PET필라멘트사의 제조조건인 연신비와 연신온도가 응력 완화현상에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위하여 연신비와 연신온도가 각각 다른 조건의 필라멘트사를 시료로하여 실험하였다. 완화 응력은 연신비가 클수록 증가하고, 연신 온도가 높을수록 감소하였다. 완화 응력 감소율은 연신비가 증가할수록 감소하였으나 연신온도에는 영향을 받지 않았다. 변형율과 완화 응력과의 관계는 Nutting식과 유사한 관계식을 갖고 있었다. 응력 완화를 Zener모델로 표현 했을 때 모델의 각 요소들은 E$_1$, E$_2$,η의 상수들은 연신비가 증가할수록 증가하였다. The effects of draw ratio and draw temperature on the stress relaxation modulus were studied. Samples with the various combinations of 5 draw ratios and 5 draw temperatures were manufactured and measured for the stress relaxation. From the experimental results, it can be seen that relaxation stress increases with draw ratio, but decreases with draw temperature. The slope of stress to time decreases with draw ratio, but remains constant with respect to draw temperature. Relaxation stress increases with crystallinity below draw ratio 3.0, but above 3.0 no relation exists between relaxation stress and crystallinity. Relaxation stress behavior at various imposing strains obeys the equation similar to Nutting's. The coefficients of E$_1$, E$_2$and η of Zener model increase with draw ratio.

Liver cirrhosis is a disease of the liver in which normal cells are replaced by scar tissue. This condition results in the failure of the liver to perform many of its usual functions. Liver cirrhosis include acsites, jaundice, portal hypertension, varices etc. This report is about one case of ascites with liver cirrhosis. In this case, we administrated Taeumjowetang-gamibang was administered and acupuncture was done in treatment of ascites and its symptoms. After administration of Taeumjowetang-gamibang medication, clinical symptoms and prominently improved and ascites dwindled to nothing. This reports suggests Taeumjowetang-gamibang has desirable effected on ascites.

Atrial fibrillation (AF) is a common arrhythmia that is a potent independent risk factor for stroke. The incidence of AF increases with age and most affected people have underlying cardiac disease. An aging society increases the incidence of AF patients. The case was designed to evaluate the improving effect of Chengsim Yeunja-tang (CYT) for atrial fibrillation (AF) with Cb-infarction patients. This patient was treated with CYT and had significant improvement in symptoms and change of EKG. -Heart rate decreased in patients with higher than normal heart rate -RV5+SV1 voltage decreased (LVH improved) -Arrhythmia remained steady. -Palpitation. chest discomfort, dyspnea, headache, dizziness diminished. Results suggest that CYT is an effective treatment for Taeumin AF patients.

Flake graphite cast irons with the high damping capacity have been used for the control of vibration and noise occuring in the members of various mechanical structures under vibrating conditions. However, the damping capacity which is morphological characteristics of graphite is one of the important factors in reducing the vibration and noise, but hardly any work has deal with this problem. Therefore, the authors have examined the damping capacity of various cast irons with alloying elements and studied the influences of the matrix, mechanical properties and morphological characteristics of graphite. The main results obtained are as follows: Effects of Ni on the damping capacities and mechanical properties are investigated in 3.9%C-0.3% Cu gray cast iron. At 0.2% Ni content, specific damping capacity showed the maximum value, and decreased with further increase in Ni content, Graphite continuity also showed same behavior. This indicates that the specific damping capacity has a close relation with graphite continuity. On the other hand, the damping capacity in pearlite matrix showed superior to that in ferrite. In contrast, with increasing the Ni content, both tensile strength and hardness increased due to the decrease of graphite length and eutectic cell size.
