        결혼초기 남녀의 가족형성과정

        The purposes of this qualitative study are to understand marital and family life experiences of newlyweds and how they developed family formation process. A case study method was adopted to collect and analyze data from 12 men and women who are newly married. Data were collected by in-depth interview. In the process of family formation, participants 1) experienced various marital conflicts, kinship behaviors, and daily life; 2) developed their own coping strategies and adjusted to marital life; and 3) builded up their family through their own realization about marriage and family. In conclusion, participants experienced the growth and advance while they adjusted to their marital life in the early stage of marriage.

        CD7 양성인 급성 골수성 백혈병에 동반된 골수괴사 1 례

        Bone marrow necrosis is infrequently diagnosed during life, and its presence often signifies a poor prognosis. It has been associated with a variety of disease, including acute and chronic leukemia, carcinoma, malignant lymphoma, infection and sickle cell disease. About 5-26% of acute myeloid leukemia has reported to express lymphoid differentiation markers, of which CD7 is expressed very early during T-cell ontogeny. A 46-year-old male complaining severe bone pain had pancytopenia, leukoerythroblastosis and bone marrow necrosis. Peripheral blood immature cells expressed CD7 as well as myeloid markers such as CD13 and CD33 on immunophenotypic studies. We report a case of CD7 positive acute myeloid leukemia associated with bone marrow necrosis, confirmed by bone marrow biopsy and immunophenotypic study.

        도깨비 설화와 연금술

        'Dokkebi' is a proper figure of Korean mythology who reveals many characteristics as divinity of richness, fire, tree, smith, etc. There are many hypothesis concerning Dokkebi's origin, but Dokkebi cannot be considered to have only one origin. It is estimated that Dokkebi came from many origins to be a complex mythic figure. In some sense, it keeps a place, in deep unconsciousness of Korean people, as the synthesis of different folkloric divinities. We are specially interested in the position finding the Dokkebi's origin in the relation with the myth of smith. We can recognize the amazement of primitive human kind, discovering, for the first time, the ability of material transformation of smiths, which resides in the origin of Dokkebi's superior abilities realizing everything he wants to make. In every mythology, the smith is considered not also as a possessor of divine ability making him an object of respect and adoration, but also of fear and unwelcome. It is concerned with the fact that many world myths represent the smith as a monster. We can take Hephaestus of Greek mythology as a model. The origin of Dokkebi as smith-god is supported by the hypothesis supposing <Duduri> as one of Dokkebi's primitive names. Donggook-Yeoji-Seungram defines the Lord Bihyeong, a mythic figure of the Silla Dynasty, as the first <Duduri>. According to other references, it was found that the religion of <Duduri> was very popular in the Goryo Dynasty. And Duduri was also called <Mok-Mae>(Wood spirit> or <Mok-Rang>(Wood man), which means <Jeol-gu>(pestle). Phonetically, <Jeol-gu> could be possibly transformed from <Dot-ku>, the primitive form of <Jeol-gu>. So, we can suppose the Dokkebi's etymology as <Dot-ku-abi>(Abi means a male adult). Under this hypothesis, Duduri('dudurida' means beat) can be understood as a verbal expression of Dokkebi's act of beating. On the other hand, the word of <Duduri> appears in Japanese ancient text, as a term indicating the Silla Dynasty whose still manufacturing technology was highly developed, and its tracing is still found in Korea at the ancient forge place. Therefore, we can make a conclusion that there is a symbolic isomorph between beating pestle and beating iron in a forge. Dokkebi could be positioned as the smith god of divine craftsmanship, who has an act of Duduri's beating as a verbal schema. Moreover, we can understand Dokkebbi's ability transforming substance, architecture, and his characteristic of <master of fire>, as specialties of smith god. But the characteristic of the Dokkebi-smith god is evidently shown, without any doubt, in the myth of Jeju Island, where the archetype of myth is well preserved than in the Korean peninsular. Dokkebi is invoked precisely as <Sot-mul-Mui-to>(the god of liquid steel), in other word, the smith god. We assumed that the myth of alchemy could be found in Dokkebi if smith can be considered as one of Dokkebi's origin. It cannot be insisted that Dokkebi is a direct incarnation of alchemic imagination, however, it is evidently found in many Dokkebi stories. We found the typical characteristics of alchemy in <legend of Bang-i>, assumed as one of Dokkebi's original myths. And in the symbolism of music as <heavenly knowledge> of alchemy, we made a new interpretation on the fact that Dokkebi, in particular, loves music. We also interpreted the image of <body mutilation> shown in the Dokkebi myth of Jeju Ialand, as the alchemic murder for a new born.         Immobilization of glucose oxidase on a nylon capsule coated with bilayer forming amphiphile. Nylon capsule membrane were prepared by the interfacial polymerization of ethylenediamine and erephthaloyl chloride and were coated with the bilayer forming amphiphile. The activity control of the immobilized GOD through the capsule membrane was investigated for the effects of hydrolysis with HCl. Monitoring of the reaction has involved detection base in the change in pH resulting from the conversion of glucose to gluconic acid.

