두개강 내의 지방종은 두개강 내의 종양 중 약 0.5%의 발생 빈도를 보이는 매우 드문 질환이며 주로 뇌량 뇌조에서 발생한다. 저자들은 혈관 기형이나 선천성 기형을 동반하지 않으며, 다량의 석회화를 동반하고 매우 드문 위치인 두정부궁륭부에 발생한 지방종에 대해 보고하고자 한다. Intracranial lipoma is a rare entity, accounting for less than 0.5% of intracranial tumors, which usually develops in the callosal cisterns. We report a case of lipoma with an unusual location; in the high parietal convexity combined with massive calcification, and no underlying vascular malformation or congenital anomaly.

Intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm (IPMN) is known to arise from intraductal proliferation of mucinous cells with findings of marked dilatation of the biliary or pancreatic duct. There are reports of the metastasis and extension of pancreatic IPMN. However, cases of biliary IPMN with direct metastasis, or metastasis to distant locations, are rare. We present a case of metastasis of biliary IPMN with unexpected direct extension into the thoracic cavity, and we attempt to account for the mechanism of this extension.
기계식 자동비행제어시스템을 이용한 헬리콥터 자세명령반응타입 제어법칙 설계

본 논문에서는 헬리콥터의 기계식 자동비행제어시스템을 이용하여 자세명령 타입을 구현하는 제어법칙 설계 기법에 대하여 기술하였다. 제어기 구조로는 명령모델과 단순 운동모델 기반의 역변환모델을 이용한 모델추정기법을 적용하였으며 축간 연동 효과를 상쇄시키기 위한 디커플링 제어기를 포함하였다. 설계된 제어기 구조를 BO-105 선형 운동모델에 적용하고 CONDUIT을 이용하여 제어이득을 최적화하였으며 자세명령 추종 성능과 ADS-33E에서 규정하는 조종성 규격 수준을 분석을 통하여 기계식 자동비행제어시스템을 이용한 자세명령 제어기의 특성에 대하여 연구하였다. This Paper describes helicopter flight control law design for the implementation of attitude command response type using a conventional mechanical automatic flight control system. The controller architecture is composed of a command model and inverse model based on simple helicopter dynamics model as well as decoupling controller eliminating off-axis effects. This control architecture was applied to BO-105 linear dynamic model and feedback gains were optimized using CONDUIT. The characteristics of the mechanical automatic flight control system modified for the attitude command response type implementation was studied by analyzing its attitude command response and ADS-33E handling quality level.
PDGF-BB와 TGF-β1이 치은섬유아세포의 세포주기 조절 단백질의 발현에 미치는 영향

Platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) and transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-β) are well characterized peptides which are known to function in the regulation of mesenchymal cell proliferation. Connective tissue cells are important in periodontal tissue regeneration and degradation. And in order to understand both the development and the differentiation of normal tissues, it is necessary to study the nature and regulation of the normal cell cycle. The purpose of present study is to investigate on the growth pattern and expression of cell cycle regulatory proteins in human gingival fibroblasts (GFs) exposed to PDGF-BB and TGF-β1. GFs were obtained from healthy gingiva by crown lengthening procedure. These cells were cultured in 10% FBS supplemented with either l0ng/㎖ TGF-β1, 20ng/㎖ PDGF, or both. Cell proliferation rate was determined by the cell number count, MTT assay and cell density. Western blot analysis was performed using antibodies of p21, cdk 2, 4, 6, and cyclin Dl, E. PDGF-BB notably increased cell proliferation in the GFs themselves as compared to TGF-β1 or combination of both. It also slightly increased expression of cdk 2, 4, and cyclin Dl, along with increasing of p21 expression, in these cells. These results indicate that the increase of cell proliferation by PDGF-BB and TGF-β1, especilly PDGF-BB may be due to the increased expression of cdks without the effect of p21 in human GFs.
FBW 조종입력장치 정상센서 탐지를 이용한 고장진단 연구

A new fault diagnosis technique of finding a normal sensor in a Fly-By-Wire control input system was introduced that can be used when the outputs of all three sensors in control input system have different values. The simulation result have verified its usefulness and showed that this method can be used as a practical way of increasing the reliability of control input system when implementing FBW system to small aircraft.
