From December 21, 1981 to December 22, 1981. 314 general home children and 178 orphans of 3 orphanages (total 492 children) were examined for Enterobius vermicularis. A Graham's scotch tape swab technique was employed. The results are as follows: 1. The % positive for all was 31.9%. The percent. positive for general home children was 25.5%. The percont positive for orphans was 43.3% and higher than that of general home children. 2. For The % positive of sex differences, that of by orphans was 34.7% and higher than that of general home boys, 22.7%, That of girl orphans was 53.8% and higher than that of general home girls, 28.0%. The overall rate was higher in girls than in boys : that of boys was 27.4% and that of girls was 36.5%. 3. The % positive in the 0-4year age group was 18.4%, 5-9 year age group was 36.7%, 10∼14 year age group was 40.0%. The infestation rate was shown higher in older children.

As a kind of natural healing means to cope with the increase of geriatric diseases, stress-related diseases and senile chronic diseases coming from the rapid changes of social environments, the facilities accommodating the purposes of both treatment and relaxation come to be needed. Because of such situations, this study proposes the system introduction and the facilities establishment regulations required for converting our Korean general hot springs playing a role as simple family resorts into the convalescent hot springs for treatment and recuperation in Western Europe and Japan in the thought that the conversion will be possible with more active efforts.First, above all, the legislation of the convalescent hot spring law(a tentative name) is needed. On the premise of the above-proposed basic law preparation, the proposals about the present hot spring space composition change are like follows; New or additional composition of the treatment spaces by counselling, Additional complementary composition of the treatment space, Additional complementary composition of the exercise treatment space, New or additional composition of the accommodations space.

지금까지 계층제 조직과 대비하여 네트워크 조직을 서술하였다. 그렇다고 종래의 계층적 조직이 네트워크 조직으로 전면적으로 대체될 것이라기 보다는 양조직은 같은 조직내에서 병존하는 두 개의 패턴으로 본다. 기업 네트워크는 독자적인 개별기업들이 수평·수직적인 기업 협력의 종류의 한 유형으로 각 기업들은 각각의 핵심적인 능력을 기여한다. 조직 네트워크는 각 개별 기업의 잠재능력을 극대화할 수 있으며, 아메바와 같이 반응성과 적응성이 뛰어난 외부자극에 매우 민첩하게 적응할 수 있으며, 와해에 따른 파급도 상대적으로 최소화시킬 수 있다는 이점을 지닌다. 또한 사회운동의 차원에서 가치와 목적을 공유한 개개인이 네트워크화 함으로써 시민단체가 활성화되어 정부의 정책에 대해서 이의를 제기하며 평가하고 때에 따라서는 새로운 대안이나 발상의 전환을 유도할 수 있는 견재 역량을 가진 외부세력으로도 작용할 수 있다.

In oder to compare the uneasiness of early adult patients group with that of middle-adult patients group, an examination has been doen from May 1, 1979 till August 10, same year with hospitalized patients who are consisted two groups:one is those who are in the Hospital Attached to Chungnam University, the other in the Hospital of the Holy Mother. I examined and analized the psychological, mental uneasiness which is occured to the hospitalized patients who were from 18 to 59 year of age and had been more than 5 days in the hospital. This study shows some facts that are summerized according to the factors as following: First, as far as hospitalization itself is concerned, early adult group shows higher rate of uneasiness than middle age adult group. And former group is superior to the latter one accordance to the date as;t=2.546 P<0.01. Second, as to the anxiety about disease itself, the average rate of middle aged group is shown higher than the early adult group, but the data indicates only a little gap. Most of all patients become to have anxities due to long-termed hospitalization. Third, early adult patients group shows higher rate of uneasiness than the middle-aged patients group in the surroundings of the hospital. I saw that the former group is much superior to the latter one in data, such as;t=1.975 P<O.01. Hospitalized patients are anxious about mainly because of the unfamiliar treatment machine supplies and equipments in the hospital. Fourth, middle aged patients group have more anxieties than early adult group, which is caused by the treatment and nursing, but data indicates just a little difference. Concerned with the cause of anxiety, the limitation of freedom is most seriously according to the data. Fifth, uneasiness as to medical care personnels, the middle aged patients group shows much more uneasiness than the early adult one, than I found out only a little gap between them in data. The lackness of understanding is the most serious factor which causes uneasiness. Sixth, about the anixieties caused with home affair, hospital expenses, and social problems, the middle aged patients group is even superior to the early adult one in the average rate. That group indicates even higher rate of uneasiness than this one with the data as following; t=2.302 P<O.O1. The early adult patients have anxieties mainly because the hospital expenses might be too much, and the middle aged patients group shows higher anxieties owing to their children left at home.
