity. when the amount of non-volatile organic acids were estimated during fermentation, citric acid, malic acid, malonic acid, and succinic acid were decreased in all cases. However, the content of lactic acid increased with the progression of fermentation. L. mesenteroides (J-9), L. brevis (J-12) and L. fermentum (J-7) were chosen for the candidates of the starter for the lactic fermentation of radish juice based on the biochemical analysis and sensory evaluation.