      • Streptozotocin 유발 고혈당 흰주에 미치는 Cucurbitacin B의 효과

        The effects of cucurbitacin B on rat with streptozotcin-induced hyperglycemia were investigated. The serum total cholesterol was decreased by administration of cucurbitacin B as compared with control group(streptozotocin only) However, the serum glucose and serum triglyceride level were not decreased by administration of cucurbitacin B. And serum GPT activity was significantly decreased 5 times by the pretreatment of cucurbitacin B at dose of 0.1, 0.2 and 0.4㎎/㎏ and 3 times by the posttreatment of Cucurbitacin B at a dose of 0.4㎎/㎏ as compared with control group(p<0.05). The serum GOT activity was significantly decreased 5 times by the pretreatment of cucurbitacin B at a dose of 0.2㎎/㎏ (p<0.01), and 5 times by the pretreatment of Cucurbitacin B at dose of 0.4㎎/㎏ (p<0.05) as compared with control group. The lipid peroxidation in liver of the stretozotocin-induced hyperglycemic rats were decreased 3 times by the posttreatment of cucurbitacin B at a dose of 0.1㎎/㎏, 0.2㎎/㎏ and 0.4㎎/㎏ as compared with control group(p<0.05).

      • 불어 철자구조에 관한 연구

        En diachronie, la question de la priorite du langage oral sur le langage ecrit estevident, mais dans la pratique, il existe deux sortes de signes, le phoneme et le grapheme. Donc, il est impossible, en synchronie, de prendre une autre hypothese de travail que celle d'une correspondance entre l'oral et l'ecrit. Or. depuis que le rejet du systeme graphique hore de la langue a ete radicalise par les courants dominants du structuralisme, tout s'est passe comme si toute etude sur le systeme graphique etait celled d'um travestissement de la langue. Le but de notre etude etait donc d'etudier la question de l'orthographe en y integrant les qcquis de la linguistique. Nous avons suivi promco[a;e,emt les travaux de Nina Catach et de l'equipe CMRS-HESO en nous fondant sur leur description du plurisysteme du graphique Etant donne que nous sommes partie plus ou moins de rien, mous avons d'aboard tente de bien definir les notions fondamentales lie aux etudes de l'orthographe : graphie, orthographe, ecriture, letter, grapheme et archigrapheme. La correspondance entre le phoneme et le grapheme est assuree dans le francais par l'ecriture alphabetique. Mais il y a certaines insuffisances dans l'alphabet traditionannel. Ce dernier compte six signes vocaliques dont l'un est note deux fois(i,y), alors que le systeme phonique en compte seize : l'alphabet enumere vingt consonnes dont trois(c, k, q) designent en principe le meme phoneme/k/, alors que d'autres phonemes ne sont pas mentionnes du tout(/ /,/??/, designe en francais par ch, gn); etc.. En fait, la prononciation des signes n'a obei a aucun critere logique. Il fallait donc etudier la pertinence des 33 archigraphemes qui doivent etre consideres comme le system graphique standard du francais. La probabilite d'apparition des archigraphemes par rapport aux phonogrammes est, en moyenne, de 80 a 85 : le system graphique du francais a un fonctionnement phonologique a 80-85% d'une etonnante stabilite. On a constate donc que l'ecriture du francais n'etait pas une ecriture alphabetique, mais phono-morpho-logographique. Lorsque nous avons pris ce theme de recherche sur la structure de l'orthographe, nous n'avions guere imagine que nous entrions dams un domaine si preponderant en linguistique. Nous avons pu traiter seulment des phonogramme. la partie des sign quitransmenttent essentiellement les phonemes, mais pas d'autres signes supplementaires qui apportent un ordre syntagmatique ou paradigmatique(fiexionnel ou derivatif). En conclusion, notre etude n'apparait pas comme un travail acheve, mais comme un point de depart dans ce nouveau domaine de la linguistique : le systeme d'ecriture.
